Objective To discuss the possibility of prognosing the hydatidiform mole deterioration and metastasis by detecting the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9)in different type of trophoblastic disease,and analyze the correlative factors of the hydatidiform mole deterioration,so as to improve the criterion of hydatidiform mole prognosis.Methods The expression of MMP-9 in 30 cases of normal human(Iess than 12 weeks)cytotrophoblast cells,32 cases of partial hydatidiform mole,93 cases of complete hydatidiform mole,30 cages of invasive mole and 5 cases of choriocarcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin-pemxidase.The factors as the age of onset,uterine size,luteinizing cyst,β-human chorionic gonadotropin hCG of 7 cases of the hydatidiform mole deterioration were analyzed.Results The expression of MMP-9 was detected in all types of trophoblastic cells,with the development of the malignant transformation the stainning Was markedly increased in the invasion of the normal human cytotrophoblast cells(X2=23.49,P＜0.05).Conclusion The difference of MMP-9 expressin gestational trophoblasts is helpful to predict the hydatidiform mole deterioration and metastagis,the hydatidiform mole deterioration correlates with the age of onset,β-hCG,uterine size,luteinizing cyst.

Method Methylation-specific PCR and DNA sequencing were used to detect the methylation of p16 promotor. Results The methylation of p16 promotor was found in 23.08% (6/26) of psoriatic lesions and 19.23% (5/26) of non-lesional areas in psoriatic patients, but none in normal controls. PAF receptor antagonist SRI63-441 showed partial protective effects on endotoxin and PAF induced lung edema and BALF cytological changes.

In general, phenomena of long queues for registration, waiting for consultation, payment, getting drugs and short time for diagnosis and treatment in outpatient departments have been improved a little bit. Medical doctors in primary-care hospitals could provide medical care service as nearly the same as that in secondary-care ones, while time consumed for registration, waiting for consultation, payment and getting drugs, as well as for a total visit was much less in primary-care hospitals.

The method is simple, accurate and highly reproducible, and thus can be used as the basis for the quality control of the drug pair.

Objective To explore the different changes of the adult cerebral blood flow with ages,different weight and gender,to summarize the changing characteristics of cerebral blood flow.Methods 360 cases of examination were divided into two groups according to gender,and were divided into five groups at different ages,and were divided into four groups according to body mass index,using TCD detector blood flow velocity.Results 196 cases of male physical examination,the mean cerebral blood flow was (969.37 ± 117.54)ml/min;the 164 females physical examination,the average cerebral blood flow was (987.76 ± 114.34)ml/min,there was no statistically significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Different ages cerebral blood flow velocity were different,20 to 29-year-old group and the 30 to 39-year-old group had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05) ;40 to 49-year-old group,50 to 59 years,60 to 69 years old ＞ 70 age group significantly declined compoued with the first two groups,there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05) ;there were significant difference between the four groups (P ＜ 0.05).Overweight and obese group were significantly lower than the light and the normal group,there was a statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion TCDcan be a sensitive and accurate hemodynamic changes in the human brain,and is very important in the early diagnosis,prevention,treatment,and follow-up of cerebrovascular disease.

Objective To investigate curative efficacy of ginkgo biloba extract dripping pills in treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) and its effects on platelet aggregation rate(PAR), activated clotting time(ACT) and antithrombin(AT)Ⅲ. Methods 90 patients of ACS treated with PCI who received therapy from January 2014 to October 2016 in Zhejiang green town cardiovascular hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment after PCI, while the observation group was combined with ginkgo biloba extract dripping pills.After treatment of seven days, the changed of PAR, ACT, ATⅢ and adverse cardiovascular events were compared, after treatment three months, the seattle angina scale were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of PAR in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the levels of ACT and ATⅢ were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05), in the seattle angina scale, the scores of stable state of angina pectoris, the attack of angina pectoris, physical activity limitation, treatment satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract dripping pill is well for ACS after PCI, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, to improve the expression of PAR, ACT and ATⅢ, helps to reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.

Objective To investigate the placental transfer and neonatal effects of dexmedetomidine during the cesarean section under general anesthesia.Methods Thirty-eight nulliparous parturients,of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,aged 22-37 yr,weighing 56-82 kg,who were at full term with a singleton fetus,scheduled for elective caesarean section under general anesthesia,were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=19 each) using a random number table:dexmedetomidine group (group D) and normal saline group (group N).In group D,dexmedetomidine was infused in a loading dose of 0.6 μg/kg starting from 10 min before induction of anesthesia,followed by an infusion of 0.4 μg · kg-1 · h-1 until peritoneal closure.Group N received the equal volume of normal saline.Blood samples were collected from the maternal artery (MA),umbilical vein (UV),and umbilical artery (UA) for blood gas analysis and for determination of plasma dexmedetomidine concentrations (CMA,CUV and CUA) by high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and CUV/CMA and CUA/CUV were calculated.Apgar scores were recorded at 1 and 5 min after delivery,and the occurrence of respiratory depression was also recorded.The I-D interval (the time from administration of anesthetics to delivery) and U-D interval (the time from incision of the uterus to delivery) were recorded.Results There were no significant differences in the blood gas analysis parameters in blood samples collected from the MA,UV and UA,I-D interval,U-D interval,and Apgar scores between the two groups (P＞0.05).No neonatal respiratory depression was found in both groups.In group D,CMA,CUV and CUA were 471±119,359±88 and (321±78) ng/ml,respectively,CUV/CMA was 0.76±0.06,and CUA/CUV was 0.89±0.03.Conclusion Although the metabolism of dexmedetomidine is little after easy placental transfer,dexmedetomidine has no adverse effects on the newborn during the cesarean section under general anesthesia.

Objective To investigate the expression of Kruppel like factor 8(KLF8)in human renal cell carcinoma(RCC)specimens and clinical significance.Methods RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the KLF8 mRNA and protein expression respectively in RCC cell strain 786-0,OS-RC-2 with 37 RCC specimens and adjacent normal tissues of the same patients.Results The expression of KLF8 mRNA was high in RCC cell strain 786-0,OS-RC-2,was 0.80±0.28 and 0.41±0.11 in the RCC specimens and normal tissues respectively(P＜0.01).The level of KLF8 protein expression of 37 RCC specimens(17 was expressed at++-+++)was significantly higher than that of the normal tissues(29 was expressed at--+)(P＜0.01).KLF protein was high expressed in RCC cell strain 786-0,OS-RC-2.The levels of KLF8 mRNA and protein expression were positively correlated with the tumor size,cell differentiation,clinical stage,but not correlated with the patients sex and age.Conclusions The KLF8 mRNA and protein expressions are elevated in the human RCC.KLF8 may be involved in the development and progression of RCC.
