2.Clinical analysis of pregnancy outcomes in 252 cases of scarred uterus pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(8):1398-1399
Objective To investigate the effects of scarred uterus on maternal and neonatal outcomes. Methods Based on the delivery mode ,252 repregnant women in their third trimester after cesarean section were retrospectively reviewed and divided into two groups. Results The rate of vaginal delivery is 12.7% while the rate of the cesarean delivery is 87.3%.There are significant differences on gestational weeks and neanatal's birth-weight,however no significant differences on the Apgar, postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal morbidity between the two groups. Conclusion Vaginal delivery after previous cesarean section(s)is safe and so is the recurrent cesarean section after failed induction if there are proper patient selection and close monitoring.
3.Comparison of the Effects of Modified Jones Device and Face Bow in Molar Distalization
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2014;(2):97-99
Objective To explore the clinical effects of modified Jones device and face bow in molar distalization. Methods 18 patients with mild-to-moderate Angle classⅡmalocclusion caused by crowded front teeth were selected in this study, and they could be treated by tooth extraction or non- extraction correction. The selected patients were randomly divided into two groups, and were treated by molar distalization with modified Jones device and face bow, respectively. X-ray cephalometric and model measurement was performed in patients in two groups before and after treatment.Result Both modified Jones device and face bow had obvious effects in molar distalization, but had statistically significant differences in the molar moving speed, anterior overjet and the inclination of the first molar. Conclusions Both methods can effectively push the maxillary molar to far,but face bow method needs good cooperation of patients and can't continue to work,so the clinical curative effect is not very stable. By modified Jones device can more quickly and effectively promote maxillary molar move far,and does not depend on the patient's coordination,so it is worth clinical popularizing.
4.Current researches of function and mechanism of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ in diabetic retinopathy
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2017;35(7):651-654
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPAR-γ),a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily, plays a great role in delaying or even preventing the occurrence and/or development of diabetic retinopathy (DR),a complicated out-of-control waterfall-like pathophysiological processes.DR is characterized by pathways, such as inflammatory reactions, the generation of advanced glycation end products, oxidative stress, protein kinase C and so on.As one of the most important metabolic homeostasis and adipocyte differentiation regulator, the single nucleotide polymorphism and molecular structure of PPAR-γ have been proven to impact on anti-inflammation,anti-neovascularization and fibration, antioxidation, insulin sensitizer and anti-apoptosis in DR.This review provided a summary of the function and mechanism researches on PPAR-γand offered new ideas of prevention and therapy in DR.
5.Application and characteristics of vital dyes in chromovitrectomy
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(6):613-616
One especial surgical technique recently was named chromovitrectomy.Vital dyes or crystals should be applied during surgery to improve the visualization of intraocular tissues and to simplify specific procedures such as internal limiting membrane (1LM) peeling,etc..Ttriamcinolone acetonide (TA),indocyanine green, trypan blue, bright blue, etc.are the most popular dyes in chromovitrectomy nowadays.Since the basic characteristics and dyeing properties of these dyes vary, the application range is of distinguishing each. This article aimed to introduce the clinical application characteristics,toxicity/adverse effect of the vital dyes, and summarize the development of these drugs.
6.Some problems on clinical trails evalution of herbs medicine for insomnia
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
The clinical trails of Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbs in treating insomnia need to pay attention to the adaptation and the symptoms change after stopping the herb medicines. It is recomnendated that the placebo control, sleep diary have to be a base for the result evaluation, the week is basic duration of evaluation and the insomnia symptom score is the major index.
7.Pacilitaxel induces human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2 apoptosis and growth inhibition by suppressing PI3K/AKT/p53 signaling pathway.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(24):2147-2150
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect and mechanisms of the PTX on the human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2.
METHOD:
Cells from CNE2 were cultured in vitro and the cells at logarithmic growth phase were processed with different concentration of PTX (0, 5, 10, 20) mol/L for 72h. MTT was used to evaluate the proliferation and flow cytometric analysis was utilized to detect membrane potential and apoptosis of CNE2 cells. The expression of PI3K, p-AKT, AKT, p53, p21, Caspase3, Cleavage-Caspase3, PARP, Cleavage-PARP, AIF, CytC, Bcl-2 and Bax in CNE2 cells were examined by Western Blot.
RESULT:
The results showed that PTX could increase the apoptosis and the expression of Caspase3, PARP, CytC, AIF and Bax and reduce the proliferation, membrane potential and the expression of PI3K, p-AKT, p53, p21, Cleavage-PARP, Cleavage-Caspase3 and Bcl-2 in CNE2 cell in a concentration-dependent manner. However, PTX had no effect on the expression of AKT.
CONCLUSION
PTX can promote apoptosis and growth inhibition of human nasopharyngeal cancer cell line CNE2 and the mechanism involves suppressing PI3K/AKT/p53 signaling pathway.

8.Alterations of anti-oxidation capability of rat skeletal muscles at different function states
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(24):-
AIM: Previous studies on the effect of exercise training on tissue anti-oxidation ability always focus on endurance training. In this study, we observed the effect of exercise training on anti-oxidation capability in rats skeletal muscle at different function states to know more about the mechanism of the positive or negative influence on organism induced exercise. METHODS: The experiment was performed at the Physiology Laboratory, Academy of Physical Education and Science, College of Qufu Normal University from April to June 2003. ①Fifty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group and a training group (n=28). The rats in the training group were subjected to treadmill training for 8 weeks, but the rats in the control group were not trained. The rats in two groups swam for two days in plastic barrel. ②After the rats were executed under anesthesia, the superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activities and anti-oxidation capability of rat skeletal muscles were measured at the resting state, immediately after fixed-loading exercise, immediate of exhaustive exercise, 24 hours after exhaustive exercise on the 3rd day, 7 animals at each time point. RESULTS: Fifty-six rats were included in final analysis. ①In resting state and 24 hours after exhaustive exercise, the SOD, anti-oxidation capability, and GSH-PX activities in the skeletal muscle of the control group were significantly lower than the exercise training group (P
9.Some of problems in inclusion criteria and evaluation indexes of clinical trials in traditional herbs medicine for patients with cerebral infarction
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2004;0(12):-
Depending upon the characteristics of the pathological and clinical types encountered, inclusion criteria and evaluation indexes should be done in accordance with the treatment purpose. The duration of the trail, types and degree of the infarction should be delaminated, and the relationship between these factors and the evaluative indexes analized. A standardized procedures for clinical trials on cerebral infarction should be established for clinical trails of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
