Through research of National Health Service Price Items Standard, 2012 Edition ( abbreved as the new version of item standard), to reveal non profit medical institution’s (abbreved as medical institution) thinking of new version of item standard. Through analysis, the new version of item standard reveals to four major policy changes and characteristics, meanwhile, it is believed that the new version of item standard has practicable issues on the implement of item pricing principle and auxiliary operation projects, which are worth to future discuss.

The roots ofApium graveolens L. have been widely used in Uighur Medicine. Research has shown that roots ofApium graveolens L. has good clinical efficacy in the aspects of liver protection and lipid decreasing, hyperlipidemia treatment and so on. This article reviewed research on the chemical components, extraction process, and pharmacological action of roots ofApium graveolens L. so far, with purposes to better develop and utilize roots of Apium graveolens L., and provide references for follow-up study.

Objective To research on the clinical value of conization of cervix in CINⅢby pathologic histol- ogy with the help of colposcope.Methods 36 cases of CINⅢwere analysed by pathologic histology with the help of colposcope.Results Of all 36 eases diagnosed as CINⅢ,there were 3 cases diagnosed as invasive carcinoma and mi- croinvasive carcinoma.25 cases diagnosed as CINⅢ,8 cases diagnosed as CINⅠ～Ⅱ,and chronic cervicitis after conization of cervix.Conclusion Conization of cervix should be taken for CINⅢby pathologic histology with the help of colposcope.

Objective: To study the effect of endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factor (EDHF)-mediated responses of relaxation and hyperpolarization of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) of rat cerebral basilar artery (CBA) subjected to cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) to total flavones in rhododendra (TFR). Methods: The model of global cerebral I/R in rats was made by 4-vessel occlusion (4-VO). The vasodilation and resting membrane potential (RMP) of VSMC of rat CBA were detected in vitro. Results: In the presence of 3×10-5 mol/L Nω-nitro-L-arginine-methyl-ester (L-NAME, an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase) and 1×10-5 mol/L Indomethacin (Indo, an inhibitor of PGI2 synthesis), the global cerebral I/R markedly enhanced 1×10-7-1×10-5 mol/L acetylcholine (Ach)-elicited relaxation and hyperpolarization of RMP of VSMC in rat CBA. In the presence of L-NAME and Indo, 11-2 700 mg/L TFR induced significant and dose-dependent hyperpolarization of RMP of VSMC and relaxation of rat CBA subjected to global cerebral I/R. The hyperpolarization and relaxation were obviously inhibited by tetraethylammonium (an inhibitor IKCa at 1 mmol/L) and 1×10-4 mol/L dl-propargylglycine (PPG), an inhibitor of endogenous hydrogen sulfide (H2S) synthase. Conclusion: Global cerebral I/R could enhance the non-NO-non-PGI2-mediated responses of hyperpolarization and vasorelaxation in rat CAB. In rat CAB subjected to global cerebral I/R, TFR could significantly induce this non-NO-non-PGI2 hyperpolarization and relaxation, the so-called EDHF response that might be mediated by endogenous H2S.

The overall situation of projects of ethnomedicine and ethnopharmacology funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) since 2008 has been presented in this paper. The main source of characteristics and innovation of the funded projects were summarized, which may come from several aspects, such as the ethnomedical theories, the dominant diseases of ethnomedicine, special diseases in ethnic minorities inhabited areas, unique ethnomedical therapy, special methods for applying medication, endemic medicinal materials in ethnic minorities inhabited areas, same medicinal materials with different applications. Examples have been provided to give references to the applicants in the fields of ethnomedicine and ethnopharmacology.

Objective To analyze the clinical,demographic and pathologic features of symmetric acral keratoderma.Methods Totally,62 outpatients with symmetric acral keratoderma were collected at the Dongguan Hospital for Chronic Disease Prevention and Control from May 2003 to June 2012.Data on these patients,including demographic information,family history,physical and pathological examination findings,were reviewed.Results There were 55 males and 7 females among these patients.The age at onset and disease duration varied from 4 to 53 years (average: 24.02 years) and from 15 days to 10 years (average: 26.65 years) respectively.Characterized manifestation was brown keratinized patches on the dorsum of hands and digits,wrists,elbows,knees,ankles,and along the lateral margin of palms,which became white 3 to 6 minutes after immersing in water.Lesions usually resolved spontaneously in winter.Microscopic examination of lesions for fungal elements was negative.Histopathology revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis,acanthosis and mild papillomatous hyperplasia as well as dermal infiltrates with a few lymphocytes.Conclusion Symmetric acral keratoderma is a skin disease characterized by symmetric acral keratosis with apparent seasonality.

P2X7 receptors,belonging to purinergic P2 receptor family,are ATP-gated cation channels,which can choose the bivalent cations freely.P2X7 receptors join in cell signal conduction and the excretion of the cytokines and other physical functions.In recent years,researchers have discovered P2X7 receptors mediate the cells to live and grow by increasing oxidation and phosphorylation and intracellular ATP reserve.In breast cancer,the P2X7 receptors express abnormally,and can activate the MAPK lied in cytoplasm.The phosphorylated MAPK enter the nucleus and activates a series of protein kinases,and then affects the genesis and development of breast cancer.

Objective To explore the cognition processes of language in stroke patients by characterizing the differences between the event-related potentials (ERPs) N400 evoked bypicture-word andsentence-wordparadigms.Methods Twenty patients with a single brain lesion resulting from a first episode of stroke were tested along with 20 normal controls.Their N400 ERPs were tested using pictures and sentences as activating stimuli and phrases composed of nouns and verbs as the target stimuli.The N400 potentials were recorded from electrodes located at Fz,Pz,T3 and T4 positions of the International 10-20 system.The N400 latencies and amplitudes and the behavioral responses of the experimental and control groups were compared.Results The latencies were longer and the amplitudes were lower in response to sentence activation than to picture activation.The differences in terms of amplitude were the greatest with N400 recorded from Pz.The responses to the target stimuli were not significantly different with regard to the types of stimuli and recording location.The average response time was longer and the error rate was higher in response to sentence activation than to picture activation.Conclusion Multiple accesses,activating stimuli and integrating processes are involved in language cognition.The brain is more sensitive and accurate in response to picture stimuli in language cognition.The response to sentence stimuli is slower,and the error rate is higher.This suggests that it is better to usc varied prime stimuli in teaching children languages.

Objective To study the efficacy as well as side effects of the Nimotop in the treatment of benign memory disorders with oral tab. Method 38 patients with benign memory disorders as treatment group, taking Nimotop oral tab 30mg, Tid for 6 weeks and anathr 34patients with benign memory disorders taking Pyrrolidone Acetamide oral tab 0. 8, Tid as control group. Result The total efficiency were 73.6% in treatment group, while 47% in control group. Although some improvement in the memory scale and memory quotient were found in both groups, but the treatment group is obviously superior to control group ( P ＜ 0. 05) . Conclusion Nimotop has positive effect on the treatment of benign memory disorders.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD) at acute stage with sodium ferulate and Ciwujia injection. Methods 90 cases of CPHD at acute stage were recruited into treatment group 1, treatment group 2 and control group. The control group was treated with consistent inhalation of oxygen,antibiotics, and symptomatic therapies like relieving cough, removing sputum, and stopping wheeze. The treatment group 1was treated with sodium ferulate, Ⅳ 0.2g, once daily for successive 14days, in addition to the conventional treatment. The treatment group 2 was treated with Ciwujia Injection, 100ml Ⅳ, once daily for successive 14 days. Observe the curative effect and the changes of blood gas analysis indexes (PAo2, PaCO2, SAO2) and bemorheological indexes (whole blood high-cutting viscosity, whole blood low-cutting viscosity, whole blood recovery viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, and HCT) before and after treatment. Result Compared with the control group, both treatment groups got improvement in blood gas analysis indexes and hemorheological indexes and curative effect, but no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion both sodium ferulate and Ciwujia injection had good results in treating CPHD at acute stage, and there was no difference between the two medicines in terms of curative effects.
