In this study, the expression of HSP70 during experimental tooth movement was dynamically observed and the relationship between HSP70 and orthodontic periodontal tissue remodeling were observed. The orthodontic appliance was placed between the right maxillary first molar and maxillary central incisors of adult SD rats to establish a rat molar movement model. Immunohistochemistry was performed 1, 3, 5, 7 and 14 day(s) after orthodontic force application to observe the expression and localization of inducible HSP70. The expression of HSP70 was strongly positive in the early stage of the tooth movement, became gradually less positive, and was weakly positive in the restoration stage. There was difference in staining pattern between different parts of PDL during the same period. These results suggest that the expression of HSP70 and difference in staining pattern among different parts of PDL during orthodontic tooth movement in rats may be implicated in stress response and remodeling of periodontal tissue.

Objective To explore the association between CRP and circadian variation of blood pressure in both hypertensive and normotensive old population. Methods The 82 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and 79 normotensive adults were enrolled in this study. Serum high sensitive CRP (hsCRP) level was tested by fluorescence immunoassay technology. The 24-hour ambulatory monitor of the level and variability of blood pressure was carried out. Multivariable linear regression models were run to adjust the age, gender, body mass index, blood sugar, blood fat, smoking history and baseline blood pressure for analyzing the association between hsCRP and circadian variation of blood pressure. Results ( 1 ) The variability of systolic blood pressure during daytime, nighttime and 24-h our periods were higher in EH group than in control group (P<0.01 or P<0. 05), the variabilities of diastolic blood pressure were also significantly higher than in control group (P<0. 05), the dipping ratios of nocturnal systolic, diastolic and mean artery pressure were all less than in contrast group (all P<0.05). (2) The hsCRP was obviously higher in EH group than in control group [(5.44± 1.78)mg/L vs. (3.03±0. 72) mg/L, P<0. 01]. (3) The hsCRP had positive associations with diastolic blood pressure variability during daytime (r= 0. 492, P<0. 001 ), nighttime (r=0.240, P=0.048), and 24-hour (r=0.271, P=0.030). The variability in diastolic blood pressure predic ted the level of hs CRP(r=0.660, R2=0.436, P<0.001). (4) In control group, no significant association was found between CRP and variation of blood pressure. Conclusions The BP variability and serum CRP in EH patients are obviously higher than in normotensive patients, however, the nocturnal BP dipping ratio is less than in normotensive patients. Furthermore, the level of serum hsCRP in EH patients is positively associated with the variation of blood pressure, especially for variation of diastolic blood pressure.

To evaluate in vitro release and transdermal behaviors of Huoxue Zhitong gel, modified Franz diffusion cell methods was applied to investigate in vitro transdermal absorption of Huoxue Zhitong gel and the content of paeonolan in receptor fluid composed of PEG400%-95% ethanol-water (l:3:6)were determined by HPLC. The results were processed and different equations were fitted. The release law were in accordance with Weibull equation and the fitting equation was In[-1/(1 - Q)] = -0.790 51nt - 1.7012 (r = 0.9809). In 8 hours, cumulative release of paeonol was 85. 18% and the release rate was 2.827 µg . cm-2 h-1. Transdermal actions were consistent with zero-level model fit and the fitting equation was Q(t) = 1.7579t + 0. 7213 (r = 0.9991). In 8 hours, cumulative transdermal rate and transmission rate of paeonol was 54. 85%, 1. 820 µg . cm-2 h-1. So the Huoxue Zhitong gel had a good release and transdermal properties.

A reasonable and practicable quality standard was developed for mori liquid extract from different sources by TLC, HPLC and fingerprint technology. In TLC method, the compounds were separated on polyamide film using glacial acetic acid-water (1: 3) as mobile phase at a UV wavelength of 365 nm. All qualified samples had the spots of the same color as the control herb and substance. The RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content of mulberroside A with mobile phase of methanol-water (25: 75) at a wave-length of 326 nm. The mulberroside A was in good linear with a regression equation of Y = 46.965X (r = 0.999 6) in the range of 4.6 - 228 mg x L(-1). In 14 batches of samples, the mulberroside A in 4 batches of them was less than 0.5 g x L(-1), and was more than 2.0 g x L(-1) in the other batches. It was suggested that the content limit of mulberroside A should be no less than 1.5 g x L(-1). The HPLC fingerprints were evaluated by the similarities. It has found that the similarities of different mori liquid extracts were very low and the chemical diversity of mori cortex was the major factor of similarity. Moreover, the process impact was minimal. Thus the fingerprint was not included in this quality standard.

Objective ToexploretheapplicationofVasoCT,astentimagingtechnique,instent-assisted coilaneurysmembolization. Methods Twentyconsecutivepatientswith23intracranialaneurysmswere treated with stent-assisted aneurysm embolization in the General Hospital of Armed Police Forces from December 2013 to November 2014 were enrolled. The patients performed VasoCT scan immediately after procedure. Then all the available images were used for stent-optimized reconstruction respectively. Under the XpertCT mode, the available images were observed with both volume imaging and maximum intensity projection. The available images were analyzed and they were divided into very clear, less clear, and not clearaccordingtothestentdevelopingclarity. Results Ofthe22aneurysmstreatedwithstent-assisted embolization,16 were occluded completely,6 were occluded partially. All the stents were expanded completely and were released to the expected locations;11 aneurysm stents developed clearly,9 developed less clearly, and 2didnotdevelopclearly.Conclusion VasoCTcanbeusedinthestent-assistedaneurysmembolization.It can clearly reveal the microscopic structure of the stents, location, relationship with the artery wall, and relationship between stents and coils. The clarity of stent development is associated with the diameters of the packed coils, and the stents are also affected by the metal artifacts projecting direction and the dense degree of the packing coils.
