BACKGROUND: Electrostatic layer-by-layer (LbL) self-assembly is a simple, effective and novel approach to carrying macromolecules into microcapsule carriers.OBJECTIVE: To prepare chitosan (CS) microcapsules to control the releasing of heparin (Hep) by LbL.METHODS: CS microspheres were fabricated by a sodium sulfate-based precipitation process and then used as positively charged templates for polyelectrolyte multilayer coatings to carry heparin by the LbL self-assembly technique. The polycation was CS and the polyanion was Hep. The microcapsule was formed via coating {CS/Hep}3 on CS hydrogel template. The microcapsules composed of {CS/ Hep}3 on CS hydrogel templates were confirmed by fluorescence inverted microscopy, confocal laser scanning microscopy and laser particle size analysis. The assembly of polyelectrolyte layers on CS hydrogel microspheres was monitored by Zeta Potential Analyzer.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The resulting microcapsules were about 1 μm in average diameter, and allowed spontaneous loading of heparin through electrostatic interaction, with the encapsulation efficiency and carrying capacity of 83.8% and 3.05%, respectively.

9.Effect of elective caesarean section and vaginal delivery on maternal pelvic floor dysfunction
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2016;25(9):662-664,665
Objective To explore the impact of elective caesarean section and vaginal delivery on maternal pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods A total of 131 pregnant women from January 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were divided into observation group which re-ceived elective caesarean section and control group which received vaginal delivery. All the maternal and neonatal clinical data were counted. The occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction disease in postpartum women after 6 to 8 weeks was observed. The occurrence of vaginal wall pro-lapse,uterine prolapse, stress urinary incontinence (SUI)and maternal pelvic floor muscle damage between two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were varying degrees anterior vaginal wall prolapse phenomenon occured on 31 cases in obervation group, the pro-lapse rate was 67.39%,compared with 92.94% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Observation group with 13 cases of descent vaginae posterior, the prolapse rate was only 28.26%,compared with 75.29% of the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).The maternal uterine prolapse rate of observation group was about 13.04%,compared with 35.29%(30 cases)of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Observation group with 6 cases of maternal SUI, the probability is about 13.04%,compared with 29.41% of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in deep and shallow maternal pelvic floor muscle between two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion To adopt elective cesar-ean section has a lower probabilities of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease than that by vaginal delivery for maternal women, which is propitious to the recovery of pregnant women, while it has nothing to do with pelvic floor muscle damage.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 1998;0(03):-
Objective To study the changes of TNF-??NO in lung of immature rabbits with meconium aspiration and the relationship with right ventricular pressure. Methods (1)We established mild and severe immature rabbits model of meconium aspiration by endotracheal intubation imbuing meconium 0.6 ml/kg and 4 ml/kg. (2)We measured the right ventricular pressure by right ventricular puncture. (3)level of TNF-? in lung was measured by radioimmunoassay and that of NO was detected by Cr deoxidation. Results Meconium caused pulmonary inflammatory response which was reflected in the increase of cell counts in BALF, peaking at 24 h after instillation [WBC counts (6.06? 0.15 ) ?10 8/L,PMN counts (0.484?0.009)?10 8/L] and recovered by 72 h[(1.93?0.08)?10 8/L,(0 082?0 007)?10 8]. (2)The level of TNF-? in lung of mild group (1.41?0 15) ng/ml increased significantly comparing with control group (0 48?0.07) ng/ml, level of NO (31.9?2.4) ng/ml decreased significantly. Peaked at 16~24 h and recovered to normal by 72 h. the changes of severe group [TNF-?(1.85?0.17) ng/ml, NO(26.4?2.4) ng/ml] were significantly different from those in mild group. (3) At mild group, the right ventricular pressure began to increase at 16 h ( 19.28 ? 0.10 ) mm Hg, peaked at 24 h (26.78?0.14) mm Hg and returned to normal level by 72 h ( 14.18 ? 0.04) mm Hg. The pressure of severe group ( 32.70 ? 0.14 ) mm Hg was significantly higher than that of control and mild group. Conclusions (1)After immature rabbits aspirating meconium, there were remarkable pulmonary inflammatory responses. (2)The level of TNF-? in lung increased, and was correlated with right ventricular pressure, which revealed that MAS with PPHN could be associated with inflammatory response. (3)The level of NO decreased after meconium aspiration, and was lower at severe group. The level of NO was negatively correlated with right ventricular pressure, which indicated that the severe meconium aspiration was companied with severe damage of endotheliocyte which promoted and exacerbated PPHN.
