Objective To analyze the differential expression of protein in taxol-resistance from elderly females with ovarian cancer, by compared proteomics analysis and identified the candidated marker in the clinical tissues. Methods Soluble fraction proteins in two SKOV3 taxol-resistant cells, SK-TR30 and SK-TR2500 and one A2780 taxol-resistant cell, A2780-TR paired taxol-sensitive ovarian cancer cells were separated and prepared by two dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE). The differentially expressed proteins were selected and identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/lonization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS) and database search. 2-DE profiles with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Then highly expressed protein-cofilin1 which exist in two forms of de-phosphorylate was detected and compared between human ovarian cancer specimens including 22 elderly female with chemosensitive and 21 elderly female with chemoresistant by immunohistochemistry. Results Among the identified proteins, there were sixteen over/under-expressed proteins in taxol-resistant cell lines as compared with taxol-sensitive cell lines. In particular, overexpression of cofilin1 and destrin were displayed in all three taxol-resistant cell lines. The expression of phosphorylation of cofilin (P＜0.05), but not cofilin1, displayed much higher in chemoresistant than in chemosensitive group. Conclusions Cofilin1 may play a role of taxol resistance by phosphorylation of ovarian cancer cell. However, the mechanisms need to be elucidated further.

To rapidly identify the compound Yiganling tablets from different manufacturers by near-infrared fibre-opti-cal spectroscopy and detect the content of silymarin. Methods:The ninety-three batches of compound Yiganling tablets from six manu-facturers were used as the analysis objects. Clustering analysis model of compound Yiganling tablets was established. The spectra were pretreated with the second derivative and vector normalization;the number of smoothing point was thirteen; the wavelength range was 9 000-4 100 cm-1;the distance between the spectra was Euclidean distance, the distance between the spectra and the class was the sum of square of the variance(Ward’s method). The quantitative model was established using the same samples. The spectra were pretreated with the first Derivative and vector normalization;the number of smoothing point was seventeen;the wavelength ranges were 9 100-7 300 cm-1 and 7 100-4 100 cm-1;the regression method was partial least squares ( PLS) algorithm. Results:The clustering model could identify the samples of training set, and validate the thirty spectra of test set accurately. For the quantitative model of the content of silymarin, the root mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) was 0. 082 8 and the determination coefficient R2 was 97. 98%. The root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0. 044 1 and the correlation coefficient R2 was 98. 95%. Conclu-sion:The clustering analysis and the quantitative model are rapid and simple, accurate and reliable, and can be applied in fast drug a-nalysis.

Objective To observe the intervention effect of BrainHQ visual training on depressive symptom in patients with post stroke depression.Methods Eighty patients with post stroke depression were divided into control group(n=40)and intervention group(n=40).The control group accepted routine drug therapy and conventional rehabilitation, while intervention group received BrainHQ visual training additionally.They were assessed with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) before and 4 weeks after intervention.Results Before intervention the HAMD score between control group and intervention group(respectively(19.80±3.96), (18.43±2.94)) had no statistical difference (P＞0.05).After 4-week intervention, the HAMD score of intervention group(9.58±5.42) was significantly lower than that of control group (13.85±5.73)(P＜0.01).Before the intervention, depression level of two groups had no difference(P＞0.05).After 4-week intervention,the difference of depression level was statistically significant in two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion BrainHQ visual training can improve depressive symptom in patients with post stroke depression.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between thyroid autoimmunity and the risk of preterm birth. Methods Literature search was done among PubMed, Embase, Wanfang Medical Database, China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database and China Biology Medicine disc from Jan. 1st 1980 to July 31st, 2015. (1) Literature were extracted according to inclusion and exclusion standards, and the quality of the extracted literature were evaluated by Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS). (2) Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5 software formulated by using the Cochrane library databases. Various heterogeneity of the research was inspected firstly. According to the results of the inspection a certain effect model was selected (including fixed effects model, the random effects model) to be utilized in merger analysis. In this study pregnant women with both thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPO-Ab) and thyroglobulin (TG-Ab) positive were defined as thyroid antibody positive pregnant women. Pregnant women with only TPO-Ab positive were defined as TPO-Ab positive pregnant women. Then the relationship of antibody positive and the risk of a pre-term birth was analyzed respectively. Results (1) Ten cohort studies were enrolled, of which NOS scale score were 7 or higher. All the studies are of medium quality and above. A total of 1 322 cases of preterm birth occurred among 19 910 pregnant women. (2) Positive thyroid autoantibodies did not increase the risk of preterm birth in euthyroid pregnant women (OR=1.41, 95%CI:0.83-2.40, P=0.200) or in pregnant women with hypothyroidism (OR=0.68, 95%CI: 0.32-1.44, P=0.310). Positive TPO-Ab in euthyroid pregnant women increase the risk of preterm birth significantly (OR=2.08, 95%CI:1.09-3.97, P=0.030), but positive TPO-Ab in pregnant women with hypothyroidism did not increase the risk of preterm birth significantly (OR=1.21, 95%CI:0.65-2.24, P=0.550). Conclusion Positive TPO-Ab is an independent risk factor of preterm birth in euthyroid pregnant women.

Objective To systematically evaluate the association between IL-6 gene rs1800796 polymorphism and febrile seizures(FS)susceptibility.Methods The related literatures on IL-6 gene rs1800796 polymorphism and febrile seizures(FS)susceptibility were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang,VIP and CBM Databases by computer.OR and its 95％CI were taken as the pooled effects.The RevMan 5.2 software was adopted to conduct the statistical analysis.The publication bias analysis was performed by using the STATA12.0 software.Results Seven independent case-control studies were included according to the inclusion and exclusion standard,involving 516 accumulated cases and 528 controls.The results showed that IL-6 gene rs1800796 polymorphism had a significant association with FS susceptibility in Chinese population(GG+CG vs.CC:OR=2.22,P=0.05;G vs.C:OR=2.44,P<0.01;GG vs.CC:OR=3.69,P=0.03;GG vs.CG+CC:OR=3.43,P<0.01).The subgroup analysis was conducted according to possible important confounding factors,and the results showed that this gene polymorphism had a significant association with FS susceptibility in Chinese population(GG+CG vs.CC:OR=3.32,P<0.01;G vs.C:OR=3.23,P<0.01;GG vs.CC:OR=7.27,P<0.01;GG vs.CG+CC:OR=5.17,P<0.01:CG vs.CC:OR=2.56,P=0.02).But in other populations,except recessive model(GG vs.CG+CC:OR=2.40,P<0.01),all other genetic models did not display obvious correlation.The subgroup analysis was conducted by FS diagnostic standard,and the results showed that this gene polymorphism had a significant correlation with infantile FS onset in diagnosing FS by the Chinese standard(GG+CG vs.CC:OR=4.57,P<0.01;G vs.C:OR=4.36,P<0.01;GG vs.CC:OR=12.75,P<0.01;GG vs.CG+CC:OR=8.60,P<0.01:CG vs.CC:OR=3.40,P<0.01).Conclusion IL-6 gene rs1800796 polymorphism may be associated with infantile FS susceptibility and allele G may be a risk factor for FS onset.

Objective In order to observe the role of genetically modified Schwann cell (SC) with pSVPoMcat in the regeneration of injured spinal cord.Method The cells were implanted into the spinal cord.Ninety SD rats were used to establish a model of hemi- transection of spinal cord at the level of T8,and were divided into three groups,randomly, that is,pSVPoMcat modified SC implantation(Group A), SC implantation(Group B),and without cell implantation as control(Group C).After three months the presence of axonal regeneration of the injured spinal cord was examined by means of horseradish peroxidase(HRP)retrograde labeling technique and stereography.Result The results indicated that HRP labeled cells in Group A and B could be found in the superior region of injured spinal cord and the brain stem such as the red nuclei and oculomotor nuclei. The density of ventral horn neurons of the spinal cord and the number of myelinated axons in 100 μ m of the white matter was A >B >C group.Conclusion In brief,the pSVPoMcat modified SC intraspinal implantation could promote regeneration of the injured spinal cord.

Objective To illustrate and discuss the technique and clinical value of scapula Y-position radiography.Methods Scapula Y-position radiographies were performed on 110 patients with shoulder joint injury or omalgia.The patient standed in front of the panel face to face, with the affected joint closed to the panel, and the arms fell naturally and palms pronated to stick close to the body.The angle between the coronal plane and the panel was about 55 to 65 degree, put the affected caput humeri at the center of the panel,tilted the tube to foot-side by 15 degree,and aimed the axis at caput humeri.Results Among the 110 patients, 82 radiographies were successfully taken by the first time,28 failed because of the inappropriate body-tilt angle.We had exposed 5 acromion fractures cases, 20 flexural and hook-form acromion cases, 35 cases with the acomion-caput humeri distance less than 1 cm, and 2 coracoid fracture cases.Conclusion Scapula Y-position radiography has high clinical value that could expose the osseous anatomic exit of the rotator cuff and guide the clinical treatments.

Objective This study on a medium-fidelity simulator (SimMan , Laerdal Medical Corpo-ration,Wappingers Falls, NY, USA) examined the management of unanticipated difficult airway by residents of anesthesiology and the effect of training in this context.Methods 30 residents of anesthesiology were devided into two groups (T and E). There were two scenarios investigated:'can't intubate, can oxygenate'(CI) and'can't intubate, can't oxygenate'(CICO). The E group was trained by scene simulation in the second, fourth, sixth month respectively before and after the training, and the T group received the same situation simulation training on the same day after the theoretical training and in the second, sixth month after the training. In con-trast to standard operating procedures, the performance of two groups of trainees was recorded on the basis of pre established evaluation criteria. Data differences between the two groups were analyzed using SPSS 23.0,t test, M-W test andx2 test.ResultIn CI, success rate of placement of astandard and intubating laryngeal mask air-way were high in T group (87％ vs. 55％ ,P=0.037). This was sustained over time. There was no difference in duration and incidence of desaturation between two groups. In CICO, there was a more structured approach following training in T group (P<0.05), which wasn't sustained over time. But this was sustained over 6 months in E group.ConclusionSituational simulation training can significantly improve the anesthesiology residents' ability to take proper response measures to the unexpected difficult airway, and significantly shorten the training time for emergency airway treatment. Repeated situational simulation training should be conducted at intervals of 2 months or less, allowing residents to maintain emergency response to the emergency airway.

Objective To raise the awareness of acute kidney injury (AKI) and improve the level of diagnosis.Methods All the hospitalized adult patients in the Affiliated People's Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2012 to July 2013 were screened.Those patients diagnosed as AKI were retrospectively analyzed in terms of incidence,the rate of missed diagnosis,etiology,distribution and prognosis of AKI.Results (1) The incidence of AKI in the patients was 0.67％ (381/56 835),the ratio of male to female was 1.91 ∶ 1,and the average age was (63.45±16.95) years.(2)There were 321 cases diagnosed as pre-renal AKI (84.25％),42 cases diagnosed as renal AKI (11.02％) and 18 cases diagnosed as post-renal AKI (4.72％).(3)There were 189 cases(49.61％) missed diagnosed among all the screened cases.The rates of missed diagnosis in neurosurgery,general surgery and cardiac surgery department was 62.96％,59.09％ and 50.00％,in cardiology,respiratory and neurology department was 50.00％,50.00％ and 45.45％ respectively.(4) Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension [odds ratio(OR)=1.631],renal replacement therapy(RRT)(OR=23.256) and oliguria history (OR=1.936) were independent risk factors of missed AKI diagnosis.Conclusion The missed diagnosis rate of AKI is high and has certain characteristics in different departments.Hypertension,RRT and oliguria history are independent impact factors of missed AKI diagnosis.
