1.The Clinical Effect of Pronunciation aid Device in the Pronunciation Treatment of Cleft lip and Palate Patients
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective A pronunciation aid device had been made by using dental prosthodontic method for the treatment of pronunciation disorder, which is caused by movement dysfunction because of defect of soft palate tissues in cleft lip and palate patients. Methods According to the defect condition in the mouth, two types of pronunciation aid devices had been produced regularly by using maxillary impression, plaster casting and thermoplastic resin materials and so on. Results In the first group of cases, after 3 patients were wearing soft palate movement pronunciation aid device, and then they were given pronunciation training, it is found that their language clearances degrees had been promoted obviously. In the second group of cases, 2 patients were wearing naso-pharynx cavity closing pronunciation aid device, it is found that their nasal sound and nasal leakage were disappeared. And in the same time we gave patients pronunciation training, and after one year, their language clearances degrees were found to be more obviously increased than before. Conclusions Naso-pharynx cavity closing pronunciation aid device and soft palate movement pronunciation aid device are an effective non-surgical treatment methods for the treatment of naso-pharynx cavity closing dysfunction and soft palate movement dysfunction.
2.Effect Observation of Combination of Inhaled Ipratropium Bromide and Saibutamol in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(11):-
Objective To observe the different efficacy of combination of inhaled ipratropium bromide and salbutamol and inhaling the two drugs separately. Methods Sixty -five patients with COPD were divided into 3 groups, and treated with different drugs. We observed the lung function FEV1 , the improvement of symptoms and side - effects. Results The FEV_1 and improvement of symptoms in combination group were significantly better than those in seperatin group (P
6.Investigation about risk behaviour and counter nursing measures for patients with schizophrenia
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(5):27-28
Objective To know the related risk behaviour and counter nursing measures for patients with schizophrenia. Methods Investigated 162 patients with schizophrenia to know their disease-related risk behaviour. Results There were 48 patients had risk behaviour, 83.33% dangerous behaviour was occurred within 2 weeks after enter the hospital. Most dangerous behaviour such as uprash damage, self damage and went astray had occurred from 8:00 to 17:00, commit suicide often occurred from 12:00 to 14:00 or 17:00 to 8:00. Conclusions Evaluation in early stage, strengthen management, build up cooperated relationship between patients and nurses, carry out proper psychological nursing and avoid risk behaviour can effective protect patients with schizophrenia.
7.Progress in the study of phosphodiesterase-7 as a new target for anti-inflammatory and immune drug
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Phosphodiesterases(PDEs) is the only protein enzyme family, which catalyze the hydrolysis of cyclic nucleotide second messages(cAMP and cGMP).PDEs regulate many physiologic and pathologic processes.Recent advance showed that PDE7 hydrolyze cAMP exclusively and is divided into PDE7A and PDE7B. PDE7 mainly express in immune and inflammatory cells. The selective inhibition of this family generates profound, functional effects and PDE7 has been used as a therapeutic target for diseases related with inflammation, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),rheumatoid arthritis and Alzheimers disease(AD).
8.Locking compression plate for treatment in the osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(11):1629-1631
Objective To evaluate the effect of locking compression plate for treatment in the osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods 48 cases of osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures were treated with open reduction and LCP fixation through volar approach. They were 8 men and 40 women aged from 58 to 77 years (range,63.7 years). They were all diagnosed by dual energy X ray absorptiometry before operation.According to AO/OTA criterion, there were 12 patients with type B2 fractures,10 cases with type B3,8 cases with type C1,13 cases with type C2,5 cases with type C3.All patients were performed locking plate fixations through volar approach and no bone graf. All patients were assessed from time of fracture healing, palmar tilt, radiographic measurements of ulnar inclination, radial height, and range of motion after 18 months,to evaluate the effect of clinical results and postopera-tive functional recovery. Results The patients were followed up for average 17.8 months (range,12 -24 months). All fratures united within 6 months (3 to 7 months),no infection in all patients, reduction loss in 2 cases after operation, traumatic arthritis in three.According to the Cooney criterion, the result was excellent in 35 pateints, good in 9 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 case, and the excellence rate was 92%.Conclusion The valor approach with locking compression plate can provide firm fixation and allow early functional exercise and so is suitable for unstable distal radius fracture especially in the osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures.
9.Three-dimensional finite element stress analysis of the mandible first molar under pressure loading
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(3):393-396
Objective:To establish three-dimensional(3D)finite element model of the mandible first molar, and to study the stress distribution.Methods:3D finite element model of the mandible first molar was constructed by CT image reconstruction technique. Then MIMICS software was used to separate the areas and finish 3D calculation.GEOMAGIC software was applied to modify and generate a NURBS surface in each patch. All components of the model were assembled under the ANSYS preprocessor.Specific material parame-ters were selected to simulate the various restoration and dentin status. The 3D finite element model was applied to analyze the stress distribution of the molar under 1 4 different pressure loading conditions. Results:The 3D finite element model of the mandible first molar was established, which was consistent to the situation observed in the clinical environment. The pressure loading n2,n8,n9,n1 0,n1 1 , n1 2,n1 3,n1 4 can be used to represent the bite pressure. Conclusion:It is a practical and accurate way to establish 3D finite element model by CT image reconstruction technique and reverse engineering software MIMICS and GEOMAGIC.
10.Comparison of different methods for detecting mycoplasma pneumoniae
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(14):2061-2062
Objective To investigate the sensitivity and specificity of different methods for the detection of mycoplasma pneu‐moniae .Methods The serum and throat swab specimens were collected from 199 pneumonia patients .ELISA and real‐time fluores‐cence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ‐PCR) assays were used to detect the serum mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibod‐y and DNA .Results Among 199 pneumonia patients ,61 cases were diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia according to the diagnosis standard .The sensitivity and specificity of ELISA and FQ‐PCR for detecting mycoplasma pneumoniae were 86 .9%and 96 .7% ,and 78 .3% and 97 .1% ,respectively .Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of FQ‐PCR for detecting mycoplasma pneumoniae are higher than those of ELISA .
