Motor imagery therapy is based on the theory of plasticity in the central nervous system. Movement with imagery improved reconstruction of damaged motor conduction pathway, and made restoration of central nervous system. Motor imagery adapts to recovery mode of stroke, and was proved to be effective on motor function when applied with physical therapy for stroke patients. AIM: To study the neuroprotective effect and molecular mechanism of progesterone on reperfusion injury following ischemia. METHODS: The rats with transient middle cerebral artery occlusion(MACO) was described by Zea-longa for 2 h and reperfusion for 24 h. 48 male rats were divided randomly into 6 groups that were the sham, ischmia/reperfusion (I/R), dimethl sulfoxide (DMSO), and posttreatment, pretreatment, pre+posttreament with PROG groups. The immunohistochemistry staining and TUNEL reaction were used to facilitate the quantities of p53 protein and apoptosis in the brain tissuses. RESULTS: There were 26.25? 3.54 cells in p53 immunostaining in the I/R group, 22.88? 3.52 cells in DMSO group, 15.00? 2.07 cells in the pretreatment group, 16.75? 2.60 cells in the posttreatment group, and 10.38? 1.69 cells in the pre and posttreament group. The number of apoptosic cells was 1.88? 0.25 in the sham group, 41.38? 3.85 in the I/R group, 38.13? 5.69 in the DMSO group, 22.88? 2.70 in the pretreatment group, 25.63? 2.93 in the posttreatment group, and 20.88? 2.30 in the pre+posttreament group. Objective To study the countermeasures for preventing medical disputes-induced group events by ana-lyzing the related papers.Methods Distributions of publication years, institutions of authors, and subjects in pa-pers on medical disputes-induced group events in 2006-2013 covered in Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and CNKI were analyzed by bibliometrics.Results A total of 676 papers on medical disputes-induced group events were published in 2006-2013 .Their authors were mainly from medical educational institutions or medical and health institutions.The number of papers on medical tangles, relation between physicians and patients, legal con-struction, reasons for medical disputes was significantly larger than that of those on the third partymechanism and medical liability insurance .Conclusion Certain advances have been achieved in study on medical disputes-induced group events.However, there is a room for their improvement, further studies are thus needed.

Objective:To explore the genetic polymorphism of cytochrome P450 enzyme 17(CYP17) and its relationship with the pathogenesis ofpolycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 260 patients with PCOS of uyhan and han nationality in Xinjiang,who were admitted to Chinese Medicine Research Institute of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2015 to February 2017,were chosen as PCOS group;the other 237 healthy fertile women,who were examined in the outpatient department during the same period,were chosen as control group.The CYP17 gene polymorphism in the two groups of subjects was detected by the restriction fragment length polymorphism polymerase chain reaction (PCR-RFLP) technique;the distribution of alleles and gene frequencies was compared between the two groups;combining with its clinical data,the relationship between CYP17 gene polymorphism and the pathogenesis of PCOS was analyzed.Results:Body Mass Index(BMI) and Follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) levels in the PCOS group were lower than those in the control group;Luteotropic hormone(LH),Testosterone(TES) and LH/FSH levels in the PCOS group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The frequencies of A1A1,A1A2,and A2A2 of CYP17 gene in the PCOS group were 34.62％,41.92％,23.46％,respectively,compared with 34.18％,43.88％,21.94％ in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).The allele frequency of A1 and A2 in the PCOS group were 55.58％,and 44.42％ respectively,compared with 56.12％ and 43.88％ in the control grouP,the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).There was not statistical significance in FSH,LH and LH/FSH levels of different CYP17 genotypes in the PCOS group (P＞0.05).There was statistical significance in BMI level A2A2＞A1A2＞A1A1 and TES level A2A2＜A1A1＜A1A2 in the PCOS group (all P＜0.05).The BMI,FSH,LH,TES and LH/FSH levels of different CYP17 genotypes in the control group were not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion:CYP17 gene-34bp T/C nucleotide polymorphisms is a common base replacement in the population,which is not significantly related to the pathogenesis of PCOS.

Objective To assess the effect of Lep d2 from Lepidoglyphus destructor as a vaccine for specific immunothera?py on murine model of asthma. Methods Thirty BALB/c mice(SPF)were randomly categorized into a PBS group,an asthma group,and a Lep d2 SIT group. The mice in the asthma group and Lep d2 SIT group were sensitized by intraperitoneal injection with extracts of dust mites on Days 0,7th,and 14th,while those in the PBS group were injected with PBS. From the 21st day, the asthma group and Lep d2 SIT group exposed to the extracts of dust mites were stimulated by aerosol inhalation for 7 succes?sive days. During the period of the 25th-27th Day,the mice in Lep d2 SIT group were injected intraperitoneally with Lep d2 al?lergen for SIT 30 min before nasal inhalation,whereas the PBS group and asthma group were treated with only PBS. Twenty?four hours after the final inhalation,all the mice were sacrificed,the bronchoalveolar lavage fluids(BALFs)were collected. The lev?els of IFN?γ,IL?5 and IL?13 in the BALF and the supernatant of splenocyte culture solution(SSCS)as well as the levels of spe?cific IgE(sIgE)and sIgG2a in the sera were detected by ELISA. The lung tissues of the mice in the above 3 groups were stained by haematoxylin and eosin(H&E)and observed by a microscope. Results The symptoms of acute asthma attack were observed in the mice of the asthma group and Lep d2 group,but not in the PBS group. The allergic inflammation changes in lung in the Lep d2 SIT group were significantly alleviated compared with those in the asthma group. The concentrations of IFN?γin BALFs and SSCS of the mice in the Lep d2 SIT group were significantly higher than those in the asthma group(both P<0.01),while the levels of IL?5 and IL?13 in the former group were significantly lower than those in the latter group(all P<0.01). Mean?while,the level of sIgE of mice in the Lep d2 SIT group was significantly lower than those in the asthma group(P<0.01),while the level of sIgG2a of mice in the former group was higher than those in the latter group(P<0.01). Conclusion Lep d2 allergen as a vaccine can alleviate the allergic symptoms in the lung of mice effectively after allergen specific immunotherapy.

Objective The research was to achieve Shanghai resident satisfaction of primary health service after new health reform.Methods During self-compiled questionnaire survey,the research adapted stratified random sampling to select 9 community health centers in Shanghai urban,rural and suburb areas.Results Shanghai resident satisfaction rate of new health reform was 85.2％.Satisfaction rate of basic medical security system was 85.0％.Satisfaction rate of basic medical service was 96.5％.Satisfaction rate of basic public health service was 95.1％.Age,region,job,education and income were main factors to satisfaction of primary health service.Conclusion From an overall point of view,Shanghai resident satisfaction of primary health service after new health reform was high.However,the level of basic medical security and convenience of reimbursement were not high.Medical expenses of primary health care institution had not been effectively controlled.Basic medicine could not fully meet the medication needs of primary health care institutions.

Objective To research and develop the model of external reciprocating sports intermittent hypoxia box for rats. Methods Two animal cabins (28 cm?20 cm?15 cm) and one hypoxia chamber (80 cm?80 cm?60 cm) which covered each cabin in turn were developed. 4 male SD rats were placed in each animal cabin. The hypoxia chamber in which low O2 concentration was maintained with filling high-pure Nitrogen continuously, moved to and fro between two animal cabins, and driven by a servomotors. Two animal cabins were covered in turn by the hypoxia chamber and get the same low O2 concentration as in the hypoxia chamber. The goal volume fraction of oxygen in hypoxia chamber was (10?0.5)% and the time of unilateral movement from one animal cabin to another was 4 s, the cycle time of intermittent hypoxia was 180 s, the retention time was 86 s (including the hypoxia and normoxia time was 90 s respectively). The hypoxia chamber runs 8 h per day. The numerical value on artery blood gas of rats in which hypoxia chamber inside and outside was measured Results The reciprocating sports intermittent hypoxia chamber can be operated safely and reliably. The lowest PaO2 is (4.766? 0.536) kPa(or (35.75 ?4.02) mmHg) and the lowest SaO2 is 0.69 ?0.08 when the animal cabin in hypoxia chamber. Conclusion The chronic intermittent hypoxia model for rats is established by self-developed external reciprocating sports intermittent hypoxia chamber.

BACKGROUND:Animal studies showed that functional early load or immediate load on immediate implant did not affect the prognosis of implant.
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the effect of immediate loading with different forces on the binding surface of immediate implant bone ossification.
METHODS:Six adult healthy male dogs were selected. Al teeth (three premolars) between cuspid teeth of lower mandible and the first molar were pul ed out. One implant (OSSTEM GSII) was immediately implanted, total y 36 implants. The vertical immediate loading by device was used on the implants at 24 hours after implantation. Grouped by the loading force values:0, 10, 20 N on the left three implants of each dog from front to back, 30, 40, 50 N on the contralateral three implants of each dog, at a frequency of 1 Hz for 10 minutes every day. The implant stability quotient (ISQ) was tested using resonance frequency measurement instrument (OSSTELL) at 0 day, 4, 8, and 12 weeks.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: With increased load forces, serum osteocalcin expression increased, and peaked on 20 N, but decreased in 30 N group, and lowest in 50 N group. At 4 weeks after immediate implantation, the ISQ values were slightly less than pre-implantation in each group, especial y the 50 N group. At 8 weeks after immediate implantation, ISQ values were increased in each group to different degrees. The increased degree of the 20 N group was maximal. At 12 weeks, a peak value was detected in each experimental group. The implants could bind to bone tissues to different degrees. The range of implant-bone interface formation was positively associated with time. Results indicated that the smal force cannot impact implant-bone ossification, but promotes it in a manner, but large force value (≥ 20 N) wil affect the stability of the implant-bone ossification.

Objective To investigate the effect of glycosylphosphatidylinositol specific phospholipase D (GPI-PLD) on artherosclerosis.Methods The GPI-PLD activities and mononuclear cells GPI-PLD gene mRNA expression was detected in 102 patients with coronary artery disease and 121 healthy adult.The GPI-PLD highly expressing cell model was constructed and induced by ox-LDL,the HUVEC and HUVEC transfected with pcDNA3.1(+) as blank and control group,respectively.Before and after the induction,the change of cellular function and biological features was detected.Results The peripheral blood GPI-PLD activity of patients with coronary heart disease and normal control were 31.80±4.21 and 44.32±4.50,and the IA ratio of GPI-PLD mRNA expression of mononuclear cells were 0.92±0.16 and 1.53±0.14,respectively.The activity of GPI-PLD and mRNA expression in patients with coronary artery disease were decreased up to 28.2％ (t=21.31,P＜0.01) and 39.9％ (t=30.36,P＜0.01) as compared with healthy control.The adhesion cells,ET-1,reactive oxygen,malondialdehyde (MDA) and the apoptosis rate of GPI-PLD overexpressing HUVEC were lower as compared with blank [29.59=1.40,3.51 ± 0.45,(50.63 ±4.22) ng/L,0.043±0.011,(3.32±0.44) nmol/L vs.41.39±2.15,10.57±1.12,(59.35±4.45)ng/L,0.052±0.011,(5.01±0.69) nmol/L],and as compared with control [42.68±2.45,9.92±1.03,(61.11±4.12) ng/L,0.051±0.007,(4.89±0.71) nmol/l] after inducing by ox-LDL; while the level of nitrogen noxidium (NO) was higher than blank [(29.88± 1.37)μmol/L vs.(21.76±1.02)μmol/L] and control(23.43±0.85)μmol/L groups.Conclusions The expression and activity of GPI-PLD in patients with coronary artery disease are lower than health people.Stable high expression of GPI-PLD is beneficial to vascular endothelial cell injury repairment and prevent the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.
