2.Case Analysis of Ethical Issues Involving in Subject Recruitment
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):645-648
A major task in clinical trials and researches is subject recruitment, however there probably exist ethical issues in the process of recruitment, such as the selection of subjects, recruitment methods, document de-scription,reward and compensation. This paper is to discuss the relevant ethical elements through cases analysis. It put forward that only obeying ethical codes, implementing informed consent, and playing the function of ethics com-mittee, the rights and interests of subjects can be protected.
3.Bottleneck problems and optimizing methods of medical service process
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2008;24(7):469-472
Based on the analysis of current status of medical service process including the service in out-patient, hospitalization, test, examination, nursing, and so on, the paper describes the bottlenecks and major existing problems of current medical service process. And it further discusses how to make full use of the advanced health information technology, make scientific and reasonable arrangements for all links of medical service, reconstruct medical service process facing the patients, and optimize and reengineer the medical service process.
4.Administration status of enteric-coated aspirin among diabetic patients in Xujiahui subdistrict of Shanghai
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2011;10(6):404-405
The administration status of enteric coated aspirin in 348 diabetic patients aged over 40 from Xujiahui Subdistrict of Shanghai was surveyed. One hundred and two out 348 patients ( 29. 3% ) used aspirin regularly, among them only 36 cases used the correct dosage (75 - 162 mg/d), accounting for 10. 3% (36/348) of all patients surveyed. The results indicate that aspirin was not used properly in diabetic patients to prevent the heart and cerebrovascular diseases, and it is necessary for medical providers to promote health education for diabetic patients.
5.Effects of the position of posterior chamber intraocular lens on visual quality
International Eye Science 2014;(12):2172-2175
lntraocular lens ( lOL) often has different degrees of tilt, decentration and rotation in the eye. The deflection of lOL is an important factor to impact on the visual quality of the patients with cataract surgeries. Vision was commonly used to evaluate visual quality before. ln recent years, some new methods are also introduced to evaluate visual quality, such as optical aberration, modulation transfer function ( MTF ) and subjective visual perception. They show that the lOL deflection will cause decreases in eyesight and MTF, cause increase in aberration, lead to ametropia and so on. Therefore, a better evaluation of the effects of lOL deflection on visual quality, has significance for lOL selection, positioning and cataract individualized treatment.
6.Advance in Electrical Stimulation on Neurogenic Bladder Secondary to Supersacral Spinal Cord Injury(review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(12):1117-1120
Electrical stimulation is a common technology to treat neurogenic bladder dysfunction secondary to supersacral spinal cord injury. This paper reviews the historical development of this treatment and current status.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To explore the clinical effects of ropivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) in the aged patients undergoing lower limb surgery. Methods Sixty patients, aged 65 and over, in American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Ⅱ-Ⅲ, and undergoing internal fixation surgery for lower limb bone fracture, were randomly assigned to three groups in equal number: group R1 (hypobaric ropivacaine for lumbar anesthesia), group R2 (hyperbaric ropivacaine for lumbar anesthesia) and group B (bupivacaine for lumbar anesthesia). The observed variables included the changes in blood pressure and heart rate, sensory block level and motor block status. The drug consumption in epidural anesthesia and the peri-operative side effects were noted. Results The anesthetic efficacy was satisfactory in all patients. The onset time of anesthesia in group B (54.05?3.80 s) was obviously shorter than that in group R1 and group R2 (61.10?4.96 and 60.95?3.94 s, respectively, P

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(11):-
Objective To study the dissolving difference of jujubaside A and tranquilizing effect crushed Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in water extraction. Methods Crushed Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Semen Ziziphi Spinosae were decocted and the content of jujubaside A in different samples was inspected by HPLC. The experiment was carried out on Agilent C18 column (250 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m), using methanol-water (65∶35) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detector was ELSD. The temperature of drift tube for ELSD was 110 ℃ and the flux of N2 was 2.4 L/min. The mice given two different samples were observed of assisting sleeping and voluntary action. Results Jujubaside A was not found in sample of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, and the content of jujubaside A in sample of crushed Semen Ziziphi Spinosae was 0.009 0%. The sample of crushed Semen Ziziphi Spinosae could assist sleeping well. Conclusion Semen Ziziphi Spinosae should be crushed for clinical use.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the antimicrobial resistances of Gram-negative bacilli isolated from patients with lower respiratory infection in intensive care unit(ICU),so as to provide reasonable selections for antibiotic in clinical treatment.METHODS The phlegm specimens from ICU inpatients with lower respiratory tract infection were collected from 2004 to 2007,and drug sensitivity test was performed according to NCCLS standards.RESULTS Gram-negative bacilli were accounted for 75.2% of total strains. The most predominant pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa(42.7%),Acinetobacter baumannii(16.3%),Sternotrophomonas maltophilia(10.4%),Escherichia coli(10.0%),and Klebsiella pneumoniae(6.7%).The prevalence of ESBLs in E.coli and K.pneumoniae increased from 54.5% and 37.5 % in 2004 to 65.6 % and 52.7% in 2007.ESBLs non-producing strains showed lower resistance rates to the aminoglycosides, quinolones and the third and fourth generation cephalosporin than those of ESBLs producing strains.Nonfermentative Gram-negative bacilli were very highly resistant to most antimicrobial agents.CONCLUSIONS The drug resistance rates of Gram-negative bacilli of lower respiratory tract are serious. It is important to investigate the antimicrobial resistances of pathogenic bacteria and rationally use of antibiotics.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(12):18-22,29
Objective In this study, the best domestic digestive departments' websites are evaluated, adopting the meth-od of cross-sectional descriptive research, to evaluate the quality of such sites, and describe their characteristics. Methods Using a pre-defined evaluation standard, two well-trained evaluators independently explore and analyze 10 websites of domestic best departments of digestive diseases. Selection of departments is based on a domestic au-thoritative released rank of the best departments which has high credibility. Results These sites perform well in the content, perform in function and design, but perform not well in management & maintenance. Conclusion As the public use the websites of professional websites more and more to obtain information and services, domestic best di-gestive departments should better their sites' quality to meet the growing demands of consumers.
