[Summary] Over the past year, researches in the field of gonadal diseases have achieved rapid advances. Considerable literatures concerning the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases have been published. We herely reviewed and analyzed literatures which may be helpful to clinical practice in the future, while the defects and deficiencies in this field in China were also discussed with some suggestions proposed for the future.

Multi-drug resistance(MDR) is the most frequent reason for tumor chemotherapeutic failure.ATP binding cassette(ABC) drug transporters play an important role in tumor MDR.ABCC1 is one of the members of ABC transporter super-family,which lead to drug risistance via discarding drug out of cell or changing the drug distribution in a cell.In this article,we reviewed the advance in MDR mediated by ABCC1 and its reverse.

Objective To investigate the curative effects of B-ultrasound guided radio frequency therapy in the treatment climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods B-ultrasound guided radio frequency therapy was adopted in 121 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with an exclusion of malignant lesions. Results The operation time was 6 min～12 min, with a mean of 8.5 min. No adverse effects were observed. The cure rate and marked effective rate were 88.4% (107/121) and 11.6% (14/121) in the 3rd postoperative month; the cure rate, marked effective rate and effective rate were 78.3% (36/46), 19.6% (9/46) and 2 1% (1/46) in the 24th postoperative month, respectively. Conclusions B-ultrasound guided radio frequency therapy in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding is simple and minimally invasive, being highly recommended.

The clinical manifestation of endometrial uterine cancers is similar to other gynecological diseases like endometrial hyperplasia,polyps,uterine myoma,and adenomyosis.This similarity may result in missed diagnosis of endometrial cancer,which should be paid wide attention.In these cases,pathological examination reports malignancy of uterine specimen after simple hysterectomy.Personalized treatment,such as observation and reoperation,should be supplemented for these patients,according to the pathological characteristics of the tumor,risk factors of lymphatic and ovarian metastasis and the willingness of patient.

This study was aimed to explore the stability of atractylon in volatile oil of A tractylodes macrocephala Koidz. under various conditions. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used to determine the atractylon content and atractylenolide content of volatile oils. And the relative percentages of atractylone and a-tractylenolide were selected as indexes to measure the change of atractylon. The results showed that the atractylon in atractylodes volatile oil was unstable with the rate of atractylon decomp osition up to 12% in natural conditions on the 6th day. The condition was almost not changed at room temperature and avoiding light. Atractylodes volatile oil in tween-80 solution was unstable with the rate of atractylon decomposition up to 30% at room temperature and avoiding light on the 5th day. The condition was almost not changed in the freezing temperature and avoiding light. The atracty-lon in volatile oil in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice were unstable, which were in conformity with the first order kinetics. It was concluded that the stability of atractylon of volatile oil was different. The atractylon of volatile oil was relatively stable in dilute solution within 48 hours. The atractylon in volatile oil was stable than its pure solution.

Objective To investigate the effects of the EGF on isolation and cloning of mouse embryonic stem-like cells from PGCs. Methods EGF with different density were added to the culture medium of cells .After a culturing period ,the cloning number of mouse embryonic stem-like cells and the topmost passage would be observed and registered. Results There was not obvious effects on the primary culture of mouse ESC and was distinct on the later passage if EGF were used. Conclusions In the primary passage of mouse ESC may survive without EGF,and the impact of the existence of EGF was better than the one of the inexistence to the cloning of mouse ESC.

Motor imagery adapts to recovery mode of stroke, and was proved to be effective on motor function when applied with physical therapy for stroke patients. Xenotransplantation can probably overcome the critical shortage of human organ donors for clinical transplantation.Recently,research progresses in the biology of xenograft rejection and zoonotic infections,and the generation of α1,3-galactosyltransferase-deficient pigs have moved this approach closer to clinical application,but immunological rejection is also the primary barrier in the study of xenotransplantation.This review sumarries the research progress of immunological rejection of xenotransplantation,providing some advices for the future of clinical xenotransplantation.

AIM:To observe the influence of high expression of miR-15a-5p on the proliferation and migration of human hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721 cells.METHODS: The miR-15a-5p oligonucleotide , which was recon-structed with additional restriction sites of EcoRⅠand HindⅢ, was chemically synthesized and confirmed by sequencing . The miR-15a-5p eukaryotic expression system was constructed by pcDNA 6.2-GW/Em-GFP-pre-miR-15a-5p plasmid.The miR-15a-5p was transfected into the SMMC-7721 cells transiently by plasmid , and quantified by quantitative real-time PCR at the mRNA level.The cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay, and the living cell counting was performed by the method of Trypan blue exclusion .The migration ability of the SMMC-7721 cells with high expression of miR-15a-5p was de-tected by wound healing test .RESULTS: The sequence of miR-15a-5p oligonucleotide 100% matched the designed se-quence.Compared with control group , the miR-15a-5p expression was increased significantly (P<0.05).The viability, the living cell number and the migration ability of the SMMC-7721 cells were decreased in high expression of miR-15a-5p group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The abilities of proliferation and migration in human hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721 cells are decreased by high expression of miR-15a-5p.
