1.Autologous stem cells transplantation in the treatment of critical limb ischemia
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(49):8602-8607
BACKGROUND:Critical limb ischemia is difficult to be treated among the peripheral arterial occlusive diseases, and the application of transplanting autologous stem cells can bring a hope for the treatment of this disease.
OBJECTIVE: To review the autologous stem cells transplantation in the treatment of critical limb ischemia at present, and to study the mechanism and the existing problems.
METHODS:A computer retrieval of PubMed database, Wanfang database, and CNKI database was conducted to search the related articles with the keywords of“stem cell, transplant, critical limb ischemia”in English and Chinese. Final y, 47 articles were included in final analysis according to the inclusion criteria.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Autologous stem cells transplantation for treatment of lower extremity ischemic disease is a latest and significantly effective treatment, but the mechanism is unclear and stil needs further study.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external -rou te microsurgery for retinal detachment (RD). Methods In 36 patie nts (36 eyes) with single rhegmatogenous RD, the silica gel piece and/or bucklin g bands were preplaced, and drainage of subretinal fluid, retinal cryotherapy, e xamination of locating the holes, and intraocular injection of gas were performe d under surgical microscope. The surgical effects were compared with those of ot her simultaneous 37 patients with rhegmatogenous RD who underwent surgery under binocular indirect ophthalmscope. Results The simultaneous int raoperative observation of the fundus details and the sclera through the microsc ope was excellent in all cases. Under the surgical microscope, the reaction of r etinal cryotherapy was clearly visible without any serious surgical sequela. The observation of reaction of retinal cryotherapy and the orientation of the holes were not affected by mild opacity of the refractive media. Retinal reattachment was achieved in 31 eyes after the primary surgery and in 3 eyes after the secon dary surgery, with the final rate of reattachment of 94%. The best-corrected vi sual acuity was

China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE:To select the optimum watering extraction process of yangyinqingwei oral liquid. METHODS: Influence of extraction time upon the extraction of volatile oil was observed; The orthogonal design was adopted to observe the extraction process of weight of the extracts and the content of paeoniflorin. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The optimum watering extraction process of yangyinqingwei oral liquid was that medicinal materials were dipped for 30 minutes before decoction, then the extraction of volatile oil in saposhnikovia divaricata and pogostemon cablinlasted for 2 hours, next the residue of drugs and the other drugs were decocted together, and finally water of 8 times as much as the drugs were added and the mixture was extracted 3 times, with 1.5 hours for each time.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(9):44-45
Objective To investigate the role of sitting-up-straight position in correction of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)heterotopia.Method Eighteen cases with PICC heterotopia were instructed to take the position of sitting up straight. Result All of the patients had the PICC heterotopia corrected. Conclusions The sitting-up-straight position can effectively correct the PICC catheter heterotopia. This method is simple and feasible and thus worthy of clinical application.

Objective To investigate the effect of mental diathesis training on recruits' psychological health. Methods A total of 200 recruits were divided into intervention group and control group with 100 recruits in each group. Those in intervention group were trained by Mental Diathesis Training for 6 weeks, and the recruits in control group were not.SCL-90 and Coping styles scale were employed to evaluate the mental health before and after training. Results Except phobia and psychoticism, other factor-scores of SCL-90 of the recruits in intervention gsoup were decreased significantly after the training.Except somatization,no significant difference was found in other factor-scores of SCL-90 of the recruits in control group after the training.Except somatization, phobia and psychoticism, other factor-scores of SCL-90 of recruits in intervention group were significantly higher than that of the recruits in control group(P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the influences of large-scale military exercise on immune and endocrine secretory function of soldiers. Methods The psychological stress self-evaluation test(PSET)was applied on 126 officers and soldiers before and after the military exercise.Radioimmunoassay(RIA)technique was employed to determine the contents of serum interlukine-2(IL-2),interlukine-6(IL-6),interlukine-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),cortisol(Cor)and aldosterone(Ald)in 126 subjects. All data were processed by correlation analysis. Results Compared with that of before exercise, the contents of serum IL-2 declined significantly(P

Objective To investigate the correlation between the soldier' mental status and their coping style and the social supports in a jointed military exercise. Methods 538 servicemen who took part in a jointed military exercise were selected as study objects. All the objects were interviewed with the aid of Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Collected data were analyzed by statistical methods including t-test,chi-square test and Pearson product correlation analysis. Results The SCL-90 factor scores of the study objects were significantly higher than that of Chinese military personnel norms(P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the correlation between psychological stress status and the personality of the soldiers who took part in a large-scale military exercise. Methods The psychological stress self-evaluation test (PSET), SCL-90 game and Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) were conducted in 126 servicemen before and after a field military exercise. Correlation between psychological stress status and their personality profile was studied versus the SCL-90 after military exercise. Results 126 servicemen who had taken part in the military exercise were tested with PSET. The number of persons whose PSET data T≥70 increased from 9 before the exercise to 35 after the exercise (P
10.STUDY ON THE BACTERIAL SEPTICEMIA OF CARASSIUS AURATUS OF PENZE(♀)? CYPRINUS ACUTIDORSALIS(♂)I——ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE PATHOGEN
Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
The bacterial strain CSS-4-2 isolated from the spleen of Carassius auratus of penze(♀) ? Cyprinus acutidorsalis (♂) with septicemia was proved to b e a pathogen by artificial infection. This bacteria has short rod-shaped cells , Gram negative and motile, with single polar flagellum, and with not capsule. No spore was formed , and it was resistant to 0/129. It could utilize glucose, mal t ose ,mannite, sucrose and inositol, but could not utilize malonate, lactose, xyl ose, raffinose, sorbin and adonitol. Oxidase and arginine dihydrolase was posit ive. While urease, lysine decarboxylase and ornthine decarboxylase was negative .Bacteriological identification by VITEK-AMS-60 showed the strain CSS-4-2 w as Aeromonas caviae. Drug sensitivity assay showed that this strain was sen sitive to s treptomycin, tobramycin, chloromycetin, rifampicin, norfloxacin and nitrofuranto in, but resistant to penicillin G.
