1.Research on strategy of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of enterprise
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(7):577-580
Traditional Chinese medicine is the few field of owing independent intellectual property in China, the implement of intellectual property strategy is important for the long-term development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. At present, traditional Chinese medicine enterprises still remain many problems in intellectual property protection, such as weak awareness of intellectual property protection, lack of intellectual property protection professional personnel, inadequate investment in R & D and low innovation level. These problems caused huge losses in practice to traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. After analyzing the status of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises, we put up with some concrete measures of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine considering the reality of these enterprises.
2.Study of strategies on traditional Chinese medicine accessing Australian market
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(6):511-514
Australia is a country with strict drug administration, which is hard for its market access. Chinese Medicine Registration Act 2000 enacted by Victoria State of Australia established the legal status of traditional Chinese medicine in Victoria State, which made Australia the first one of western nations to legislate traditional Chinese medicine. We should take advantage of this opportunity to give in-depth analysis of laws and regulations on traditional Chinese medicine in Australia to push on traditional Chinese medicine to enter the Australia market. By analyzing the regulations of traditional Chinese medicine in Australia market, we put forward the following strategies on traditional Chinese medicine accessing Australia market: first, we should strengthen cooperation of Chinese and Australian governments; secondly, we should focus on analysis of regulations of drugs of Australia, thirdly, we should establish technical standard of herbal drugs in conformity with international standard; finally, we should strengthen traditional Chinese medicine culture exchange.
3.Study on barriers of policy and regulation of traditional Chinese medicine accessing international markets and its countermeasures
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2012;34(1):28-32
We analyzed and sorted the policies and regulations of traditional medical management in international markets which also affecting traditional Chinese medicine and summaried current situation of barriers of policy and regulation of Ttraditional Chinese medicine. After thoroughly analyzing the reasons of barriers of policy and regulation of traditional Chinese medicine,we found that the reasons lied in culture difference between China and western countries, quality of traditional Chinese medicine, low level of R&D and manufacturing, incomplete domestic laws and regulations of traditional Chinese medicine, lack of anti-technical barriers to trade service system. In the end of this paper,we came up with some countermeasures of barriers of policy and regulation when traditional Chinese medicine accessing international markets.

Chinese meteria medica (CMM) chain is a long-span chain covering agriculture which mainly depends on the forces of nature as well as high-tech CMM industry, CMM expertise industry and fast developing CMM circulation industry. Imbalance among the development of these industries produces bottlenecks and hinders the operation of the entire production chain. After analyzing the structure of Chinese meteria medica industrial chain from the perspective of national economy industry, three industry classifications and differentiation of factor intensity, we conclude that the complex structure of CMM industry chain is attributable to these three aspects. And the complexity is mainly shown at complex industry, varied product types, different coordination of various industrial sections and different technical growth speed of varied industry. We propose that structural complexity is the natural property of the chain, which is the main reason of industry sector development imbalance and bottleneck. Results of this research could provide theoretical analysis for future research on the coordination of industrial chain and the efficiency of resource allocation.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(9):926-928
By collecting and studying Practical Acupuncture written by XU Yi-nian, Guangdong acupuncture master in the Republic of China, and using literature methodology, the life story of XU Yi-nian is textually researched and his acupuncture characteristics is analyzed. The results indicate that XU Yi-nian emphasizes on the utility of acupuncture manipulations and acupoint selection, the application of folk experiences in moxibustion and Sha disorders. He pays attention to the co-work of acupuncture and medicine and his work collects the therapeutic experiences of different schools and deserves to be further explored and validated.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(4):1-4
Circulation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, as the vital part of the TCM industrial chain, plays an important role in the connection of agriculture link and industry link of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, which has influence on the healthy development of the whole TCM industrial chain. Because circulation activities mainly include exchange and storage activities instead of manufacturing real products, they are much more difficult to be managed compared with producing activity. This would lead to problems in circulation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and impose negative effects on TCM industry. Based on scale economy theory, information asymmetry theory and cobweb model theory, this article analyzed the problems in circulation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, discussed the deep reasons behind these problems, and proposed relevant suggestions for optimization.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of application of F 16 single-tract minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy ( MPCNL) combined with flexible ureteroscopy for the treatment of complex renal staghorn calculi . Methods From May 2009 to September 2012, 35 patients with complex renal staghorn calculi were treated by F 16 single-tract MPCNL combined with flexible ureteroscopy in this hospital .All the patients underwent MPCNL at the first-stage, and 5-7 days afterwards a second-stage operation was performed by using flexible ureteroscopy .The fragments of stones were removed from the MPCNL tract .For patients diagnosed as having residual stones , a third-stage reoperation of MPCNL combined with flexible ureteroscopy was given . Results Twenty-one patients were stone-free after the second-stage operation , 12 patients were stone-free after the third-stage operation , and the remaining 2 patients with residual stones were given drug administration for stone removal and were clarified as stone -free within 1 month of follow-up.No serious intraoperative or postoperative complications such as hemorrhage or infectious shock occurred .Follow-up reviews for 3 -6 months in the 35 patients found no residual stones or recurrence . Conclusion F16 single-tract MPCNL combined with flexible ureteroscopy is an effect and safe procedure for complex renal staghorn calculi .

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(2):205-207
Experimental results showed Zn(Ⅱ)-ammonium thiocyanate-hexadocyltrimethylammonium bromide complex was floated in the presence of sodium chloride. There fore Zn(Ⅱ) could be completely separated from Fe(Ⅲ), Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(ⅡD, Al(Ⅲ) by floation. The method is non-toxic, simple, rapid and economical.
