1.Effect of interference on transmission for newly deployed wireless sensor networks
Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2007;19(1):42-45
The co-channel interference (collisions) seriously affect the transmission for the newly deployed wireless sensor networks since there is no structure at that phase. In this paper, the interference of the whole network is analyzed based on the SNIR model. The new concept of critical transmitting range is proposed, based on which the transmission theorem is obtained and proved. The results provide the theoretical ground to set up the primary structure of newly deployed networks.
2.Culture and comparison of the morphology and function of dendritic cells from human peripheral blood monocytes with and without dexamethasone
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To study the morphology and function of the dendritic cells(DC) from human peripheral blood monocytes and the change in cell differentiation and maturation after DC treated with dexamethasone(Dex-DC).Methods:DCs were sorted from human monocytes by culturing in presence of cytokines(GM-CSF, IL-4) and LPS for 8 days with or without dexamethasone. The change in morphology, function and phenotypic characterization was compared. Results:The cells treated with or without Dex, developed a characteristic dendritic morphology, however, Dex-DC expressed higher level of CD14 and lower level of CD83 than the untreated cells. In addition, a low APC function was demonstrated by Dex-DC.Conclusion:DCs can be induced from peripheral blood monocytes in medium with cytokines; the cultured PS in presence of Dex are shown at a more immature stage, indicating that Dex modulates DC differentiation, maturation, and function.
3.Inhibitory effect of propylene glycol mannate sulfate on growth of rabbit lens epithelial cells in vitro
International Eye Science 2009;9(11):2050-2053
AIM:To investigate the inhibitory effect of rabbit lens epithelial cell(RLEC)survival and growth by propylene glycol mannate sulfate(PGMS)on the rabbit capsular bag in vitro.METHODS;Capsular bags were prepared from rabbit eyes after extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE)and incubated in 0.2,0.4,0.8g/L PGMS in 2,5,10 minutes incubation periods. After treatment, the capsular bags were cultured for 7 days in Dulbecco minimum essential medium(DMEM)supplemented with 50mL/L fetal calf serum(FCS).The specimens were examined with light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Capsular bags without receiving PGMS only served as controls.RESULTS:PGMS inhibited the proliferation of RLEC in the manner of concentration and time dependentment. At the threshold protocol of incubation in PGMS at 0.8g/L for 5 or 10 minutes, proliferative activity of cells were largely arrested and nearly no RLEC was seen on the posterior capsule(P<0.05).Control group had no effect on structure and proliferative activity of RLEC,and the growth proceeded rapidly so that the posterior capsule were totally covered by a confluent monolayer of cell by the end of 7 days.Under TEM,the cells in the control group were tightly arrayed with clearly defined cellular boundary and structure;while cellular deformity and undefined intracellular structure could be seen in the 0.4g/L and 0.8g/L experimental groups.CONCLUSION:PGMS can effectively inhibit the proliferation of RLEC.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2000;0(04):-
Objective To study the features of hippocampal atrophy (HA) by MRI in mild Alzheimer's disease(AD) patients. Methods Fifteen mild AD patients and 30 healthy controls were included in this study and all subjects were examined by both MRI and MMSE. The differences in the hippocampal volume between the mild AD and the control were analysed, and relationships between the hippocampal volume and age, MMSE scores were evaluated. Results The hippocampal volume of the mild AD was decreased significantly than that of the controls 〔(2 08?0 46)cm 3 vs (3 11?0 19)cm 3, t =2 71, P 0 05). Conclusions MRI-based HA could be used to differentiate the mild AD patients effectively from the healthy subjects and could also be regarded as a status marker for the early clinical diagnosis of AD.
7. Clinical observation of coil embolization of ruptured tiny intracranial aneurysms
Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2012;9(7):347-351
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of endovascular embolization of ruptured tiny intracranial aneurysms. Methods: The clinical data of 11 patients with ruptured tiny intracranial aneurysm were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) were diagnosed by CT and microcoil embolization was performed after being confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Results: Circled digit oneNine patients had anterior communicating artery aneurysm, 1 had anterior choroidal artery aneurysm, and 1 had pericallosal artery aneurysm. At admission, the Hunthess grade I was 3 cases, grade II was 5, grade III was 2, and grade IV was 1. Circled digit twoAll the patients were embolized successfully, 6 of them were embolized completely, and 5 were embolized incompletely (during 3 to 6 months DSA follow-up, they were all obliterated completely). The GOS were 5 in 9 patients, GOS 4 in 1 patient, and 1 patient died after the procedure. No technology-related complications were observed. Circled digit threeAt 3 to 6 months after procedure, 6, 2, and 2 patients were followed up with DSA, magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) or telephone respectively. The aneurysms were all obliterated completely, the GOS were 5 in all patients, and no rebleeding occurred. Conclusion: Endovascular embolization of ruptured tiny intracranial aneurysms in intracranial anterior circulation is safe and feasible, and the result of short-term follow-up is good.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To explore the effect of the superantigens staphylococcal enterotoxin A (SEA) and staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) on the level and positive sero-conversion rate of anti-HBs antibody induced by HBsAg. Methods Sixty BABL/C mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. The mice in group 1 were administered 4?g recombinant HBsAg by subcutaneous injection in the groin once a week for three weeks. The manner of HBsAg administration in the other four groups was the same as that in group 1. One day after the first administration, the mice were administered 25?g SEA (group 2) or 25?g SEB (group 3) by subcutaneous injection in contralateral groin. In the second week after the first administration, the mice were administered 25?g SEA (group 4) or 25?g SEB (group 5) by subcutaneous injection in contralateral groin when HBsAg were given. Serum levels of anti-HBs antibody in the five groups were measured once a week until the end of experiment using ELISA. Results On the third week, the positive sero-conversion rate and serum level of anti-HBs in group 1 were 41.7% and 0.758?0.126, respectively. At the same time, the anti-HBs sero-conversion rate in the group 2 and group 4 was 100%, and there was significant difference in the anti-HBs level compared with group 1(P0.05). Conclusion SEA could remarkably elevate the level and positive sero-conversion rate of anti-HBs after injection of HBsAg, and significantly enhance the humoral immune response induced by HBsAg in mice.

Objective :
To analyze the trend of lung cancer incidence in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province from 2014 to 2019, so as to provide the basis for lung cancer prevention and control.
Methods :
The data of lung cancer were collected through the information management system of chronic disease surveillance in Zhejiang Province. The crude incidence rate, age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population ( ASIRC ) and by world standard population ( ASIRW ), truncated rate ( 35-64 ) years old ), and cumulative rate (0-74 years old) were calculated. The annual percentage change ( APC ) was used to analyze the trend of lung cancer. The annual contribution rate was used to analyze the contribution of the incidence trend with age to the total trend.
Results :
Totally 22 261 cases of lung cancer were reported in Shaoxing from 2014 to 2019. The crude incidence rate, ASIRC, ASIRW, truncated rate ( 35-64 years old ), and cumulative rate ( 0-74 years old ) were 83.51/100 000, 41.28/100 000, 41.01/100 000, 57.00/100 000 and 5.11%, respectively. The crude incidence rate, ASIRC and ASIRW increased significantly from 2014 to 2019, with the APC values of 8.56%, 6.42% and 6.05%, respectively ( P<0.05 ). The crude incidence rate, ASIRC, ASIRW, truncated rate ( 35-64 years old ), and cumulative rate ( 0-74 years old ) of man were 105.25/100 000, 48.09/100 000, 50.69/100 000, 62.03/100 000 and 6.42%, respectively, which were higher than those of women ( 61.84/100 000, 33.05/100 000, 31.35/100 000, 51.71/100 000 and 3.76% ).The crude incidence rate increased with age. The annual contribution rates of lung cancer incidence in people aged 15-<45 years, 45-<55 years, 55-<65 years and ≥65 years were 51.20%, 30.86%, 15.79% and 2.15%, respectively. The crude incidence rate in people aged 15-<45 years, 45-<55 years and 55-<65 years increased significantly from 2014 to 2019, with the APC values of 23.84%, 13.79% and 6.78%, respectively ( P<0.05 ).
Conclusion
From 2014 to 2019, the incidence of lung cancer in Shaoxing shows an increasing trend, and the age of onset is getting younger.
