The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2016;32(6):590-593
Objective To study the protective effect of propofol on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced Ana-1 cell damage. Methods The LPS-induced inflammation damage of Ana-1 cells was es-tablished as a model.Ana-1 cells were divided into control group(group C),LPS group(group L), LPS+propofol 10μmol/L group(group LP1),LPS+propofol 20μmol/L group(group LP2),LPS+propofol 40 μmol/L group(group LP3),and LPS+propofol 80 μmol/L group(group LP4),respec-tively.Cell survival rate was assessed using MTT,interleukin 1βand 6,and tumor necrosis factors (TNF-α)were determined. Results Survival rate of Ana-1 cells in group L was lower than that in group C,while it was significantly improved in group LP1,LP2,LP3,LP4 in a dose-dependent man-ner (P <0.01);IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αrelease was significantly higher in group L than in group C;IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αrelease significantly reduced in group LP1,LP2,LP3,LP4 (P <0.01)in a dose-dependent manner (P <0.01).Within the selected dose range in this experiment, group LP4 had the best protection effect. Conclusion Propofol can reduce inflammation damage of Ana-1 cells caused by LPS.
3.The relationship between insulin resistance and Alzheimer's disease research progress
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(03):-
Both diabetes mellitus and cognitive impairment are frequent disorders in elderly people,Diabetes mellitus as a risk factor for stroke can cause vascular dementia. However,it is still no final conclusion whether it can cause Alzheimer' s disease or not,Most researches indicate that two diseases are positive correlation, but a few suggest no correlation between them. The brain of Alzheimer's disease has obvious phenomenon of insulin resistance, insulin and insulin sensitizers drugs can not only improve the sensitivity of insulin receptors, but also reduce the inflammatory response, promoting A?-amyloid release and clearance, benefiting of improvement in memory function.
4.Effects of MTP Gene Polymorphism on the Lipid-regulating Effect of Simvastatin in the Treatment of T2DM Complicating with Lipid Metabolism Disorder
China Pharmacy 2016;27(35):4897-4899
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of MTP gene polymorphism on the lipid-regulating effect of simvastatin in the treatment of T2DM complicating with lipid metabolism disorder. METHODS:120 T2DM inpatients with hypercholesterolemia were selected from our hospital during Jun. to Dec. 2015 and given Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,Enalapril ma-leate tablets and Simvastatin tablets. PCR-RFLP was used to detect MTP G493T genotype. The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected by AU 400 automatic biochemistry analyzer before treatment and the 4th week after treatment. The effects of different genotype on the change of blood lipid level was analyzed. RESULTS:Among 120 patients, the patients with MTP G493T GG,GT,TT genotypes accounted for 61.67%,26.67% and 11.67%,respectively,meeting Hardy-Weinberg balance(P>0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C among different genotypes(P>0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the decrease of TC and LDL-C in TT genotype patients were lower than that in GG and GT genotype, with statistical significance(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the decrease of TC and LDL-C between GT and GG geno-type,the decrease of TG and HDL-C(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR among different geno-types(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:After simvastatin treatment, the improvement of TC and LDL-C in patients with TT genotype is poor. MTP G493T gene polymorphism may be associated with the lipid-regulating effect of simvastatin in the treatment of T2DM patients with lipid metabolism disorder.
5.Improving Military Environmental Hygiene Teaching Effect by Different Means
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
According to the teaching contents and teaching requirements of military environmental hygiene, different means were used to inspire the students' interest, encourage the students to study more willingly and actively and improve the teaching effect. These means included upgrading class teaching scheme, changing the teaching type, asking the students to write the thesis on environmental protection, carrying out environmental survey and evolving class debate.
6.Analysis of the influence of different turning angles on the patients with stroke in acute phase
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(19):1466-1469
Objective To explore the best turn lateral position angle of the patients with stroke in acute phase. Methods 100 patients with stroke in acute phase weredivided into five groups according to 15 ° ,30 ° 45 ° , 60 ° , 90 ° turn lateral position angle separately and then observed the skin temperature of good location of pressure ulcers of the patients before and after turning over 2 h. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and the finger tip pulse oxygen saturation were recorded within the turn over 2 hours. Results The skin temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation among the groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05) in the difference turn angle of lateral position. The skin temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation between the groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05) in the same turn angle of lateral position. Conclusions Five different turn lateral position angle have no obvious difference on the vital signs and the skin temperature in patients with stroke in acute phase. It is suggested to adopt the turn lateral position angle of less than 90° from the perspective of biomechanics and patients′comfort.
7.Effects of the position of posterior chamber intraocular lens on visual quality
International Eye Science 2014;(12):2172-2175
lntraocular lens ( lOL) often has different degrees of tilt, decentration and rotation in the eye. The deflection of lOL is an important factor to impact on the visual quality of the patients with cataract surgeries. Vision was commonly used to evaluate visual quality before. ln recent years, some new methods are also introduced to evaluate visual quality, such as optical aberration, modulation transfer function ( MTF ) and subjective visual perception. They show that the lOL deflection will cause decreases in eyesight and MTF, cause increase in aberration, lead to ametropia and so on. Therefore, a better evaluation of the effects of lOL deflection on visual quality, has significance for lOL selection, positioning and cataract individualized treatment.

Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
A highly phytase-producing strain B.licheniformis LL8 was obtained by several mutagenesis of UV with B.licheniformis as starting strain. The new strain produced about two folds of phytase activity as compared with the starting strain. The production performance of the strain was stable. The cultivation conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. When the mutant B.licheniformis LL8 was cultivated at 55℃, initial pH 7.5 with the inoculation size of 10% for 30h in WBE medUm, the phytase activity was up to 2268.4U/mL.
