Objective In order to understand and evaluate the significance and action of the whole body's regulation in the organism's heat shock response, this paper analyzed the difference between the anaesthetic and sober mice in the same heat shock condition. Methods The anaesthetic and sober mice were treated respectively in 40, 42,44 and 46℃ for 30?min and then recovered for 24?h in normal raise. The heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in mouse livers were checked by Western blot. The acid and neutral proteinase activities in mouse livers were checked by renatured electrophoresis of proteinases. Results HSP70 synthsis in the sober mouse livers was decreased by 44\|46℃, but it was stronger in the anaesthetic mouse livers. The acid proteinase activities in the sober and anaesthetic mouse livers basically indicated a positive relationship with HSP70 synthesis, but the neutral proteinase activities showed a negative relationship. Conclusion Based on the results, it was inferred that the anaesthetic mouse livers had a higher heat\|resistance than that of the sober mouse livers, and that the stress response of the mouse livers was regulated by two levels of cells and whole body, which also involved in other physiological and biochemical actions except the heat shock protein synthesis. China Pharmacy 2016;27(1):4-7
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the price management of medicines in Chinese mainland by inquiring into rel-ative management in Hong Kong. METHODS:Based on the steps of price management and the value chain of medicines in Hong Kong, the management mechanism of medicine pricing, circulation and compensation were researched. RESULTS & CONCLU-SIONS:The prices of the medicines in Hong Kong are mainly determined by the tender between Hospital Authority and the pharma-ceutical suppliers. In circulation, medicine payer as main body in bidding and purchase conducthigh qualitybidding andmasspurchase, and price remained the same in public hospital. On the basis of the purchase price, the price that actually paid by pa-tients is the result of government compensation. Chinese mainland can draw lessons from such drug bidding mode in Hong Kong which will lead health care department to act as the main body in bidding, weaken the relationship between the hospitals and the drug dealers or manufacturers, and expand the government's financial investment in public medical institutions to improve reim-bursement.

OBJECTIVE:To explore price management mechanism of medical service in Macau of China, and to provide refer-ence for the formulation of price management mechanism of medical service in the mainland area of China. METHODS:From two key links of pricing and compensation, price management mechanism of medical service in Macau was introduced. RESULTS &CONCLUSIONS:In respect of pricing,Macau Health Bureau as pricing subject set up guide price for public health institutions by marginal cost pricing, which focused on technology value and labor value of medical staff, and graded pricing for health institu-tions at various levels. In respect of compensation, compensation subjects included government, social security funds, charitable or-ganization,etc. The government provided fixed-rate compensation for citizen by allocating funds for public health institutions,so as to improve compensation level for primary health institutions. The social security funds extended sick benefit to insured patients, and compensated patients at fixed rate. Charitable organization subsidized private health institutions to reduce medical service price. Finally, actual price has been formulated through pricing and compensation links, and the experience is worthy of learning by the mainland of China.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the rational drug use of China. METHODS:By referring to In-dia,South Africa and Argentina's policy in this regard, the rational drug policy rules and supporting measures in the national drug policy of these states were analyzed and summarized to put forward related policies for China. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Pro-moting the rational drug use required multi-angle managements towards the supply-side,the demand-side as well as third-party, and relevant supporting measures needed to be improved. Firstly, the managements on the supply-side is particularly important,in-cluding measures such as strengthening prescription management, formulating and implementing the standard treatment guidelines, intensifing the functions of pharmacists, establishing serious irrational drug use and specific diseases medication management sys-tem;then,the demand-side needs the investigation and feedback about the patients with drug use to eliminate irrational drug use, and through the internet and other media to raise public awareness of the medicine information as well;besides, the third-party needs to establish a non-profit organization to regulate pharmaceutical advertisements, and increase information about rational drug use;finally, improving the rational drug policy also needs to improve needs to promote the separation of medicine, reform Medi-care payment and other supporting measures.

This study is to observe the protection of gross saponins of Tribulus terrestris (GSTT) on cardiocytes impaired by adriamycin (ADR) and approach its mechanism of action. Cardiocytes of neonate rat were cultivated for 72 hours and divided into normal control group, model (ADR 2 mg x L(-1)) group, and GSTT (100, 30, and 10 mg x L(-1)) groups. MTT colorimetric method was deployed to detect cardiocyte survival rate, activities of CK, LDH, AST, SOD, MDA and NO were detected, and apoptosis was detected with flow cytometry. Effect of GSTT on caspase-3 was detected with Western blotting. Compared with control group, contents of CK, LDH, AST, MDA and NO were increased, and activity of SOD was reduced (P < 0.05, P < 0.01, P < 0.001) by ADR. Numbers of survival cells were increased (P < 0.05, P < 0.001), contents of CK, LDH, AST, MDA and NO were decreased, and activity of SOD was increased (P < 0.05, P < 0.01, P < 0.001) by GSTT (100 and 30 mg x L(-1)). Apoptosis of cardiocytes and concentration of caspase-3 can be reduced by GSTT (100 and 30 mg x L(-1)). GSTT can protect cardiocytes impaired by ADR, which are possible involved with its effect of resisting oxygen free radical.

Objective To observe the changes of serum sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) level in asthmatic patients with different severity of bronchial asthma, and to explore the evaluation value of S1P on the severity of asthma. Methods A prospective observational study was conducted. Fifty-two patients with asthma admitted to Department of Respiratory Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from November 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled. According to the severity of the disease, the patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups. In the same period, 25 healthy subjects were served as healthy control group. All the subjects got the peripheral venous blood collection in the morning fasting, the level of serum S1P was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the peripheral blood eosinophil (EOS) was counted, and the pulmonary function test was performed. The correlation among the parameters was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was plotted, and the value of serum S1P on evaluating the severity of asthma was analyzed. Results Fifty-two asthma patients were enrolled, including 17 patients of the mild, 19 of the moderate, and 16 of the severe. Compared with the healthy control group, serum S1P level and peripheral blood EOS in different degree asthma groups were significantly increased, and forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) was decreased significantly; and with asthma exacerbations, serum S1P levels and peripheral blood EOS were gradually increased [mild, moderate and severe S1P (nmol/L) were 1537.0±120.3, 1980.7±149.5, 2202.2±117.2 (F= 274.624, P= 0.001); EOS (×109/L) were 0.13±0.06, 0.20±0.07, 0.37±0.14 , respectively (F= 44.093,P = 0.001)], and FEV1 was decreased gradually [mild, moderate and severe were 0.89±0.05, 0.63±0.06, 0.42±0.10, respectively (F= 159.756,P = 0.001)]. Correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations between serum S1P level and peripheral blood EOS in patients with mild, moderate and severe asthma (r value was 0.696, 0.746,0.508, allP < 0.05), and negatively correlations with FEV1 were found (r value was -0.761, -0.655, -0.815, all P < 0.01). There was no significant correlation between serum S1P level and EOS, FEV1 in healthy control group (r value was 0.324 and -0.048, bothP> 0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve (AUC) of serum S1P for assessing mild, moderate and severe asthma was 0.948, 1.000, 1.000, respectively; when the cut-off of S1P was 1181.8, 1534.2, 1708.6 nmol/L, the sensitivity was 88.2%, 100%, 100%, and the specificity was 88.0%, 100% and 100%, respectively. Conclusions During asthma attack, the serum S1P level was gradually increased with the exacerbation of the disease. Serum S1P level has significant evaluative effect on the severity of asthma.
