Objective:To understand the responsiveness of community health service institutions in Henan Province. Methods:This research collected information through questionnaire investigations. The object of the investigations is key informants familiar with community health service institutions. Various dimensions of responsiveness within Henan province community health service institutions are determined through a multiple-input pecking order graph. The fuzzy comprehen-sive evaluation method is used to evaluate the level of responsiveness. Responsiveness inequality index is used to measure the distribution of reactions. Results:A total of 431 valid key informants were surveyed. The various dimensions of the questionnaire of Cronbach alpha coefficient was greater than 0. 623;the total scale of the Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0. 850;the correlation coefficient of each dimension of test-retest reliability were greater than 0. 907. The levels of responsive-ness and distribution index were 8. 33 and 0. 2744, respectively;each dimension by order of importance:timely attention>dignity>infrastructure>communication>confidentiality >social support >selective >autonomy. Approximately 50% of key informants considered that vulnerable groups in community health service institutions were sometimes or often treated unfairly. Conclusion:Key informants considered the responsiveness level of overall higher community health service institu-tions in Henan Province was high, and the distribution of responsiveness was relative equilibrium. However, there is a large shortage of infrastructure, privacy protection, doctor-patient communication, etc.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Glycyrrhetic acid is a hydrolytic product of .glycyrrhizin which comes from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. This study showed that its sodium salt, sodium glycyrrhetinate ( SGA, 28mg/kg ip ) inhibited egg white or yeast-induced edema of rat hind paws; Meanwhile, SGA decreased prostaglandin E2 in inflammatory fluid. Malonyldialdehyde in mouse swelling paws stimulated by egg white was decreased by SGA and increased by arachidonic acid. The inhibitory action of SGA on production of malonyldialdehyde c.ould be entirely abolished by arachidonic acid, suggesting that phospholipase A2 bo inhibited by SGA. Also, SGA antagonized the contracting effect of inflammatory mediators such as histamine ( IC50 = 12 ,7mg/ L), 5 -hydroxytrypataminG (IC50=16.1 mg/L ) and SRS-A ( IC5O = 17.0mg/L)on isolated guinea-pig ileum. Because SGA inhibited cro-ton oil-induced ear-swelling of adrenalectomized mice, its anti-inflammatory action has no relationship with hypophysial-adrenocortial axis.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(04):-
The effect of riboflavin deficiency on the fluidity of erythrocyte (RBC) membrane, the level of membrane MDA, the activity of RBC SOD and lipid peroxidation were studied. Growing male rats were fed with an experimental (riboflavin-deficient, RD) or a control (riboflavin-supplemented, RS, 22mg/ kg) diet for 7 weeks. The RBC membrane of RD rats contained higher level of MDA (0.6868?0.1732 nmol/mg protein) compared with the control (0.5548?0.0980 nmol/mg protein), while the activity of RBC SOD (7.745210.6101 nU/mg protein) of RD rats were significantly decreared compared with the control (8.2685?0.3010 nU/mg protein), which indicated the lipid peroxidation was elevated.Membrane fluidity was studied with fluorescence polarization (P) and mean microviscosity (?) using DPH as probe. The value of P and? of RD rats (0.2976 ? 0.0198, 3.9483? 0.3680, respectively) were significantly higher than the RS rats (0.2760 ? 0.0207, 2.875310.4634, respectively), which showed the membrane fluidity in RD rats was decreased according with the increase in lipid peroxidation. This study demonstrated that the RBC membrane fluidity was dicrcased in riboflovin deficient rats. It was relative to the increasing lipid peroxidation and decreasing RBC SOD activity.
