Of the female black bears, the average CK activity is 149.3 U/L, the variation coefficient 8%, the confidential interval of expected value 140.68 to 157. 92 U/L, and the average CK-MB active is 15.8 U/L, the variation coefficient 18.6%, the confidential interval of expected value 13.70 to 17.90 U/L. Conclusion The data we obtained can serve as biochemical indexes for the healthy black bears.
5.Establishment and evaluation of DAS-ELISA for detecting bovine respiratory syncytial virus
Chinese Journal of Zoonoses 2017;33(7):628-636
In order to develop a double antibody sandwich assay (DAS-ELISA) for detecting bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV),New Zealand white rabbits and BALB/c mice were immunized with the purified G protein as an antigen to prepare anti-G protein polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. The antibody concentration and reaction conditions of DAS-ELISA were optimized by square titration, and its sensitivity, specificity, and coincidence rate were validated.Five hybridoma were stably secreting Mab which subclass belonged to IgG1κ.Western blot and IFA test showed that PcAb and Mab could react specifically with G protein and BRSV.The PcAb and Mab as the capture antibody and detection antibody respectively, and their optimal working concentrations were determined to be 2.5 μg/mL and 10μg/mL,the critical value 0.22 and the detection limit of 1.43 μg/mL,batch,inter-assay coefficient of variation less than 10 %.The DAS-ELISA had no cross-reaction with several pathogens which often caused bovine respiratory disease. When 45 nasal swabs of clinical samples were simultaneously detected by the DAS-ELISA and RT-PCR,the sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate were 92.0 %,100 %,95.6 %,respectively. It' s indicated that the established DAS-ELISA detection method can be used to detect a large number of clinical samples. It was the foundation of monitoring and quick diagnosis for BRSV.
6.Latest progress of chimeric antigen receptor modified T cells in the treatment of hematological malignancies
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(21):3438-3444
BACKGROUND:In recent years, the use of chimeric antigen receptor modified T cells (CAR-T cells) has achieved good results in the treatment of hematological malignancies. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the CAR-T technology, and its anti-tumor mechamism, progress in the treatment of hematological malignancies as well as its safety and coping strategies. METHODS:A search of PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang by computer was performed for articles related to CAR-T published from January 2010 to January 2016, using the keywords of CAR-T in English and Chinese, respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The main principles that CAR-T cells fight against tumors are as follows: (1) resistance to immune escape through down-regulation of MHC; (2) production of interleukin-6, -10 indirectly influences the growth of tumor cells; and (3) tumor microenvironment changes inhibit tumor growth. The use of CAR-T in the treatment of hematological malignancies has been developed by leaps and bounds in recent years. Current studies concerning B cell lymphoma mainly focus on anti-CD19 CAR-T cells that have certain therapeutic effects on acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. However, its safety and effectiveness have yet to be studied.
7.Reduction of the component ratio of the drag income and analysis of related medical economy in our hospital
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(02):-
The overuse of drugs and the irrational increase in medical expenses are currently hot social issues. Standards need to be set in a strict way so as to reasonably contain the cost of medical and health care and die prices of drugs and to lower the expenses of medical services. Analyses conducted in our hospital indicate that the component ratio of the drug income fell from 48.1% in January through June, 2001 to 38.7% one year later; the hospital's overall income in January through June, 2002 dropped 5.3% as compared with the same period of 2001, with the drug income dropping 23.7% and the medical treatment income rising 11.8%; the average expenses bom by emergency outpatients and discharged patients in January through June, 2002 both lowered as compared with the same period of 2001. The authors hold that the component ratio of the drug income ought to be a key index in assessing the integrated management Wei of a hospital; the proportion of the drug income in the overall income of a hospital ought to be restricted to 40% or so; and when general plans are being made for a hospital as a whole with regard to the proportion of the drug income, different standards ought to be set for various specialties.

9.Auditory Feedback and The Plasticity of Vocal Learning in Songbirds
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(04):-
Songbirds and humans both rely critically on auditory feedback for learning and maintaining accurate vocalizations. During vocal learning, juvenile songbirds learn to sing by using auditory feedback to match their variable song patterns to a memorized tutor model. During song maintaining, adult songbirds monitor the integrality and accuracy of its song on-line according to auditory feedback. This form of learning requires auditory-vocal integration. The output of songs and the information of auditory feedback are integrated in some areas of the bird's brain, and then direct next vocal activity. In recent years, the lateral magnocellular nucleus of the anterior neostriatum (LMAN) has been demonstrated that it is necessary for feedback-dependent song decrystallization, and LMAN neurons exhibit highly selective responses to auditory presentation of the bird's own song (BOS). Moreover, the discovery of mirror neurons in the high vocal centre (HVC) also provides a significant clue for further study in songbirds. Here the progress of auditory feedback and the plasticity of vocal learning in songbirds are reviewed in recent years.
