1.Management of severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2021;28(1):55-58
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD) is a common chronic respiratory disease in preterm infants.Severe BPD(sBPD) features a high mortality rate, while for survivors, sBPD usually results in developmental retardation of the nervous system, cardiovascular complications, and long-term respiratory problems that affect the quality of life.At present, there are no effective treatment measures, and comprehensive treatments are adeptly more commonly, including nutritional support, fluid restriction, respiratory support, glucocorticoids, pulmonary surfactants and so on.Yet the effectiveness and safety of these treatments are still controversial. The article reviewed the current status of sBPD management.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To improve the testing method of the related substances in nifedipine sustained-release tablets (Ⅰ).METHODS:The chromatographic condition was in line with the "State Drug Standard".In computing the contents of foreign substances, the standard of "it is negligible if the peak area of foreign substances was less than 10% of the peak area of Nifedipine in the standard solution" was improved to be "it is negligible if the peak area of foreign substances was less than 2%of the peak area of Nifedipine in the standard solution".RESULTS:The contents of the foreign substances determined in accordance with the "National Drug Standard" weresignificantly different from those determined by the improved method (0.00%,0.08%,0.29%,0.14 % vs.0.10%,0.21%,0.51%,0.27%,respectively).CONCLUSION:The improved method can help improve the standard drug quality in that the contents of the foreign substances can be strictly kept under control.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a high-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)-fluorometric method for the concentration determination of itraconazole (ITZ) and its metabolite hydroxy-itraconazole(HITZ) in rabbit plasma simultaneously.METHODS: Separation was achieved with Agilent Eclipse C18,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(adjusted to pH=2.5 with 85% phosphoric acid)-water(63∶37),and the flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1.The excitation and emission wavelengths were 260 nm and 365 nm.The analysis was performed at room temperature..RESULTS: The linear concentration range of ITZ and HITZ were 7.4~296 0 ng?mL-1(r=0.999 1)and 5.4~216 0 ng?mL-1(r=0.999 3), respectively. The limit of detection was 0.518 and 0.318 ng?mL-1,respectively.The extraction and method recovery rate of ITZ and HITZ were more than 80%.The intra-day and inter-day RSD of ITZ and HITZ were less than 4.47%. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable for monitoring ITZ and HITZ in rabbit plasma and pharmacokinetic studies.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2010;16(10):761-763
Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of primary splenic neoplasm (PSN) to promote understanding of the disease. Methods The clinical data of all admitted patients with PSN treated in this hospital from February 1989 to February 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 63 patients were treated by surgery and pathologically confirmed as PSN. Twenty-one patients were treated by splenectomy alone. Twenty-seven patients underwent distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy. Fifteen patients received splenectomy combined with excision of tumor, the 5-year survival rate was 35.9%(15/42). Conclusion PSN should be diagnosed mainly according to clinical manifestations, image examination, and fine needle aspiration biopsy. CT and angiography play an important role in the identification of benign and malignant splenic mass. Early diagnosis, radical resection and comprehensive treatment are important for improving the prognosis of PSN.

Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(7):619-622
Objective To analyze the effects of miR-26a on proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of uveal melanoma cell. Methods The expressions level of miR-26a in the uveal melanoma cell lines SP6.5 and M23 and normal cell line ARPE-19 was detected by qRT-PCR.The SP6.5 cell line was divided into miR-26a mimics group (transfect with miR-26a mimics) and NC group (transfect with scramble by Lipofectamine 2000).The proliferation and apoptosis ability were measured by CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry. The cell wound scratch assay and transwell assay were used to detect the migration and invasion ability. The expression level of enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) protein was measured by Western blot. Results The expressions level of miR-26a in uveal melanoma cell line SP6.5 was 0.250 ± 0.029,M23 was 0.350 ±0.017,which was significantly lower than 1.0 in normal cell line ARPE-19 (all P <0.001).The OD450 value at 72 hours,96 hours and 120 hours in miR-26a mimics group (0.69 ±--0.09,1.23 ± 0.15,2.12 ± 0.23) were significantly lower than those in NC group (1.39-0.11,2.35 ±0.25,3.53 ±0.27) (all P <0.05).The apoptosis rate of miR-26a mimics group (15.60% ± 2.30%) was significantly higher than that of NC group (5.00% ± 0.70%) (P < 0.01).The wound healing rate of miR-26a mimics group (23.7% ±2.1%) was significantly lower than that of NC group (68.9 ±5.1%) (P <0.01).While the invasive cell number (45.1 ± 3.9) was also significantly less than NC group (115.3 ± 8.9) (P < 0.01).The expression level of EZH2 protein in miR-26a mimics group (0.39 ±0.09) was significantly lower than that of NC group (1.0,P <0.01).Conclusion MiR-26a is low expressed in uveal melanoma cells.Over expression of miR-26a inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of uveal melanoma cell, and promote the apoptosis, which may be associated with down-regulated expression of EZH2.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(5):485-486
Objective To assess the relationships between bile reflux gastritis (BRG) and Helicobacter pylori infec-tion in children. Methods A total of 258 BRG cases were included in BRG group and 1 749 gastric mucosal inflammation cases without bile reflux were used as control group. Children with BRG were divided into three groups according to the dis-ease classification and they were also sub-divided into three groups according to the bile reflux indexing. The infection rates of Helicobacter pylori were analyzed in different groups. Results Compared to control group (34.02%), the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori was significantly higher in BRG group (46.12%). The infection rates of Helicobacter pylori infection were 40.86%(38/93), 45.53%(56/123) and 59.52%(25/42) in patients with mild, moderate and severe infections. There was no significant difference between them (χ2=4.089, P>0.05). The positive rates of Helicobacter pylori infection were 37.32%(53/142), 53.68%(51/95) and 71.43%(15/21) in children withⅠ,ⅡandⅢreflux indexing, and there was significant differ-ence between them (χ2=12.022,P<0.01). Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection is one of the causative factors leading to BRG in children. The bile regurgitation increased with the increasing of Helicobacter pylori infection.
