1.Effects of Mosapride Combined with Acupressure at Selected Time and Psychotherapy on Constipation-predominant of Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(02):-
[Objective]To evaluate the effects of mosapride combined with acupressure at selected time and psychotherapy on constipation-predominant of irritable bowel syndrome.[Methods]A total of 86 patients with constipation-predominant of irritable bowel syndrome(C-BS) randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=43) and the control group(n=43). Every patient in the study was diagnosed C-BS according to Rome II criteria. Patients in control group took mosapride (5mg,tid) and in treatment group acupressure at selected time and psychotherapy were givn besides mosapride.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.0%,which was superior to that of the control group(60.5%)(P

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(7):128-130
Tanshinone ⅡA has a broad anti-tumor activity and good prospects for clinical application. Its possible mechanism of action involves the regulation of cell cycle, inhibition of cell proliferation, induction of apoptosis, inhibition of tumor invasion, metastasis and inhibition of angiogenesis, and reversal of multidrug resistance. This article reviewed the research progress of anti-tumor effect of tanshinone ⅡA in recent years.

Objective To investigate the effect of smoking on large arterial stiffness in patients with essential hypertensive. Methods The aortic, carotid and brachial arterial dimension,intimal-medial thickness were determined by vascular ultrasound technique.Wall cross sectional area and indices of compliance and distensibility were calculated in essential hypertensive patients with smoking(n=75) or without smoking(n=70).Results Hypertensive patients with smoking have increased wall intimal-medial thickness and wall cross sectional area in aortic, carotid and brachial arteries associated with decreased compliance and distensibility. After adjusting for the confounding effects of other variables including Age,BMI,HR,BP,PP,FPG,LDL-C and TG,covariance analysis show smoking remained as predisposed factors for vascular remodeling. Conclusion Smoking aggravates large arterial stiffness in essential hypertensive patients.

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of ductoscopy for intraductal non-protruding lesions. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on characteristics, morphological features, and curative effects of 165 cases of intraductal non-protruding lesions between December 2002 and October 2005. Results Among the 165 cases, there were 135 cases of plasma cell galactophoritis, 18 cases of cystic mastopathy, and 12 cases of galactophoritis. In 144 cases receiving non-surgical treatment, 82 cases were completely relieved and 62 improved. Other 21 cases of plasma cell galactophoritis were surgically treated. Conclusions Mammary ductoscopy is an important way for the diagnosis of intraductal non-protruding lesions. Furthermore, effective treatment can be achieved under ductoscopy in most of cases, and unnecessary surgery may be avoided.

Objective To explore efficacy of mammary ductoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of nipple discharge. Methods 206 cases of nipple discharge underwent 211 examinations of mammary ductoscopy from May 2001 to October 2006.Results Fifty-eight patients diagnosed as non-protrusion lesions under mammary ductoscopy were treated by irrigation therapy and followed up for 3-18 months(mean,12 months) without recurrence. One hundred and forty-eight cases were diagnosed as protrusion lesions,in which 125 cases received operation.115 cases of single mammary intraductal papilloma,7 cases of papillomatosis, and 3 cases of intraductal carcinoma were diagnosed under mammary ductoscopy, while 112 case of intraductal papilloma,10 cases of papillomatosis and 3 cases of ductal carcinoma were confirmed by postoperative pathology.Of the 125 cases, mammary ducts resection was carried out in 120 cases guided by locating needle, segment mammectomy in 1 case,"mammary gland displacement" in 1 case, quadrant resection with nipple-conserving combined with axillary lymph node dissection in 1 case, quadrant resection without nipple-conserving combined with axillary lymph node dissection in 2 cases.Follow-up for 4 to 20 months(mean,10 months) showed no recurrence.3 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ were followed up for 12-18 months, and survived with tumor-free.Conclusions Mammary ductoscopy examination makes accurate diagnosis of nipple discharge induced by intraductal carcinoma before operation, and has important clinical value to choose procedures.Locating needles to locate lesions in mammary ducts may be taken as a guide during operation.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(14):1015-1019
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the possible effects of meteorological and environmental factors on allergic rhinitis of children.
METHOD:
Daily numbers of outpatients consulting general practitioners for AR between Jan 1 2007 and Dec 31 2011 were obtained from the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Shanghai Children Medical Center. Daily maximum, average and minimum temperatures and humidity and wind power for Shanghai of the same 5 years were obtained from the Shanghai Meteorological Office. Air Quality data was provided by the Shanghai Municipal Environmental Protection Monitoring Center on daily SO2, NO2 and PM10, the average of O3 per 8 hours. The data was available as average values derived from the data of 6 state comtrolled monitoring stations distributed across Shanghai. Non-parametric generalized additive model (GAM) was used to analyze the highly non-linear or non-monotonic exposure-response relationship between meteorological and environmental factors and daily outpatient visiting for AR of children.
RESULT:
The daily numbers of AR children in outpatients department in this study were highest in the average daily temperature 11°C and 21°C. It showed two peak. But as the humidity increased, daily numbers of outpatients of AR children went down, indicating that the higy humidity has protective effect. Every 10 microg/m3 increase of environmental pollutants O3, SO2 and PM10 was linked to 1.95%, 1.19% and 0.33% increase in the number of visitors, respectively, suggesting the air pollution may increase the risk of onset of AR in children.
CONCLUSION
Meteorological and environmental factors have important effects on AR in children.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study expression of p27 and cyclin D 1 proteins and their significance in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).Methods The expression of p27 and cyclin D 1 proteins were detected by imunohistochemical technique in 77 cases of NHL.Results Of 77 NHLs, the positive rates of p27 and cyclin D 1 protein were 51 9% (40/77) and 58 4% (45/77) respectively, and the positive intensity of p27 in low grade group was significantly higher than in high grade group (P
