The present study used the experimental patterns of Go/No Go and no motion contingent negative variation (CNV) task into the research in order to study whether the CNV can express the implication of expectation. Through comparing the CNV under different conditions, the data collected from experiment showed that the key to evoked CNV was close to the warning signal and command signal. Whether the command signal was related to the task would impact on the amplitude of the CNV. This characteristics responses to the subjects' expectation. On this basis, CNV can be used as the electrophysiological index for the reflection of expected value in the conditions of this experiment.

2.Clinical study of tegaserod in treatment of chronic constipation,dyspepsia and reflux overlapping symptoms

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tegaserod in treating overlapping symptoms of chronic constipation and dyspepsia or reflux.Methods Eighty eight patients with overlapping symptom were enrolled and randomly divided into:tegaserod group(TEG group,received tegaserod 6 mg bid), PPI group(esomeprazole 40 mg qd)and combined group(tegaserod 6 mg bid and esomeprazole 40 mg qd).Esomeprazole was taken 30 min-prior to the meals in the morning.Each group was treated for 4 weeks.Endpoints to evaluate the clinical efficacy including complete relief rates(CRRs)of epigastric symptoms,the total scores of gastrointestinal symptoms,gastric emptying and colonic transit time and gastric sensation.Results The total scores of gastrointestinal symptoms were all significantly decreased in three groups after four-week therapy,which were more decreased markedly in TEG group(7.23?3.13)and the combined group(5.13?2.26)than that in PPI group(13.58?2.02,P
3.Study of Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging at Resting State for Patients in Sub-health Status.

This study sought to reveal the difference of brain functions at resting-state between subjects with sub-health and normal controls by using the functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology. Resting-state fMRI scans were performed on 24 subjects of sub-health and on 24 healthy controls with gender, age and education matched with the sub-health persons. Compared to the healthy controls, the sub-health group showed significantly higher regional homogeneity (ReHo) in the left post-central gyrus and the right post-central gyrus. On the other hand, the sub-health group showed significantly lower ReHo in the left superior frontal gyrus, in the right anterior cingulated cortex and ventra anterior cingulate gyrus, in the left dorsolateral frontal gyrus, and in the right middle temporal gyrus. The Significant difference in ReHo suggests that the sub-health persons have abnormalities in certain brain regions. It is proved that its specific action and meaning deserves further assessment.

4.Effect evaluation of choking risk assessment and intervention on the choking prevention of homeless inpatients with psychiatric

Objective To explore the effect evaluation of choking risk assessment and intervention on the choking prevention of homeless inpatients with psychiatricc. Methods Totally 163 homeless inpatients with psychiatric disorder were selected from July 2012 to June 2016, 56 cases from July 2012 to December 2013 were assigned to the control group, another 107 cases from January 2014 to June 2016 was set as the intervention group. The control group received routine nursing safety management, on the basis of it, the intervention group received choking risk assessment through choking risk assessment scales. To take choking risk intervention on the patients of reached choking danger threshold. The incidence of choking and choking ending were compared between the two groups and the choking risk levels and scores in the intervention group before and after intervention were also compared. Results The incidence of choking in the intervention group and the control group was 0.93%(1/107)and 10.71%(6/56)respectively. Choking ending: 2 heal, 3 aspiration pneumonia, 1 death of 6 cases in the control group and 1 case was cured, no death and aspiration pneumonia occurred in the intervention group, the statistical differences were significant (χ2=9.399,18.554, P < 0.01 or 0.05). There were 28.0% (30/107) reached level Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ choking threshold in the intervention group and rank mean of choking risk scores were 41.29. After interventions were 8.4% (9/107) and 25.50 respectively, the statistical differences were significant (χ2=10.231, P<0.05;Z=7.511, P<0.01). Conclusions The corresponding nursing intervention on the patients of choking risk can reduce and avoid choking accidents and protect the safety of homeless inpatients with psychiatric disorder effectively and improve the quality of care.

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a human herpesvirus associated with important human diseases, including infectious mononucleosis syndrome, malignant lymphoma, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The mechanism of EBV entry into host cells remains a subject of intensive research. After decades of study, researchers have identified several key proteins and different patterns of EBV intrusion into host cells. The viral surface glycoproteins, gp350/220, gp42, gB, gH, and gL, are involved in interactions with the CR2 receptor on the surface of B lymphocytes during viral entry. However, the majority of epithelial cells lack CR2 receptor expression, which makes viral invasion much more complex than in B lymphocytes. Three different models have been proposed to explain how EBV enters epithelial cells: (1) "transfer of infection", mediated by B lymphocytes or Langerhans cells; (2) EBV utilizes its own proteins during the process of fusion with the cell membrane; and (3) progeny virions arising from EBV-infected epithelial cells cross lateral membranes into adjacent epithelial cells. This review will discuss the relevant mechanism of viral entry into B lymphocytes and epithelial cells during EBV infection.

6.The effects of childhood abuse,personality,insecurity on dissociative trait of medical students:a path anal-ysis

Objective To build the relationship model of childhood aubuse, personality, insecurity and dissociative trait in medical students. Methods Through stratified sampling,262 medical students were investiga?ted by the Personal Report of Childhood Abuse( PRCA) ,Dissociative Trait Scale( DTS) ,Self?Rating Feeling of In?security Scale( SRFIS) ,Revised NEO Five?Factor Inventory( NEO?FFI?R) . A path analysis was applied by AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) version 7.0. Results ①Childhood abuse was positively related to insecurity, dissociative trait and neuroticism( r=0.248~0.361, P<0.01) ,but was passively related to extraversion,agreeable?ness and conscientiousness( r=-0.168~-0.250, P<0.01). Insecurity was positively related to dissociative trait and neuroticism( r=0.479~0.522, P<0.01) ,but was passively related to extraversion,agreeableness and conscien?tiousness( r=-0.234~-0.324, P<0.01). Dissociative trait was positively related to neuroticism( r=0.597, P<0.01) ,but was passively related to openness, extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness ( r=-0. 133~-0.453, P<0.05). ②The path analysis showed that childhood abuse was directly related to insecurity(B=0.339, P<0.01)and personality(B=-0.226, P<0.01)of medical students. Personality was directly related to insecurity and dissociative( B=-0.609~-0.363, P<0.01) . Insecurity was directly related to dissociative trait( B=0.448, P<0.01) . Personality and insecurity mediated entirely the relationship between childhood abuse and dissociative trait of medical students. The model fit indexes were χ2/ df =1.151<3.000, P=O.080>0.05,RMSEA=0.024<0.050, GFI=0.935,AGFI=0.909,NFI=0.923,RFI=0.902,IFI=0.989,TLI=0.986 and CFI=0.989. Conclusion Per?sonality and insecurity as mediated variable mediate the relationship between childhood abuse and dissociative trait of medical students. Childhood abuse has no direct effect on dissociative trait of medical students.
7.Clinical study on treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with jinghua weikang capsule.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jinghua Weikang Capsule (JWC) on chronic gastritis (CG).
METHODSNinety patients with CG were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group treated with domperidone 10 mg, 3 times per day orally, the high and low-dose JWC groups treated with JWC 160 mg and 80 mg respectively 3 times per day. The therapeutic course for all groups was 14 days. Dyspeptic symptom score, gastric emptying rate and quality of life (QOL) in patients were observed.
RESULTSDyspeptic symptom score was 19.97 +/- 1.85 and 24.40 +/- 1.85 after treatment in high and low-dose JWC groups respectively, lower than that before treatment (28.33 +/- 1.88 and 27.70 +/- 1.68, P <0.05); QOL improved obviously in all the three groups, among which the high-dose JWC group showed the best effect. The adverse reaction of JWC was very mild.
CONCLUSIONJWC is an effective and safe drug for alleviating dyspeptic symptoms in patients with CG, its effect is more evident when high dose is applied.

8.Clinical value of multislice CT in diagnosis and preoperative TNM-staging of gastric carcinoma

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of multislice CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis and preoperative TNM staging of gastric carcinoma. Methods: Fifty patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were examined by MSCT, gastrointestinal series (GI), fiberoptic gastroscopy (FG) and transabdominal ultrasonography (US). The results of the 4 methods were compared with postoperative pathological results. Forty patients, who were diagnosed as having advanced gastric carcinoma by both MSCT and US, had their TNM staging evaluated and the results were compared with postoperative pathological TNM evaluation. Results: The detection rates of MSCT, FG, GI and US for advanced gastric carcinoma were 98%, 100%, 88% and 80%, respectively. The detection rate of MSCT was not significantly different with that of FG, but was obviously higher than that of GI (P=0.027) and US (P=0.004). The accuracy of MSCT in preoperative TNM staging was significantly higher than that of US(92.5% vs 72.5%). Conclusion: MSCT, with two-phase thin slice incremental scanning image, multiplaner reformats (MPR) and three-dimension (3D) image, is more advantaged in detecting the gross type, size, location, invasion and metastasis of advanced gastric carcinoma, thus greatly improving the detection rate and preoperative TNM staging of advanced gastric carcinoma.

Objective To compare the relative efficacy and quality of extraction of human fecal DNA using four methods.Methods Real-time PCR were utilized for analysis both quantification and quality of the fecal targeted bacteria(including gut all eubaeterium,Bacteriodes-PrevoteUa group,Bifidobacterium spp Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococcus spp)by using 16s rRNA gene-targeted genus or group-specific primer sets.Results The negative rat of PCR product from method 3(phenol-chloroform plus bead-beating) was about 40%(4/10)by using universal primers,the PCR inhibition disappeared after fecal DNA purified with column.The total fecal 16s rRNA gene copy numbers(per gram of wet weight of feces)as well as the numbers of Bacteriodes-Prevotella group from method 1(QIAamp~DNA stool mini kit)and 4(QIAamp~ DNA stool mini kit combined with bead-beating)was higher significantly than that from method 2(FastDNA ~Kit,Biol01)and 3(P

Research on inflammatory response,liver injury,and immune regulation has demonstrated that the intricate interactions among immune cells constitute a critical regulatory network.Alcohol consumption alters the liver microenvironment,triggering inflammation and immune responses.Elucidating the inhibitory,cooperative,and synergistic effects among lymphocytes and myeloid cells may reveal the core mechanisms of alcohol-associated liver disease(ALD)pathogenesis and identify promising therapeutic targets.This review seeks to elucidate the intricate and multifaceted interactions among immune cells,encompassing both direct cellular interactions and the secretion of various effector molecules.It is essential to underscore that these interactions have broader and more complex roles in ALD than the activities of individual immune cell types.These interactions play a crucial role in mutually regulating one another,thereby preserving the homeostasis of the inflammatory and immune response in the liver environment.Targeting these immune cell interactions is anticipated to offer a novel approach to the prevention and treatment of ALD.
