Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(07):-
Objective To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of the traumatic and hemorrhagic shock. Methods 50 cases of patients with sever traumatic and hemorrhagic shock treated in our department between May 2004 and May 2007 were analyzed retrospectively, and their age, shock severity scale, time to hospital after in- jury, operation, fluid resuscitation volume etc were analyzed to show the relationship between the factors and the out- come. Results The rescue success rate was 76%(38 cases),and traumatic mortality was 24%(12 eases).Conclu- sion Shock severity scale and incorreet resuscitation manipulation are the main factors affecting the result of resusci- tation and treatment of traumatic shock, and early surgery can effectively improve the result of severe trauma thera- py.
3.Determination of Oleic Acid and Linoleic Acid in Brucea javanica Oil by RP-HPLC
China Pharmacy 2007;0(36):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of the contents of oleinic acid and linolic acid in Brucea javanica oil. METHODS:The derivative fatty acid was obtained from extracting and separating process using ?-bromo-acetophenone as derivative reagent,K2CO3 as base and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent. The sample was separated on Shim-pack VP-ODS column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m); the detection wavelength was set at 242 nm. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water(30∶20∶50). RESULTS:The linear ranges of oleinic acid and linolic acid were 0.025~1.0 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 6) and 0.1 ~ 0.8 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 0),respectively. The average recoveries were 98.54% and 98.50%,respectively,and their RSD were 1.81% and 1.90%,respectively (n=6 each). CONCLUSION:The method is accurate and specific, and it is applicable for the quality control of B.javanica oil.

Methods The methods of stratified random sampling of epidemiological survey were used among high risk groups in 2008, who underwent erythromycin red plate cohesion test(RBDT) and test-tube agglutination test (SAT), in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for confirming cases of brucellosis(GB 15988-1995). Results Totally an occupational group of 2480 brucellosis in 10 townships were investigated, and 604 sera were tested. Tweenty eight cases were infected, the infective rate was 4.64%(28/604), 15 cases were diagnosed as brucellosis patients, prevalence rate was 2.48% (15/604); cattle attendants had the highest infection rate of 6.45% (26/403). Conclusions Brucellosis epidemic in Shapotou District, Zhongwei City of Ningxia, and it is place related to vocation.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Lipo-prostaglandin E1 (LipoPGE1) in the treatment of non-ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction (NSTEAMI).Methods A total of 86 patients with NSTEAMI were randomly and equally divided into LipoPGE1 group (n= 43) which received intravenous LipoPGE1 combined with low-molecular-weight heparin, aspirin, clopidogrel and other basic therapy, and the control group (n=43) which received placebo combined with the same therapy. The basic clinical settings, curative effect, main adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) within 30 days including sudden death, new-onset myocardial infarction and target vessel revascularization, bleeding complications and drug adverse effects were observed. Results There were no significant differences in basic clinical characteristics between the two groups. Compared with control group, the patients in LipoPGE1 group showed. significant improvements of ECG (93.0% vs. 74.4%), angina (95.3% vs. 81.4%, both P<0. 05), the incidences of left heart failure (2.3% vs. 14.0%) and MACEs within 30 days (4.7% vs.18.6%)(both P<0.05). There were no serious drug adverse effects. Conclusions The LipoPGE1 combined with heparin, aspirin and clopidogrel is effective and safe in the treatment of NSTEAMI,which could improve the clinical symptoms, distal myocardium perfusion and cardiac function, decrease the incidence of MACEs.

To investigate the clinical improvement of limping gait in patients with ankylotic hips and limb length discrepancy. Methods:From 1996 to 2005,12 patients with ankylotic hips and limb length discrepancy were treated by distraction osteogenesis with a mono-lateral external fixator and an intramedullary nail. The limb length discrepancy was 6.20-12.50 (median 8.45) cm.Limping gait was classified according to the recommendations of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons/Hip Society and scored according to Harris:no limping scored 11 points, mild limping scored 8 points, moderate limping scored 5 points, while severe limping scored 0 points.Limping gait was severe in all patients pre-operatively and the total score was 0.Results:All patients were followed up for 30.00-46.00 (median 38.55) months, and all reported improvement in limping gait. The gain in length was 6.00-12.50 (median 8.20) cm,and the mean residual limb length discrepancy was 0-0.50 (median 0.20) cm.The total treatment time was 41.00-82.00 (median 61.50) weeks, the lengthening time was 14.00-38.00 (median 29.55) weeks. At the last follow-up,10patients had mild limping gait and 2 had moderate limping gait; the total score was 90.00.The median score was 7.50 (P25 was 8.00,P75 was 8.00).According to Wilcoxon signed rank test, the post-operative limping gait scores were significantly higher than pre-operative (P=0.001 ).Conclusion:Femoral lengthening can improve the limping gait significantly in ankylotic hips and limb length discrepancy.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(39):6861-6866
BACKGROUND:Intervertebral disc can bear load but lack vessels. Nucleus pulposus cel s have the problem of phenotype loss during in vitro culture that can lead to degenerative changes. The mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration remains unclear.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the approaches of isolation, adherence culture, amplification and identification of the rabbit nucleus pulposus cel s in vitro, to observe the growth characteristics of nucleus pulposus cel s in different generations.
METHODS:Type Ⅱ col agenase digestion method plus explants culture method was used to isolate and purify nucleus pulposus cel s and then amplify in vitro. The morphology and growth of primary and passaged cel s was observed under the inverted microscope, the number of cel s was counted and the growth curve was draw. The morphology of the cel s was observed under light microscope after hematoxylin-eosin staining, and the expressions of col agen type Ⅱ and aggrecan were examined by immunocytochemistry.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Nucleus pulposus cel s of rabbit were isolated, cultured and amplified in vitro successful y. Growth activity was observed, and found that the 1-3 generation nucleus pulposus cel s proliferated more rapidly and vigorously. The proliferation of nucleus pulposus cel s was decreased while the cel passaged more generations. These isolated and cultured nucleus pulposus cel s could positively express the col agen type Ⅱ and aggrecan. In vitro combination of type Ⅱ col agenase digestion method and explants culture method could obtain high purity nucleus pulposus cel s, and the cultured nucleus pulposus cel s were grew in round or polygonal. The 1-3 generation of cel s had strong activity.
