2.Research of Access Control Mechanism in Hospital Information System
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective To present a solution of the hospital information management access control for more secure information sharing. Methods Several commonly used access control models were compared. Some problems of the RBAC model were analyzed in the hospital information circumstances. Results A solution of space-based data access control was presented on the base of the role-based access control (RBAC) module. Conclusion The space-based data access control method can reduce space consumption and maintain data consistency, which is more suitable for the use of the hospital management information system.

Objective To study and compare the present situation and the difference in subjective well-being between students in junior high schools for the blind and normal junior high school students, and provide basis for the construction of education mode for the well-being of the blind students. Methods By random sampling method, subjective well-being questionnaire was used to investigate the 155 blind students in five blind schools and 436 normal junior high school students in three junior high schools in Shandong Province. Results ( 1 ) The blind students had shown significant differences in many aspects of subjective well-being such as gender, family e-conomic status, sight and parents'education degree (P<0. 05) . (2) Blind school students'social confidence experience (4. 59 ±1.13) was significantly higher than that of the normal students (4.31 ±1.13), and had a significant difference (P<0.05). Blind students got significantly lower scores ((4. 38 ± 1.26) , (4.00 ± 1. 29) ,(3. 58 ± 1. 37) ,(3.89 ± 1. 35) ,(4.41 ± 1.04) , (4. 20 ± 1. 33) ) than normal school students( (4.68 ± 1. 19) , (4. 36 ±1.14),(3.88±1.27),(4.41 ±1.25),(4.61 ±0.99), (4. 52 ± 1. 18)) in target value experience, physical health experience, mental health experience, interpersonal adaptability experience self-acceptance experience, and emotional balance experience. Conclusion There exists a significant difference between the blind students and the normal junior high school students in the different aspects of subjective well-being.
7.Research Progress,Bottlenecks and Strategies in the Plant Bioreactor
China Biotechnology 2006;0(05):-
Past decade, plants as production systems for recombinant proteins has been actively investigated, and is one of the most active research fields in life sciences. Plants are attractive as protein factories because they with advantages of cost, scale, and safety, and emerge capability to produce pharmaceutical production with bioactivity proved by previously studies. The plant-made pharmaceuticals possess enormous viability for market and wide prospects for application. Based on those reasons, the rise of plant bioreactor was reviewed, and research advance on the expression systems and plant-made recombinant proteins was introduced. Bottleneck problems and adopted strategies using plant system to produce recombinant proteins and research hotspot in the near future were summarized, and prospect of plant bioreactor in future was described. Synchronously, some opinions including research progress of plant bioreactor, differences to foreign and strategies in the future were discussed.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(05):-
Objective: To probe the curative effect evaluation method of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatrics virus pneumonia. Methods: On the basis of the outcome of analysis made on the preceding three turns of experts' questonnaires, the fourth turn of questionnaires was prepared to investigate the curative effect evaluation method of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatrics viral pneumonia. They were distributed to 30 experts in this field all over the country. The questionnaires were analyzed with the method of Delphi Measurement. Results: Chest X ray, cough, temperature, lung auscultation and so on were very important in disease curative effect evaluation, the ratio of full score higher than 0.95 and the coefficient of variation less than 0.24;cough,lung auscultation,Chest X ray and so on were main components in the syndrome and the ratio of full score and the coefficient of variation were respectively more than 0.90 and less than 0.34;dyspnea with rapid and short breath, lung auscultation and Chest X ray were main final result index and the ratio of full score and the coefficient of variation was respectively 1 and 0.Conclusion: Chest X ray, symptoms, temperature and lung auscultation were very important in disease curative effect evaluation;cough, lung auscultation and Chest X ray were main components in the syndrome;dyspnea with rapid and short breath, lung auscultation and Chest X ray were main final result index.

To study whether the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is associated with -308G-->A, -850C-->T mutation at promoter of TNF-alpha gene, the -308G-->A, -850C-->T polymorphism was examined in patients and healthy pregnant women by PCR-RFLP technique. The frequencies of genotype and allele were compared between the two groups. The results showed that with -308G-->A polymorphism distribution, the allele frequency of TNF2 and the frequency of the genotype TNF2/1 in the patient group was significantly higher in the patient group than in control group (P<0.05). A significant difference in genotype distribution of -850C-->T polymorphism was observed between the two groups. The allele frequencies of T in patient group was higher in the control group as compared with the patient group. The frequencies of CT and TT genotypes were lower in the patient group. It is concluded that the TNF2 allele of -308 is associated with the occurrence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, while T allele of -850 may be the protective factor against the development of the disease. TNF2/1 CC may be susceptibility genotype of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To explore the expression and significance of adhesion molecules ?2 integrin CD11c, CD18 in the polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) and mononuclear leukocytes (MNL) of peripheral blood in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).Methods Using indirect immunofluorescence and adopting a flow cytometry, the expressions of CD11c, CD18 in PMN and MNL in peripheral blood were measured within 72 h and 7 d after onset in 28 patients and 28 healthy controls. Results In AIS group, the expressions of CD11c, CD18 in PMN and MNL within 72 h ( 20.82?5.88, 218.25?89.00, 34.78?14.56 and 286.75?95.50, respectively) and at 7 d ( 18.60?5.52, 185.52?68.44, 31.97?14.47and 247.00?88.06, respectively) were significantly higher than those of normal control group ( 15.63?3.01, 150.76?41.20, 20.20?8.50 and 186.38?52.97, respectively)(all P
