2.Citation analysis of non-experimental nursing research papers
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(29):73-75
Objective To describe the citations of non-experimentsl nursing research papers in China,to reflex the academic level of non-experimental nursing research papers and the utilization of reseachers to literature information. Methods 2547 non-experimental nursing research papers were manually searched out from 466 issues of two kinds of core nursing journals named Chinese Journal of Nursing and Journal of Practical Nursing (which was changed to Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing in 2003) from 1990 to 2006,bibliometric analysis was used to analyze their citations from quantities, price indicator, sorts, resources and languages. Results The quantity of citations per paper was 4.4, which increased over time; the Price indicator was 55.6%; citations to journal predominated(73.4%) and there was a growing trend over time; most citations were to medical journals outside the profession of nursing (59.1%), while citations to nursing increased gradually; Chinese (73.6%) was the language of most of the citations, while the percentage of English citations increased gradually. Conclusions The competence of absorbing information of researchers in China was gradually increasing, their competence of absorbing foreign information needs to be strengthened urgently.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(10):-
That hospital libraries purchase books and periodicals via bidding is necessitated by social development and is characterized by the following advantages: smashing monopoly operations and adopting competitive mechanisms; reducing intermediate links and speeding up the delivery of books and periodicals; avoiding missing issues of periodicals and ensuring the completeness of periodicals; bettering preferential treatment and saving funds; standardizing market competition and reducing job-related offenses; safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the libraries.
4.Expression,Purification of Fusion Protein TGF?-PE40 and the Cytotoxicity of TGF?-PE40 on Tumor Cells
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1996;0(04):-
Objective: To express and purify transforming growth factor ?(TGF?)-pseudomonas exotoxin 40 and investigate its cytotoxic effect on cancer cells overexpressing epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor. Methods: Recombi nant plasmid pV28 was constructed by inserting the gene coding TGF?-PE40 into the vector pET28a Expression of fusion protein was conducted using the host BL21. Production of the recombinant protein was induced by IPTG, following extraction and purification of inclusion bodies with His-tag purification system. Cell viability assay (by MTT) was performed to determine the cytotoxic effect of TGF?-PE40 on cancer cells ( A431 and SK-OV3). Results: Recombinant plasmid pV28, which expresses TGF?-PE40, was constructed successfully. Purity of TGF?-PE40 was about 98% after a purification procedure using His-tag column. Cytotoxic experiment showed that at a concentration of 0. 86?0. 07 UUUUg/ml, TGF?-PE40 could reduce 50% viability of A431, which has high expression of EGFR. Whereas the IC50 for ovarian cancer cell SK OV3, which expresses less EGFR, was 6.37?2.18 ?g/ml. There was a significant difference between these two groups (P

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(18):-
Objective To evaluate cortisol level in experimental frequent febrile seizures model rats. Methods Rats were divided into 3 groups: normal control group(n=10,NC group),hyperthermic control group(n=12,HC group) and febrile seizures group(n=21,FS group).Cortisol level in serum and hippocampus of rats were determined by ELISA.Ultrastructural changes of neurons in hippocampal region CA1 was observed by electron microscop. Results 1.No special ultrastructual findings were observed from neurons in hippocampal CA1 in NC and HC group. In FS group, the neuronal degeneration and edema, the mitochondrial degeneration and edema, the mitochondrion ridge obscured or disappeared.2.Cortisol levels in serum and hippocampus in FS group [(26.57 ? 15.94)?g/L and((4.11)?1.74)?g/L,respectively] were significantly lower than those in HC group [(40.04 ? 15.72)?g/L and(6.70?3.45)?g/L,respectively](P0.05).Positive correlations were demonstrated between serum cortisol level and hippocampus cortisol level(r=0.40 P

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(3):183-187
Objective To explore independent risk factors of ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) on severe craniocerebral injury patients, and propose nursing intervention measures to reduce occurrence of VAP. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 73 severe craniocerebral injury patients with VAP postoperatively from January 2013 to June 2015, and 80 severe craniocerebral injury patients underwent mechanical ventilation without VAP postoperatively at the same time were selected as the control group. Through literature review, questionnaire was designed to collect potential impact factors of VAP in both two groups, the single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis were applied to explore the VAP independent risk factors, and nursing intervention countermeasures were proposed to improve VAP clinical prevention. Results VAP incidence rate of severe craniocerebral injury patients postoperatively was 23.0%(73/317) , from which 81 strains were detected, the first three strains of strain spectrum were Klebsiella pneumonia (21.0% ), Bauman Acinetobacter (17.3% ) and pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria (14.8% ). Single factor analysis showed there were significant differences on composition of two groups in age, preoperative Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score, operation times, artificial airway type, postoperative mechanical ventilation time, daily airway humidification frequency, daily sputum suction frequency compound injury, daily oral care times (χ2=1.809-11.936, P < 0.01 or 0.05). Logistic regression models showed duration of mechanical ventilation (OR≥7d=3.013; OR≥14d=3.695), secondary surgery (OR =3.111) , preoperative GCS score (OR =2.989), daily airway humidification frequence (OR =2.280), age (OR=2.237) had remarkable influence on occurrence of postoperative VAP (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusions The incidence rate of VAP in severe craniocerebral injury patients is higher, age, mechanical ventilation duration, preoperative GCS score, airway humidification degree, second surgery are the independent risk factors of VAP.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the role of IL-13 in the patients with acute and chronic urticaria. Methods In 22 patients with acute urticaria, 20 patients with chronic urticaria and 19 normal controls, the levels of IL-13, IL-4 and IFN-? of peripheral T lymphocytes were measured by flow cytometry. The serum concentrations of IL-13 and total IgE were tested by ELISA. Results The results of flow cytometry showed that the level of IL-13 of the patients with acute urticaria was significantly higher than that of the normal controls (P

AIM: To establish an HPCE method for determining the fingerprint of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill.(Radix et Rhizoma salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix et Rhizoma notoginseng,Borneolum Syntheticum) METHODS: A standard fingerprint was set up under following conditions: capillary,50 ?m (id)?50.0(eff.41.5) cm,uncoated;detector,UV 203 nm;injection,50 mbar(10 s);running voltage,20 kV;buffer,50 mmol/L sodium tetraborate and 50 mmol/L boric acid(pH 9.0,containing 30 mmol/L SDS) and acetonitrile(4∶1,v/v). RESULTS: Based on the fingerprints of 10 batches Compound Danshen Dripping Pills,an average electropherogram was used as the standard fingerprint, among which there were 14 characteristic peaks. CONCLUSION: The fingerprint analysis can be used for assessing the quality consistency of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill from batch to batch.
