3.The Model Analysis of the Influencing Factors on Chinese Residents’ Self-medication
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(7):13-20
Objective: To anal yze the reasons for the increasing Chinese residents’ self-medication, and provide references for reasonable positioning and development of self-medication. Methods:Using the National Health Service Survey data (1993, 1998, 2003, and 2008), and use multivariate logistic regression analysis to study the influencing factors of self-medication. Results: Chinese residents’ self-medication have differences in the both time and space dimensions. The influencing factors of medical decision include the demographic characteristics of the diseased residents, medical insurance system, the available of specialized medical services space, family economic conditions, healthy living behaviors, daily health situation, two-week morbidity cognition and two-week morbidity outcomes etc. Conclusion: The alternative function of self-medication determines its reasonable development space. The increasing rate of Chinese residents’ self-medication has many influencing factors.
4.Theoretical and Empirical Analysis of Chinese Residents’ Self-medication:A behavioral economics approach
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(7):9-12
In recent years, Chinese residents’self-medication has a rapid upward trend. From the perspective of behavioral economics, it analyzes the reasons for the increasing proportion of Chinese residents’self-medication which has been tested by four data of National Health Service Survey, and provides objective understanding reference for the self-medication.
5.Economic Explanation on the Formation Mechanism of Chinese Residents’ Self-medication
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(7):5-8
In recent years, there is a rapid upward trend of Chinese residents’self-medication. It analyzes the formation mechanism of self-medication from three directions: inheritance mechanism, power mechanism and strengthening mechanism. It explains the cause of rapid rise of self-medication, and provides useful lessons for objective understanding of self-medication.
6.Nursing of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy detected by 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(20):56-57
Objective To explore the key points of nursing for neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy detected by 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography. Methods The features of nursing for 58 cases neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy detected by 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography were analyzed and summarized. Results 55 cases with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy detected by 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography smoothly with pertinent nursing, only 3 cases had not completed the procedures because of change of their conditions. Conclusions Pertinent nursing was important for neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy detected by 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography because it could help them complete the procedures smoothly and make the results more accurate and satisfying so it is worthy of wide use clinically.
7.Clinical analysis of 20 cases of hyponatremia after pituitary adenoma surgery
Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(10):1034-1036
Objective To investigate the factors associated with hyponatremia after pituitary adenoma surgery and its prognosis. Methods Clinical data of 120 pituitary adenoma patients treated in our hospital form Jan.2008 to Dec.2010 were retrospectively collected. The incidence of hyponatremia after surgery, clinicopathology and related treatment were analyzed. Results In the 120 patients,28 (23.3%) occurred hyponatremia. The blood natrium concentration recovered to normal in 7 patients within 3 days, and in 21 patients within 4 -7 days.Hyponatremia was associated with age, size of adenoma, type and diabetes insipidus early after surgery(x2 =12.6,12.4,5.38 and 6.51,Ps <0.05).Conclusion Hyponatremia after pituitary adenoma surgery is frequent in patients with giant pituitary adenoma, history of diabetes insipidus and older than 50 yrs.Monitoring blood electrolyte and treatment with sodium in 1 - 2 weeks after surgery would be helpful to prevent potential severe compilations.
8.Effect of liraglutide on expressions of plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 and intercellular adhesion molecule 1 in cultured rat glomerular mesangial cells stimulated by TNF-α
Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2012;28(9):715-719
Objective To explore the effect of linraglutide on expressions of plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1) and intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) in cultured rat glomerular mesangial cells (RGMCs) stimulated by tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α).Methods Cultured HBZY21 RGMCs were divided into 6 groups:normal control cells,TNF-α stimulated cells, liraglutide low (10 nmol/L),median (100 nmol/L) and high (1000 nmol/L) concentration incubated cells stimulated with TNF-α,PDTC intervention cells. The expressions of PAI-1 and ICAM-1 of each group were measured by ELISA and RT-PCR.Results The levels of PAI-1 and ICAM-1 protein and mRNA were remarkably increased by TNF-α (P<0.05),and liraglutide could inhibit above up-regulated expressions (all P<0.05).Compared with TNF-α-stimulated group, the expressions of PAI-1 and ICAM-1 were decreased by PDTC intervention (all P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide can partly down-regulate the expressions of PAI-1 and ICAM-1 induced by TNF-α in RGMCs.
9.Special Extensive Moxibustion:Fire-dragon Moxibustion
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(5):472-474
Fire-dragon moxibustion is a modified moxibustion method based on the traditional moxibustion therapy. It’s more easy-to-operate, has higher security, and is more significant in supplementing yang qi. Via extensive and intensive hot stimulation, fire-dragon moxibustion can activate yang qi inside human body, regulate Zang-fu organs, modulate immune function, and finally achieve the goal of preventing and treating diseases.
10.Differences of Ego Impairment Index of Rorschach test between patients with schizophrenia and normal individuals
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2015;(7):522-527
Objective:To investigate the differences of Ego Impairment Index (EII)of Rorschach test be-tween patients with schizophrenia and normal individuals. Methods:Totally 60 patients with schizophrenia (17-53 years old)meeting the criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition (DSM-IV) and 60 age-and gender-matched normal subjects were involved in this study. The Rorschach ink blots test was used in both patients and normal subjects. The Ego Impairment Index (EII)of all the participants were calculated on the basis of their responses to the Rorschach ink blots test. The EII and the subcomponents of it (including distorted form quality, weighted sum of cognitive processing errors, distorted perceptions of human movement, critical con-tent,good human representation, and poor human representation)of the two samples were compared to explore EII's discrimination to patients and normal individuals. Results:The score of EII [(0.7 ± 1.7 )vs. (-0.9 ± 0.9 )],distorted form quality [(6.2 ± 2.3 )vs. (3.4 ± 2.6 )],weighted sum of cognitive processing errors [(14.0 ±6.5)vs.(7.2 ±4.2)],distorted perceptions of human movement [(0.7 ±1.2)vs.(0.3 ±0.7)], and poor human representation [(3.1 ±2.7)vs.(1.8 ±1.8)]were higher in patients than in normal participants (Ps<0.05 ).No significant differences were found for the score of good human representation and critical content between the two groups (Ps>0.05 ).The result of Diagnostic Test showed that when EII equaling to -0.5 ,the sensitivity, specificity, and Youden Index of it to distinguish patients from normal individuals were 0.9 1 ,0.75 ,and 0.66 respectively. Conclusion:It suggests that the ego functions of patients with schizophrenia have become serious damage compared with normal individuals. The EII of Rorschach test has high sensitivity while relatively low speci-ficity in discriminating patients with schizophrenia, which needs to be further perfected.
