Objective To explore job satisfaction degrees and the influencing factors among community nurses. Method General information questionnaire and the revised job satisfaction questionnaire were adopted in the investigation among 124 nurses from 28 community health service centers in Nanchong City between February to October 2016. Results The total score was (119.62 ± 15.37), at the moderate to high level. Of the eight dimensions, relationship with colleagues was scored the highest, and personal growth was the lowest. The influencing factors of the nurse's job satisfaction were found to be employment type, work positions, service duration in the community and whether they have been trained on community nursing position (all P<0.05). Conclusions The job satisfaction degree of community nurses is generally at middle level. Therefore, measures should be taken to improve the job satisfaction for the development of community nursing services.

Objective To study the relationship between arousal and sleep apnea in old people with sleep apnea syndrome(SAS). Methods Sixty-two aged patients were diagnosed of SAS after polysomnography (PSG). Records included total sleep time, apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),total arousal number(TAN), arousal index(AI), total respiratory-related arousal number(TRAN), total number of arousal lasted over 15 seconds (T15AN) and the severity of hypoxemia (desaturation). Sixty-four non-aged patients were included in control group. Ten aged patients were intervened with nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nCPAP) treatment. Data were compared with that before treatment. Results The results for the above parameters of the aged and the non-aged SAS patients were( 35.1?23.2)/h and (39.1?27.2)/h respectively for AHI, (15.8?11.4)/h and (20.4?13.0)/h for AI, 44.1% and 51.3% for the ratio of TRAN/TAN, only 6.1% and 6.7% for ratio of T15AN/TAN. 50% of 62 aged and 64 non- aged SAS patients were in severe desaturation. Objective To study the method of promoting spontaneous closure of enterocutaneous fistula with fibrin sealant. Methods In twenty-seven patients with enterocutaneous fistula the selective fibrin sealant occlusion method was applied, and fistulagraphy was used to confirm closure. Results Fistula occlusion was attained within 2 weeks in 25 of the 27 patients, and there had been no sign of recurrence over a follow-up period of 1-15 months (average 5.6 months). Conclusion Selective fibrin sealant occlusion is highly effective for the closure enterocutaneous fistula.

Anopheles minimus was infected with Plasmodium yoelii yoelii under adequate condition. The malaria parasite could develop normally and produce mature oocysts containing sporozoites. Large numbers of free active sporozoites were found in the haemocele but most of them failed to penetrate into the mosquito's salivary glands. Thus the sporogonic cycle of the parasite could not be completed.But in one mosquito, a few sporozoites were found in its salivary glands. It seems that there is an individual difference in the susceptibility of the mosquitoes and this throws some light on the possibility of selecting a susceptible strain of A. minimus to establish the A. minimus-P. yoelii system for malaria research.

Objective To study the effects of methylene blue(MB), a soluble guanylate cyclase inhibitor , on intestinal perfusion and oxygenation in dogs with septic shock.Methods A septic shock model was established by lipopolysaccharide infusion.After resuscitation with normal saline infusion,2mg/kg MB was infused within 15min in seven dogs.Blood flow of the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) was measured respectively at baseline,post shock for 1h, after resuscitation and 30min after MB injection.Blood gas analysis was done , and oxygenation was calculated.Results Blood flow of the SMA was significantly decreased by 61 8%(P0 0 5 ) ,butO2 extrincreasedby 14 8% .Conclusions Septicshockindogsresultsinadecreaseinintestinalperfusionandanincreasein oxygenextraction ,whichcanbeimprovedbyMBinjection .Theintestinalperfusionispartlyincreasedbyvolumetherapy .

Objective To investigate epigenetic inactivation of SPOCK2 gene in the malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis ( EM ) by comparing the methylation status and protein expression of SPOCK2 gene in the malignant tissues,ectopic endometria and the eutopic endometria of endometriosis.Methods From Jan.2005 to Jan.2011,22 paraffin-embedded specimens diagnosed as malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis ( EAOC ) including 11 cases with ovarian endometrioid carcinoma,8 cases with clear cell carcinoma,2 cases with serous cystadenocarcinoma and 1 case with mucous cystoadenocarcinoma matched with 22 cases with ovarian endometriosis and 16 cases with normal endometrium form cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) patients as controls in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shengjing Hospital.Twenty-two malignant tissues,15 ectopic endometria and 10 eutopic endometria were captured by microdissection in EAOC group; 22 eetopic endometria and 17 eutopic endometria were captured in EM group; 22 endometrium were captured in the NE group.The methylation statue of SPOCK2 was determined by combined bisulfite restriction analysis,and the protein expression of SPOCK2 was evaluated by immunohistochemistry.Results ( 1 ) Methylation of SPOCK2:in the EAOC group,the frequency of SPOCK2 hypermethylation in malignant tissue was 45％ (10/22),which was significantly higher than 1/15 in the ectopic endometrium (P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference of the frequency of SPOCK2 hypermethylation in ectopic endometrium in the EAOC group(1/15) and EM group (5％,1/22) (P＞0.05).(2) SPOCK2 protein:the loss rate of SPOCK2 was 44％ (11/22) in malignant tissue in EAOC group,which were significantly higher than 2/15 of in ectopic endometrium of EAOC (P ＜ 0.05).However,there was no remarkable difference in loss rate of SPOCK2 protein between ectopic endeometrium of EAOC and endometrium of EM [ 2/15 vs.5％ ( 1/22 ),P ＞ 0.05 ].No significantly difference in loss rate of SPOCK2 in eutopic endometrium was observed among three groups ( P ＞ 0.05 ).(3) The abnormal methylation of SPOCK2 could lead to loss expression of protein ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Epigenetic inactivation of SPOCK2 gene is involved in the malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis.

Objective To determine the relationship between blood biochemical indexes and severity of NAFLD by establishing various models of NAFLD with different degrees in rabbits. Methods Thirty-two healthy rabbits were randomly divided into normal control (n=8) and three experimental groups(n=24). Fatty liver animal models were established by giving high fat,high sugar diet. The serum TG,TC,AST,ALT and pathological evaluation were detected respectively after 4,6 and 8 weeks. Results The rabbits developed hyperlipidemia and slight fatty liver after four weeks. Along with the worsening of fat liver,the serum TG level kept rising.Conclusion The blood biochemical indexes can serve as a reliable technique for diagnosing fatty liver disease in clinical.

Objective To investigate the cell morphology and immune phenotypic characteristics in Uygur and Han patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Methods Bone marrow smears of 67 cases diagnosed as MDS were systematicly observed and recorded,flow cytometry (FCM) was used to test the immunophenotyping.Results There were abnormal hematopoiesis in different extent in granulocyte series,erythron series and megakaryocytic series of all patients.Occurence of pathological hematopoietic performance in Uygur patients with MDS was similar to that in Han,granulocyte series [52 cases (77.6 ％)] ＞megakaryocytic series [44 cases (65.7 ％)] ＞ erythrocyte series [36 cases (53.7 ％)],the differences in two groups were not significant (x2 values 1.02,0.30,0.02,respectively,all P ＞ 0.05).The changes type of pathological hematopoietic performance in two groups were similar,single garden nuclear megakaryocyte [36 cases (53.7 ％)],false Pelger nuclear anomaly granulocyte [36 cases (53.7 ％)],erythroid gigantic young cell change [33 cases (49.3 ％)],granulocyte cell particles reduced or absent [27 cases (40.3 ％)] etc.The result of FCM showed that along with the progressive change of RA/RAS to RAEB/RAEB-t,the expression ratios of mature CD15 were decreased,while the expression ratios of early stage CD117 and CD34 were raised gradually (x2 values 6.23,12.06,8.95,7.37,8.95,8.08,respectively,all P ＜ 0.05),the differences in two groups were not significant (x2 values 0.715,0.024,0.146,respectively,all P ＞ 0.05).Meanwhile,Uygur patients with MDS has great expression of CD56 and Han had HLA-DR,there were significantly differences in two groups (x2 values 3.91 and 3.90,respectively,both P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Occurence of pathological hematopoietic performance in Uygur patients with MDS are similar to that in Han.Most MDSs has two or more levels of pathological hematopoietic performance.The differences of immunophenotype characteristics in two groups are partially significant and test of immunophenotype are helpful in the diagnosis,classification,prognosis of MDS.

Objective To explore the possibility of early definitive operation for enteric fistulas. Methods In 37 selected enterocutaneous fistula patients, early definitive operation was performed during laparotomy for treating peritonitis within 10 days of fistula formation. Thorough irrigation of peritoneal cavity, effective sump drainage, fibrin glue sealant to reinforce anastomosis, appropriate nutritional support, and administration of growth hormone were key elements of perioperative management. Results Among 37 patients, 35 of them recovered uneventfully. Fistula recurred in 2 cases postoperatively; one fistula closed after conservative management, and another patient died of advanced gastric cancer 3 months postoperatively. The fistula operative closure rate was 94.5%. No operative death. Conclusion Advances in perioperative management can promote the success rate of early definitive operation for enteric fistulas. It may become a challenge to the present strategy of enteric fistula management.
