Through research of National Health Service Price Items Standard, 2012 Edition ( abbreved as the new version of item standard), to reveal non profit medical institution’s (abbreved as medical institution) thinking of new version of item standard. Through analysis, the new version of item standard reveals to four major policy changes and characteristics, meanwhile, it is believed that the new version of item standard has practicable issues on the implement of item pricing principle and auxiliary operation projects, which are worth to future discuss.

The roots ofApium graveolens L. have been widely used in Uighur Medicine. Research has shown that roots ofApium graveolens L. has good clinical efficacy in the aspects of liver protection and lipid decreasing, hyperlipidemia treatment and so on. This article reviewed research on the chemical components, extraction process, and pharmacological action of roots ofApium graveolens L. so far, with purposes to better develop and utilize roots of Apium graveolens L., and provide references for follow-up study.

Objective: To study the effect of endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factor (EDHF)-mediated responses of relaxation and hyperpolarization of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) of rat cerebral basilar artery (CBA) subjected to cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) to total flavones in rhododendra (TFR). Methods: The model of global cerebral I/R in rats was made by 4-vessel occlusion (4-VO). The vasodilation and resting membrane potential (RMP) of VSMC of rat CBA were detected in vitro. Results: In the presence of 3×10-5 mol/L Nω-nitro-L-arginine-methyl-ester (L-NAME, an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase) and 1×10-5 mol/L Indomethacin (Indo, an inhibitor of PGI2 synthesis), the global cerebral I/R markedly enhanced 1×10-7-1×10-5 mol/L acetylcholine (Ach)-elicited relaxation and hyperpolarization of RMP of VSMC in rat CBA. In the presence of L-NAME and Indo, 11-2 700 mg/L TFR induced significant and dose-dependent hyperpolarization of RMP of VSMC and relaxation of rat CBA subjected to global cerebral I/R. The hyperpolarization and relaxation were obviously inhibited by tetraethylammonium (an inhibitor IKCa at 1 mmol/L) and 1×10-4 mol/L dl-propargylglycine (PPG), an inhibitor of endogenous hydrogen sulfide (H2S) synthase. Conclusion: Global cerebral I/R could enhance the non-NO-non-PGI2-mediated responses of hyperpolarization and vasorelaxation in rat CAB. In rat CAB subjected to global cerebral I/R, TFR could significantly induce this non-NO-non-PGI2 hyperpolarization and relaxation, the so-called EDHF response that might be mediated by endogenous H2S.

Objective To research on the clinical value of conization of cervix in CINⅢby pathologic histol- ogy with the help of colposcope.Methods 36 cases of CINⅢwere analysed by pathologic histology with the help of colposcope.Results Of all 36 eases diagnosed as CINⅢ,there were 3 cases diagnosed as invasive carcinoma and mi- croinvasive carcinoma.25 cases diagnosed as CINⅢ,8 cases diagnosed as CINⅠ～Ⅱ,and chronic cervicitis after conization of cervix.Conclusion Conization of cervix should be taken for CINⅢby pathologic histology with the help of colposcope.

About 30％ ～ 40％ of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients belong to limited disease (LD).In the setting of limited-disease small cell lung cancer (LD-SCLC),the combination of thoracic radiotherapy (TRT) with chemotherapy is the standard treatment for LD-SCLC with improved survival and local control.It is proven that prophylactic cranial irradiation can improve the prognosis of patients with SCLC.Radiotherapy should join in the early chemotherapy and individualized formulate appropriate target volume.Radiation schemes of conventional fractionation or hyperfractionation way are recommended.

Objective To analyze the clinical typing, pathological classisfication, and prognosis of primary IgA nephropathy (IgAN).Methods Clinical typing, pathological classisfication and relationship between clinical manifestations and pathological features of 220 cases with IgAN were analyzed in 10 years.Results IgA nephropathy occupied 42.9％ (220/512) of all the patients received renal biopsy at the corresponding time.Asymptomatic abnormal urinalysis was the most common clinical manifestation(39.0％ (86/ 220)), followed by hypertension (17.7％ (39/220)) and recurrent macroscopic hematuria (15.4％ (34/220)).Grade Ⅲ pathological change(29.5％ (65/220)) was the most co mmon,followed by grade Ⅱ (27.3％ (60/ 220)) and grade Ⅳ (18.2％), Grade Ⅰ/Ⅴ were relatively less ((11.4％ (25/220), 13.6％ (30/220)).No correlation could be found between types of deposited immune complex and pathological lesion extent(x2=4.87, P＞0.05).The clinical manifestations were significantly correlated with the severity of glomerular lesions (x2 =13.14,P＜0.05).During the follow-up for 106 patients (mean duration of 23 months), 90 patients(84.9％) had normal renal function and 75 patients(70.8％) had decreased excretion of protein in urine (＜1 g/24 h).Conclusion The clinical typing of primary IgA is correlated with pathological changes.The prognosis of IgA is markedly correlation with the pathological lesion degree.Renal functions will be improved if the different treatments were given according to the different renal pathological features.

In recent years,a lot of researches have shown microRNA (miRNA) involved in every link of epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) regulation process through a variety of signaling pathways in tumor; even the same kind of miRNA plays significantly different roles in different tumors,inducing great significance to guide clinic.

Thirty-five cases of parietal headache were treated with needling Baihui (GV 20) and bilateral Taichong (LR 3) and the therapeutic effect was as follows: Recovery: 14 cases; marked effect: 13 cases;better: 6 cases; no effect: 2 cases and the total effective rate: 94.3%.

With the development of imaging techniques of CT , MRI, and PET-CT, the clinical applications of the above-men-tioned imaging modalities have become increasingly mature , which makes early diagnosis rate of pancreatic cancer has been improved to some extent.However, choosing the most effective and economical imaging method need to be addressed in the clinical work .This pa-per will show the research progress of imaging in pancreatic carcinoma detection at home and abroad .

This study was aimed to explore the tic disorders ( TD ) pathogenesis induced by chronic rhinitis . A total of 400 TD children were all investigated with self-made TD general questionnaire , Yale Global Tic Severity Scale ( YGTSS ) , TD diagnostic criteria by DSM-IV , chronic rhinitis diagnostic criteria by Zhu-Fu-Tang Textbook of Pediatrics ( 7th edition ) . A total of 258 TD children accompanied with chronic rhinitis were screened . Levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets , immunoglobulins , IL-6 , TNF-α and other related immunological indexes were detected to analyze pathogenesis. The results showed that the nose movement symptom scores of TD children with rhinitis were higher than the score of TD children without rhinitis . The score of arm-lifting and hand movement in TD children with rhinitis was lower than the score in the TD children without rhinitis . And the YGTSS score of TD children with rhinitis was higher than TD children without rhinitis. Compared with TD children without rhinitis, the level of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in TD children with rhinitis was obviously reduced ( P < 0 . 05 ) . Compared with TD children without rhinitis , the level of immunoglobulins in TD children with rhinitis was slightly reduced . The level of IL-6 in TD children with rhinitis tended to increase , but the level of TNF-α tended to reduce . It was concluded that chronic rhinitis is one of the factors to induce TD .
