Objective To study the clinical values of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) as serum tumor marker in lung cancer. Methods The serum NSE levels in 96 patients with lung cancer,60 patients with begnign pulmonary disease and 60 healthy controls were measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of NSE in serum in patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than those in healthy subjects and patients with begnign lung disease(P0.05).The effective rate of chemotherapy were 87.10%,40.00% and 66.67%, 33.33% in patients with SCLC and NSCLC,respective for NSE positive and negative ones(P
2.Acupuncture and tuina clinical thoughts of "treating the back from abdomen" for low back pain.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(7):715-717
In clinical treatment, it is found that certain patients always have some positive reaction points those are relevant with low back pain in the abdomen area. When the simple treatment on the low back is ineffective, the efficacy could be significantly improved if acupuncture or tuina is performed at the abdomen areas, which is called "regulating yin to treat yang", or "treating the back from abdomen". In this paper, with the diagnosis and treatment method of "treating the back from abdomen" for low back pain as principal line, the detailed manipulation is explained for low back pain that is induced by TCM meridian diseases or modern anatomy, which could open the methods for clinical treatment of low back pain and enrich the therapeutic options.

4.Study of mandibular movement trace in skeletal anterior reverse bite malocclusion after the early stage orthodontic treatment of mixed dentition
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To study the differences between the mandibular movement in empty opening and protrusion trace of the skeletal anterior reverse malocclusion before and after the early protraction treatment in early stage of mixed dentition. Methods ACRUSdigma system, a kind of ultrasonic mandibular movement record system, was used in the study. The kinematic center which can represent the translation and rotation of the condylar and the incisal points were used as reference point to compare the difference of the empty opening and protrusion mandibular movement trajectory of 30 individuals with skeletal anterior reverse bite malocclusions before and after the early protraction facemask treatment. Results For the kinematic center, the typical trajectory was changed, the upper movement disappeared and the distances between vertical and horizontal movements were increased at the end of the treatment in the empty opening movement on the sagittal plane. In the empty protrusion movement, the interplanar distance of the kinematic center was increased significantly on the sagittal plane. For the incisial point, it moved ahead at first and then downward vertically in the empty protrusion movement, and the interplanar distance was increased significantly on the sagittal plane in the empty opening movement. Conclusions By giving the protraction treatment, the relation of upper mandible and submaxilla of the skeletal anterior reverse bite malocclusions is changed. During the later stage of the treatment, for the occlusal splint was ground off, the normal occlusial inducement is built, which affords the rebuilding of temporomandibular joint (TMJ), ligaments and muscles. The trajectory also becomes normal. The normal trajectory may supply a better environment for the development and rebuilding of jaw, TMJ, ligaments and muscles.
5.A case study of on the basis of tumor markers for the syndrome differentiation
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2012;34(1):45-47
Tumor Markers(Tumor Markers,TM) as a member of the tumor microenvironment components, change with the tumor microenvironment and the functional status of the body.Chinese medicine can improve the overall regulation of tumor micro-environment impact on the TM,which to some extent, the dynamic detection of TM can be reflected in the earlier short-term medical treatment of cancer patients.Based on TM,we clarified the relationship of differentiating disease and differentiating syndrome, type of syndrome and histology pathology type for tumor. This will provide new theoretical foundation for clinical anti-tumor studies from the microcosmic scope.

AlM: To analyze the correlation between tear film changes of allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye, then provide clinical references for better treatment.
METHODS: Fifty patients with allergic conjunctivitis were taken as the observation group, the control group was selected based on 1:1 case control theory, and we chose 50 health volunteers without ocular surface diseases, xerophthalmia and systematic diseases randomly, then fluorescein ( FL) staining, break-up time ( BUT) , Schirner l test ( SⅠt) , tear meniscus high ( TMH) and slit-lamp examinations were performed in the two groups.
RESULTS: ln the observation group, FL, BUT, Slt, TMH of right eyes and left eyes were statistically significant correlated ( P < 0. 05 ). FL and BUT were statistically significant between control group and observation group (P<0. 05). TMH and Slt has positive correlation, while FL and BUT has negative correlation and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). CONCLUSlON: Due to inflammatory mediators participation, allergic conjunctivitis could lead to the stability changes of tear film which cause in dry eye. The stability changes of allergic conjunctivitis correlate to the damage degree of epithelium.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To compare the discriminative ability of MRI linear measurements and volumetric measurements between patients with Alzheimer disease (AD) and control subjects, and to evaluate their clinical value. Methods The study group consisted of 32 patients with probable Alzheimer disease and 32 healthy control subjects. Linear measurements and volumetric measurements of the bilateral hippocampal formations, temporal horns of lateral ventricle, parahippocampal gyri, and entorhinal cortices were performed on the serial reconstructed MR images. Discriminant analysis was used to identify measurements independently contributing to discriminating between AD and control subjects. Results With a stepwise method, the right height of temporal horn and right thickness of entorhinal cortex of linear measurements entered the function. The specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy of this function were 96.9%, 84.4%, and 90.6%, respectively. The left entorhinal cortex and left hippocampus of volumetric measurements entered the other discriminant function. The specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy of the second function were 100.0%, 90.6%, and 95.3%, respectively. All the linear and volumetric measurements of cerebral regions were significantly different between AD group and control subjects(t= -6.80~12.53,P
