It was the honor to participate in the exchange program between University of Malta and Soochow University focusing on Dementia care;gerontology and elderly rehabilitation care from September 2016 to January 2017. During those 5 months, as a nursing graduate student, the experience which made me a deeply impression is the point of view ofperson-centred carefrom the medical care I′ve seen in Malta. This essay combined with the exchange experience through clinical observation and practice at hospitals in Malta, is going to highlight the point of view of person-centred care. That can reflect on some shortages of domestic in the medical care environment in China, hoping for a morehumane, moreperson-centred, andperson in heartmedical care environment.

In an anti-thrombotic pressure circulatory device, relays and solenoid valves serve as core execution units. Thus the therapeutic efficacy and patient safety of the device will directly depend on their performance. A new type of testing system for relays and solenoid valves used in the anti-thrombotic device has been developed, which can test action response time and fatigue performance of relay and solenoid valve. PC, data acquisition card and test platform are used in this testing system based on human-computer interaction testing modules. The testing objectives are realized by using the virtual instrument technology, the high-speed data acquisition technology and reasonable software design. The two sets of the system made by relay and solenoid valve are tested. The results proved the universality and reliability of the testing system so that these relays and solenoid valves could be accurately used in the antithrombotic pressure circulatory equipment. The newly-developed testing system has a bright future in the aspects of promotion and application prospect.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(11):1012-1015
Objective To explore whether an individual' s intention to gamble varied across different types of gambling. Methods A total of 373 Macau students completed a questionnaire survey on intention to gamble dealing with thirteen types of gambling, and exploratory factor analyses were conducted. Results The analyses showed two factors that had eigenvalues greater than one and explained a total of 59. 455 percent of the variance, with the largest factor explaining 32.59 percent. Participants' intentions to gamble were relatively lower in gambles of low counterparty with mean scores varying from ( 1.62 ± 1.13 ) to ( 2.20 ± 1.35 ), while the intentions were higher in gambles of high counterparty with mean scores varying from ( 2.34 ± 1. 39 ) to ( 3.02 ± 1.55 ). Conclusion Respondents' degree of intention to gamble was highly domain-specific, varying with the type of gambling. An individual' s intention to gamble is not consistent across all content domains, which implied that a potential gambler is not necessarily intended to gamble in all types of gambling.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(1):192-195
A new type of testing system used for antithrombotic pressure circulatory equipment has been developed, which realized a new method for the calibration of pressure sensor. Multi-path control and acquisition functions are achieved by this method based on human-computer interaction testing system. The precision of pressure sensor is ob tained by polynomial fitting for each test point using linear interpolation method. The result showed that the precision test of pressure sensor could be realized easily and efficiently, using the developed testing system, and the parameters of pressure sensor could be calibrated effectively, so that it could be accurately used in the antithrombotic pressure circulatory equipment. The developed testing system has a prosperous future in the aspects of promotion and application.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2015;24(1):72-76
Objective We aimed to evaluate the role of CD4 + CD25 + T regulatory cells in predicting the prognoses of patients with sepsis. Methods Patients with sepsis in Shanghai Changzheng Hospital from December 2013 to April 2014 were identified and grouped into survival group (SG,n =19) and death group (DG,n =9) in accordance with their clinical outcomes.CD4 + CD25 +T regulatory cell ratio,C-replication protein, bilirubin, procalcitonin, and coagulation function were tested on the 1st day and 7th day,and APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA were analyzed to assess the predictability of this group of cells. Results Twentyeight patients were identified, with a mean age of (60.36 ± 15.30) years,a mean APACHE Ⅱ score of (16.68±7.00),and a mean SOFA score of (7.18 ±3.78).Twelve (42.9%) of the individuals were accompanied with severe multiple trauma, and 10 (35.7%) were in septic shock, and 9 (32.2%) died of severe sepsis. The first day CD4 + CD25 + T regulatory cell ratios on the first day were 2.10% (0.80,3.10)% (SG) vs.1.80% (1.15,3.65)% (DG) (Z=-0.148,P=0.883),andonday7 were 0.90% (0.30,2.80)% (SG) vs.5.70% (2.60,8.30)% (DG) (Z=-2.905,P=0.004) presented significant predictability. Conclusions Dynamic monitoring of CD4 + CD25 + T regulatory cells could predict the prognoses of patients with sepsis and should be generalized in clinical emergency practice.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(6):429-434
Objective To survey and compare the awareness and attitude of hospice care among medical staff from hospitals ranked 1, 2, and 3. And to examine the association of hospital grading with awareness and attitude of hospice care. So that this study would promote orientation for hospice care theoretically. Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was performed among medical staff in Suzhou to investigate the awareness and attitude of hospice care from hospitals ranked 1, 2, and 3. Generalized linear regression model was applied to examine the association of hospital levels with awareness and attitude of hospice care. Results A total of 990 individuals were surveyed. Among them, 580 were from hospitals ranked 3, 252 were from hospitals ranked 2, and 158 were from hospitals ranked 1. The attitude to someone self′s death scored 7.2 ±2.1, 7.6 ±2.4, 7.2 ±2.1, the attitude to patients′death scored 11.0 ±2.6, 11.6 ±2.3, 11.5±2.3, there was a significant difference among the 3 levels (F=3.34, 3.69, all P<0.05). After controlling for age, education level, years of work, religion status, family type, and disease condition in family, as compared with hospitals ranked 3, the average score of the awareness of hospice care decreased 0.431 (P=0.049) and the average score of attitude to hospice care decreased 2.944 (P=0.022) in medical staff from hospitals ranked 1. As for the 7 aspects of hospice care attitude, the average score of attitude to patients′death decreased 0.634 (P=0.003), the average score of attitude to implementation of hospice care for patients and their families decreased 0.926 (P=0.046), and the average score of supporting hospice care decreased 0.664 (P=0.011) in medical staff form hospitals ranked 1 as compared with hospitals ranked 3. We failed to find a significant difference in awareness and attitude of hospice care between hospitals ranked 2 and 3 (all P>0.05). Conclusions The awareness and attitude of hospice care is poorer in medical staff from hospitals ranked 1 as compared with those from hospitals ranked 2 or 3. Our finding suggests that medical staff from hospitals ranked 1 is a target population on whom hospice care training would be performed.

Objective To prepare the hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSY-A)enteric coating pellets, and investigate in vitro release and in vivo pharmacokinetic characteristics. Methods HSY-A enteric coating pellets were prepared by extrude-rounding and fluid bed technique. The micromeritic characteristics, the factors affecting the release properties of enteric coating pellets the release mechanism were explored, and the in vivo pharmacokinetic behaviors were also evaluated. Results The in vitro release behavior of HSY-A from enteric coating pellets could be described by Ritger-peppas equation, and fit diffusion mechanism,in vivo pharmacokinetic test confirmed the argument that pellets have good acid residence and enteric properties. Conclusion HSY-A enteric coating pellets have been successfully prepared and the expected release properties is achieved in the study.
