Objective To observe the effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsules and Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of senile vaginitis and the influence on vaginal environment,thus to guide rational and effective treatment. Methods 80 patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.40 cases in the control group were given ornidazole suppository,40 cases in the observation group were given lactobacillus vagi-nal capsules and Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group.Both two groups had been treated for 7d.The symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment.The vaginal secretions were taken for measuring vaginal lactobacilli by smear method.The pH in vaginal was detected,adverse events were recorded.All the patients were fol-lowed up for six months,the recurrence was observed.Results The total effective rate,the recurrence rate of 2 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of 4 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of 6 months after treat-ment of the observation group and control group were 97.5% vs 75.0%,0.0% vs 10.0%,2.5% vs 17.5% and 2.5% vs 22.5%,the differences were statistically significant(χ2 =4.211,5.000,7.314,all P <0.05).The improve-ment of genital itching,increased vaginal discharge,dysuria,vaginal congestion in the observation group were better than the control group(χ2 =5.00,4.872,5.475,5.333,all P <0.05).The pH values of vagina in the observation group and control group were (4.4 ±1.8),(5.5 ±2.1),there was statistically significant difference(t =5.386,P <0.01).The vaginal lactobacilli positive rate of the control group after treatment was 57.5%(23 /40),which of the observation group was 87.5% (35 /40 ),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =9.028,P <0.01 ). Conclusion The method contained lactobacillus vaginal capsules and Kangfuxin liquid can balance the vaginal envi-ronment,improve symptoms and signs,reduce the rate of disease recurrence.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hydroquinone in compound hydroquinone cream.METHODS:The assay was conducted on a Kromasil-C 18 column with methanol-water(30∶70)as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was293nm.RESULTS:The linear concentration range of hydroquinone was2.5～60?g/ml with the recovery of99.9%(RSD=0.73%).CONCLUSION:The method may be used for the determination of hydroquinone in cream.

Objective To investigate the mental health and personality of soldiers operated inside and outside tunnels,and explore the necessity and particularity of mental training.Method One hundred and four soldiers worked inside tunnel and 88 outside tunnel were tested by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ),and the results were analyzed statistically.Result With an exception of phobia,the SCL-90 scores of most factors were significantly higher in the soldiers worked inside tunnel than outside tunnel(P0.05) on EPQ-E and EPQ-P scores.Some of SCL-90 index scores showed positive correlation with EPQ-P and N dimension scores,and negative correlation with EPQ-E dimension score(P0.05).Conclusion Personality feature is an important factor that influences the mental health of soldiers worked inside tunnel.It is important to adopt appropriate mental training and improve the adaptability of soldiers to the military environment.

Objective To investigate the changes of serum protein profile of rats in psychological stress and in analogous psychological training,identify the differential expression proteins,and assess the effectiveness of psychological training.Methods Thirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into psychological training group,psychological stress group,control group and stressor group (8 each).Rats in stressor group received intermittent foot-shock.Instead of foot-shock,the rats in psychological stress group animals received the stimulation information from stressor group by watching,listening and smelling.Rats in psychological training group were put in special equipment and received stimulation information from stressor group synchronously,and in control group were kept in individual cages and received no stress.Experiments were performed once a morning for two weeks.The changes of serum protein profile of rats in psychological training group,psychological stress group and control group were determined and statistically analyzed by Surface Enhanced Laser Desorption Ionization-Time of Flight-Mass Spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) after the experiments.Results Variance analysis showed that the relative contents of proteins with M/Z value of 7820.51,8870.18,6860.85,8625.13 and 11413.91Da were significantly different (P

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a subtype of breast cancer known for the poor prognosis due to its strong invasiveness, high recurrence rate, and lack of effective treatment. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find targeted therapy for TNBC. Cathepsin A (CTSA) is an acidic serine carboxypeptidase that is highly expressed in various tumor tissues. However, the role and molecular mechanism of CTSA in TNBC are still unclear. This study found that the expression of CTSA was upregulated, and the high expression of CTSA was positively correlated with the poor prognosis of TNBC. The results further showed that knocking down CTSA inhibited the proliferation, invasion, and colony formation of TNBC cells, improved drug sensitivity of cells, and inhibited the progression of TNBC. Mechanistically, CTSA inhibited the ubiquitination and degradation of the promyelocytic leukemia protein (PML) protein by blocking the interaction between PML and its E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF4, thus maintaining the stability of PML nuclear bodies (PML-NBs). The inhibitor of CTSA had a positive therapeutic effect on inhibiting the characteristics of TNBC stem cells. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that inhibiting CTSA to decrease the stability of PML protein may be a promising therapeutic strategy for TNBC. [Conclusion]The serum levels of GGT increased to different degrees in paitents with fracture. The levels of GGT showed an upward tendency during the period of hematoma organization. There was no obvious correlation between the changes of GGT versus WBC and calcium or phosphorus. The elevation of GGT is possibly related to stress response.

Objective To test the pathogeny of Vibrio cholerae strains of the epidemic in Jinzhou of Hubei Province.Methods Traditional methods of biochemistry,immobihzation test,string test and typing of blood serum were used to test the 6 strains isolated.The virulence gene which was cholera enterotoxin (ct) was detected by PCR.The whole genome DNA finger print of confirmed strains was analyzed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) after digestion respectively with two enzymes Not Ⅰ and Sfi Ⅰ.The DNA fingerprints were analyzed for clusters.Results The 6 strains of Vibrio cholerae were all O139 by traditional laboratory tests;virulence gene was detected in all 6 strains.The banding pattern was the same in the two maps of PFGE.The results of cluster analysis showed that the similarity coefficient of the six strains was 100％.Conclusion The epidemic of Vibrio cholerae is caused by the same pathogenic bacterium which is O139.

Objective Severe preeclampsia (sPE), which is usually complicated by small-for-gestational-age (SGA) and immature labor , remains a leading cause of maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity. This study was to investigate the risk factors of SGA in sPE. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 100 cases of sPE, 35 with SGA (the case group) and the other 65 without it ( the control group ) .We conducted single-factor analysis on the general characteristics and potential impact factors of the patients , i-dentified the independent risk factors of SGA using the un-conditional stepwise logistic model , and assessed the value of umbilical arter-y S/D ratio and proteinuria ration in the diagnosis of sPE with SGA with the ROC curve . Results Compared with the control group , the case group had more cases of early-onset sPE ( P =0.010 ), earlier gestational and delivery weeks (P<0.001), lower neonatal weight at birth ( P<0 .001 ) , higher rate of admission to and longer stay in the neonatal ICU (P<0.001), and higher incidence of neo-natal complications (P<0.05).The case group also showed signifi-cant increases in comparison with the control in the umbilical artery S/D ratio (2.95 ±0.75 vs 2.31 ±0.47, P<0.05), frequency of S/D ratio ≥95th percentile (22.86% vs 6.15%, P<0.01), and rate of proteinuria ≥5 g/24 h (42.86% vs 20.00%, P<0.05).The S/D ratio ≥95th percentile (OR=6.02, 95%CI:2.32-16.78) and proteinuria≥5 g/24 h (OR=1.65, 95%CI:1.56-3.01) were found to be the risk factors of sPE with SGA.The area under the curve was 0.852 for the combination of S/D ra-tio and proteinuria ration in the diagnosis of sPE with SGA (P<0.05). Conclusion Umbilical artery S/D ratio≥95th percentile and proteinuria ≥5 g/24 h contribute to the early prediction, prevention, and prognosis of sPE, and is valuable for the diagnosis of sPE with SGA.

In the clinical therapy of acute and chronic cerebral and spinal marrow diseases, we should maintain the substantial Yin by avoiding injury, preventing spinal degeneration and maintaining the blood supply; and we should adjusting the functional Yang by nourishing the blood and promoting blood circulation, calming the liver to stop the wind, keep Yin and Weiqi in balance, tonifying the spleen and kidney etc. From the author's experience ,the patient with acute cerebral and spinal marrow injury diseases should be treated by regulating lung, liver, spleen and kidney to remove the wet water and purge the fire;the patient with chronic cerebral and spinal marrow injury diseases should be treated by regulating heart, liver, spleen and kidney to enhance Yang and nourish Yin.
