Objective To investigate the effect of unilateral electric stimulation of lower limbs movement on central nervous system. Methods 8 right-footed healthy men accepted electrical stimulation to evoke dorsiflexion of the right ankle, while the cerebral cortex activations were observed with functional magnetic resonance imaging. Results For electrical stimulation evoked contraction task, the significant activations were observed in the bilateral primary motor cortex, primary sensory area, secondary somatosensory cortex, cingulated gyrus; ipsilateral premotor area and contralateral supplementary motor area. Conclusion Unilateral electrical stimulation may result in activations of bilateral cerebral cortex.

To investigate the inhibitory effects of siRNA expression vector on proto-oncogene Pokemon expression in SW480 cells and to provide experimental basis for further research about the biological function of Pokemon.siRNA expression vectors were constructed to express a short hairpin RNA against Pokemon.The recombinants were transfected into SW480 cells with liposome.Cellular morphology and transfection efficiency were observed.The expression of Pokemon were checked by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot.MTT assay was used to detect the effect of siRNA on the growth of SW480 cells and Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorter was applied to study cell apoptosis of SW480 cells.The transfection efficiency was about 36% and the cellular morphology changed greatly at 48h after transfection.siRNA expression vectors could specifically reduce the expression of Pokemon mRNA and protein in SW480 cells.Compared with negative control,the inhibition ratio of Pokemon mRNA expression was 34.2% and 67.7%,in 24th hour and 48th hour,the inhibition ratio of Pokemon protein was 48.3% and 73.6%,in 48th and 72th hour,respectively.Transfection with Pokemon siRNA expression vectors could inhibit cell growth and induce cell apoptosis of SW480 cells.siRNA expression vectors were successfully established that could effectively inhibit the expression of Pokemon in SW480 cells.Pokemon gene silencing could decrease growth and increase apoptosis of SW480 cells.

Objective To discuss the treatment and nursing effect for prevention of cystospasm in patients after prostatic surgery with irrigation of resinieratoxin (RTX) into urinary bladder. Methods Twenty patients were divided into the control group and observation group with 10 cases in each group according to the date of hospitalization.Four milliliters of RTX and 100 ml of normal saline were irrigated into the bladder 3 days before operation in the observation group.Only 104 ml normal saline was irrigated into the bladder in the control group.The frequency,intension and duration of cystospasm and clearing time of bladder flushing fluid were observed.The international prostatic symptom score (IPSS) and score of life quality were evaluated at the first,second and 4th week after removing of urinary catheter and bladder stoma. Results The outcome in the observation group and the control group were as followed: the incidence rate of cystospasm was 20% and 80%,the clearing time of bladder flushing fluid was (2.8±1.7)d and (5.2±1.0)d,the indwelling time of bladder stoma was (4.0±1.6)d and (5.8±1.1)d,the indwelling time of urinary catheter was (9.3±1.3)d and (11.8±1.1)d,the VAS score was (2.3±1.3)d and (4.6±1.1)d, the IPSS score at the first,second and 4th week were (11.1±3.3)and (16.0±3.0), (9.5±1.4) and (12.7±13.2), (8.4±1.6) and (11.3±2.7),the score of life quality at the 4th week was (1.6±0.5) and (2.8±0.9), respectively. All the above results had statistical difference between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standard bladder irrigation,rigorous monitoring of patients condition and maintenance of smooth flush of bladder were the important nursing basis to ensure the exertion of best effect of RTX irrigation.

Objective To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of A.baumannii during the last five years in our hospital,the basis for the reasonable clinical use of antibiotic was provided to doctor.Methods The strains of A.baumannii isolated from clinical specimens during 2009-2013 were analyzed by VITEK-32 system,the antibiotic resistance was analyzed by WHONET5.4 software.Results A.baumannii strains were mainly isolated from sputum,accounting for 77.3％;the majority of the strains were isolated from ICU,accounting for 42.3％;the resistance rates of A.baumannii to antibiotics appeared increasing,and over 70％ except cefoperazone-sulbactam and imipenem.Conclusion A.baumannii is the major pathogen,and detection rate of A.baumannii is very high,antibiotic resistance status of A.baumannii is very serious.The management of antibiotic application should be strengthened,and the occurrence and prevalence of antibiotic resistant bacteria should be strictly controlled to prevent outbreak and epidemic of nosocomial infection.

Objective To analyze the radiological findings of dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma, and to explore the imaging features of dedifferentiated tissue. Methods The X-ray and CT findings of 13 cases with dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma of bone were analyzed retrospectively, and studied with clinic and corresponding histological changes. Results The dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma not only had the radiological findings of typical chondrosarcoma but also had the imaging features of dedifferentiated tissues. In 13 patients, periosteal reactions were found in 11 cases, ossifications in 8 cases, soft tissue masses in 12 cases, calcifications in 10 cases, and the site of calcifications in 8 cases was in the center of the focus. Conclusion The dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma showed special imaging features, which includes ossification, calcification, periosteal reaction, and soft tissue mass. These features were not found in typical chondrosarcoma. Recognizing these specific features is helpful to the diagnosis of dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma.

Objective To analyze the prevention and control condition of infectious diseases of national health cities of prefecture and county level and non-national health cities in Shandong province according to the requirement to create national health cities.Methods To select 15 cities in Shandong province as the research object,including the 5 prefecture-level national health cities,5 county-level national health cities and 5 non-national health city closer to the national health situation.The survey status of infectious diseases,infectious morbidity and children′s vaccination status were analyzed,respectively.Results From 2005 to 2008,registration reporting rate,timeliness rate,accuracy rate and integrity rate of legal infectious diseases increased to 99％ or more.Direct reporting network coverage rate of 1infectious diseases and public health emergencies reached 100％.No type A and B infectious diseases outbreak occurred.The incidences of hepatitis B,dysentery and tuberculosis of national health city were all lower than the rates of non-state health cities and the national average level.The care rate of mobile children living more than 3 months and the immunization rate reached 100％ at county-level cities.Immunization rates of child 4 vaccines and hepatitis B vaccination were more than 99％ annually in the year 2007 and 2008.Conclusions The status of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases is effective.The national health city had a more powerful emergency response ability in Shandong province.

Objective To explore the cytotoxicity of the cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) induced by SW480 sonicate sensitized dendritic cells (DC) on the colon cancer cell line SW480. Methods PBMC were separated from the HLA-A*0201 donor and DC were cultured with rhGM-CSF, rhIL-4 and rhTNF-α. The same donor's primary CTL were stimulated by DC loaded with SW480 sonicate. The cytotoxicity of CTL on SW480 (HLA-A*0201 positive) and K562 (HLA-A*0201 negative) was determined by the MTT method. Results The cytotoxicity of the CTL on SW480 was stronger than that on K562 (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The DC vaccine can stimulate specific CTL which can trigger cytotoxic activity on the target cells and this cytotoxicity is related to MHC restriction.

Objective To assess the diagnostic value of combining aortic dissection detection risk score (ADDRS)with D-dimer in patients with suspected acute aortic dissection(AAD). Methods We retrospectively identified 525 patients with chest pain and with calculated ADDRS and available D-dimer on admission between January 2015 and December 2016. ADDRS ≤1 was defined as ′low probability′ and that >1 as ′high probability′. Results AAD were diagnosed in 106(20.2%)patients. In patients with ADDRS of 0,1 case of AAD was identi-fied and in those with ADDRS of 1,40 were identified while in 76 patients with ADDRS of 2 and 3,71 cases of AAD were identified. D-dimer with threshold of 0.5 mg/L had a negative predictive value of 100%and a specificity of 76.6% in patients with ADDRS of 0. In patients with ADDRS of 1,D-dimer had a negative predictive value of 98.6%. D-dimer showed a negative predictive value of 99.6% and a positive predictive value of 22.3% in patients with low probability. Conclusions High ADDRS benefits confirming AAD. Low ADDRS combined with negative D-dimer is safe and efficient for ruling out AAD ,while low ADDRS with positive D-dimer needs further aortic imaging.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effect of the decoction of tartary buckwheat flavonoids on focal cerebral is-chemia-reperfusion injury of rats. MEHTODS: Fifty male SD rats will be randomly divided into normal group, cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group (model group), high dose of tartary buckwheat flavonoids group, middle dose of tartary buckwheat flavonoids group and low dose of tartary buckwheat flavonoids group, each groups of 10 rats. A rat model of the right middle cerebral artery occlusion/reper-fusion(MCAO) was established by the filament method. After being operated, treatment-group rats will be administered 100,75 and 50 mg · kg-1 of the decoction of tartary buckwheat flavonoids three times a day for 7 consecutive days, after administrated for 7 d, rats in each group will undergo neurobehavioral tests. Expressions of cerebral inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) were measured by SP immunohistochemistry. The optical density value (OD) was measured by imaging analysis, and the percentage of cells with iNOS and eNOS positive expression was analyzed under light microscope. RESULTS: Compared with ischemia-reperfusion group, neurological function score increased in the decoction of tartary buckwheat flavonoids groups. Treatment groups had lower expression level of iNOS but higher expression level of eNOS than those in the model groups (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). The number of neurons of Hippocampal CA1 was increased (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Tartary buckwheat flavonoids can improve neurological function and decrease the expression of iNOS and increase the expression of eNOS in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats, which may contribute to the protection of neural function.
