Objective To explore the feasibility of two-day laparoscopic cholecysteetomy(LC).Methods The clinical data of 50 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the operations were successful.Condu-sions Two-day laparoscopic cholecystectomy is deserved to spresd which is also safe,available and higher bed rota-tion as well as great patient satisfaction.

This paper studied on breeding selenium-enriched yeast by protoplast mutagenesis. A strain which the content of selenium is the highest is selected from thirteen strains yeast. The optimum conditions to form protoplast are lysed by 1 g/100 mL lywallzyme for 120 min, the formation and regeneration being 95.2% and 21.8% respectively. By mutating breed a strain of A1 which the content of selenium is 821 mg/kg and the amount of dry cell of 0.84 g/100 mL is obtained.

Objective To explore the value on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) by hemofiltration combined with Dan Sen and catheterizing drainage through laparoscope. Methods Thirty patients of SAP were divided into two groups. On the basis of routine treatment(supportive treatment,suppressing excrine of pancreas stilamin,trypsin inhibitor and antibiotics),hemofiltration,catheterizing drainage,stilamin and Dan Sen were added in group A,while only routine treatment were administered in group B. TNF,IL-6,IL-8,score of Balthazar CT and score of APACHEⅡ were studied in both groups. Objective To investigate curative effect in children with bronchial asthma by two treatment methods. Methods 100 children with bronchial asthma,according to the different treatment were divided into treatment group 50 cases and control group(50 cases). The first seconds vital capacity(FEV1),peak expiratory flow (PEF) ,vital capacity 25% of the instantaneous velocity (V75), vital capacity 50% of the instantaneous velocity (V50) ,vital capacity 75% of the instantaneous velocity(V25) and their percentage the percentage of predicted value were observed. Results Total effective of 43 cases(86.0%) in treatment group after treatment 4 weeks were higher than that in control group of 28 cases (56. 5 %) (x~2 = 3. 987, P ＜ 0.05); The percentage of FEV1 and PEF in two groups after treatment 12 weeks were significantly higher than that before treatment(x~2 = 4. 01,4. 21,4. 31,4. 08, all P ＜ 0.05), but it between the two groups was not statistically significant (x~2 = 2. 31,2. 41, all P ＞ 0.05); The pulmonary function of V75 、V50、V25 in two groups after treatment 12 weeks reached projected value of more than 90% ;The pulmonary function of V75 、V50、V25 after treatment compared with those before treatment were improved significantly (x~2 =4.285,4.234,4.311,4.278,all P＜0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of bronchial asthma were confirmed in two methods,but treatment group were better than the control group.

Objective:To clone interleukin 4 cDNA of Tibet pig.Methods:To amplify cDNA,using RT PCR from the total RNA from the lymphocyte stimulated by 10 ?g/ml Con A in vitro,to subclone into pMD T vector,and then to determine it by digesting and sequencing.Results:The cloned Tibet pig interleukin 4 was 98% homologus to the necleotide acids of Chenghua pig a special specie of pig in Sichuan province and 99% homologus to that of hybrid of Landrance with Chanbai pig.Conclusion:IL 4 of Tibet pig was successfully cloned from the lymphocyte after stimulating 70 h with ConA.

Objective To evaluate the treatment of postoperative bile-duct residual stones with rigid cholangioscopy. Methods Three hundred and twenty-seven cases of bile duct residual stones were treated with rigid cholangioscopy. As a route for the rigid cholangioscopy, the T-tube tract (315 cases), the U-tube tract (5 cases) and the jejunostomy tube tract of efferent limb (7 cases) were used. Results Four hundred and eighty-six rigid cholangioscopic sessions were carried out, 1.5 sessions on the average for each patient. Treatment was successful in all but one patient in whom rigid cholangioscopic access to bile duct was difficult since the T-tube tract was too long. The rate of complete removal of the stones was 95.4%. There were no serious complications. Conclusions It′s possible to pass the instrument into the common bile duct and the majority of the intrahepatic bile duct. Many of the problems associated with residual stones can be overcome by this method and good results achieved. This technique seems to be a useful new alternative in patients with difficult retained bile duct stones.

Objective To investigate the expression and role of costimulatory molecule 4-1BB on T cells of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Metheds The expression of 4-1BB on T lymphocytes from 30 RA patients and 20 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry.Results The expression of 4-1BB on CD4~+T and CD8~+T lymphocytes from RA patients was significantly higher than that of normal control(18.56?4.08,10.33?2.13 vs 1.24?0.12,0.87?0.09,P＜0.01).There was more expression of 4-1BB on CD4~+T and CD8~+ T lymphocytes stimulated by anti-CD3 antibody from RA patients(33?4 vs 21?8,P＜0.01).In addition,the ra- tio of CD4~+T/CD8+T in RA patients was higher than that of normal controls and was positively correlated with 4-1BB~+CD4~+T cell.The expression of 4-1BB on CD4~+T in RA patients was positively correlated with the level of ESR and IgA(r=0.476,P＜0.05;r=0.659,P＜0.05).Conclusion The costimulatory molecule 4-1BB is ab- normally expressed in T lymphocytes from patients with rheumatoid arthritis.The abnormal expression of 4-1BB on T lymphocytes may play an important role in the development of RA.The expression of 4-1BB on CD4~+T cell may take part in the inflammation of RA.

To investigate the relationship between Snail and renal tubular epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) or tubulointerstitial fibrosis (TIF) at tissue and cellular levels and to observe the changes of miRNA profile after transfecting Snail gene into human renal tubular epithelial cells (HK-2),to further elucidate the importance of miRNA in the pathogenesis of renal fibrosis.Methods The expression of Snail and EMT-related proteins vimentin,SMA,E-cadherin was detected by immunohistochemistry in renal tissues of 40 patients with IgA nephropathy.The expression of Snail,E-cadherin and SMA in normal control group,empty transfection group and Snail gene transfection group was detected by Western blot and RT-PCR.Furthermore,differentially expressed miRNAs were screened by gene chip.Results By immunohistochemistry,Snail expression was positively correlated with vimentin and SMA,negatively correlated with E-cadherin in IgA nephropathy.The higher degree of the TIF,the stronger the expression of Snail.Compared with the control group,the expression of Snail,vimentin and SMA in the snail transfected group increased.However,E-cadherin decreased at gene and protein level by the RT-PCR and Western blot (P ＜ 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Five distinctly different miRNAs were screened by gene chip after Snail gene was transfected into HK-2 cells,and then 5 026 potential target genes were predicted.Conclusion Snail expression is closely related with renal tubular epithelial mesenchymal transition and tubulointerstitial fibrosis,and it may be used as a new target in EMT prevention.Differentially expressed miRNAs may be involved in the development of EMT and TIF.

OBJECTIVE:To improve the writing quality prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines and to facilitate the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.METHODS:A total of 15 000 prescriptions were sampled in our hospital in 2006 for an analysis of the problems in accordance with the related standards specified in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(CP,2005 edition)and the new "Prescription management method".RESULTS:The problems manifested as nonstandard in drug name and footnotes,or overdosage and so on.CONCLUSION:We should strengthen the management of the traditional Chinese drugs and improve our pharmaceutical care.
