OJBECTIVE:To provide reference for realizing talents internationalization of pharmaceutical enterprises in China.METHODS:Applying the related theory of human resources management,the necessity and situation of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises in talents internationalization were analyzed,and the development strategy was put forward.RE?SULTS&CONCLUSION:Against the background of world-wide competition of talents in pharmaceutical industry,only through adoption of the corresponding development strategy and active advancement of talents internationalization,will the pharmaceutical enterprises dominate in the new competition.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the necessity and strategies to establish credibility in drug retailing stores.METHO- DS:The general meaning of credibility and its particular meaning in medicine were explained.The significance of establishing credibility in drug stores was analyzed,and the relevant strategies were suggested.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Now in the vigorous market competition, only through establishing credibility can drug stores survive and develop.

Objective: To investigate the effect of siRNA targeting TGF-β inducible early gene (TIEG) on expression of Smad2 in advanced glycation end products (AGEs)-mediated renal tubular epithelial cells. Methods: The pshRNA-copGFP-lentivector containing target gene was used as a vector to construct siRNA-TIEG, which was then transfected into normal rat proximal tubular epithelial cells(NRK52E), which were then cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with AGE-BSA for 24 h and 48 h. The expression of Smad2 mRNA and protein was examined by PCR, Western blotting analysis, respectively. Blank vector group served as control. Results: SiRNA-TIEG significantly reduced the expression of TIEG mRNA, Smad2 mRNA and Smad2 protein in normal rat proximal tubular epithelial cells in presence of AGE-BSA compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Silence of TIEG can effectively inhibit the expression of Smad2 mediated by AGEs in NRK52E cells.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving propaganda level and effect of rational drug use. METHODS:Questionnaire survey was designed to investigate the recognition,attitude and demand of consumers in retail pharmacies,students in parts of pharmaceutical universities and their parents and patients in parts of hospitals in more than 10 provinces(autonomous re-gions and municipalities)for propaganda of rational drug use,and the results were statistically significant. RESULTS:The question-naires ranged from 100 to 2 000 in each province (autonomous region and municipality),and totally 11 700 questionnaires were sent out,11 490 were received with recovery of 98.2%;10 980 were effectively received with effective recovery of 95.6%. 78.4%respondents heard of the concept of rational drug use,proportion of young and middle-aged people in 18-44 years old was signifi-cantly higher than other age group,the proportion was significantly increased by the improvement of education,and the proportion of people closer to the city was higher(P<0.001);the respondents who can fully understand the content of the propaganda account-ed for 22.7%,while higher education held higher proportion on“fully understand”,and people closer to the city held higher pro-portion on“fully understand”and“partially understand”(P<0.001);only 9.5% respondents could fully trust propaganda activity, proportion of choosing“partially trust”was generally increased by the improvement of education(P<0.001);and 69.1% respon-dents hoped to obtain relevant knowledge,people who had more purchase frequencies showed stronger willing(P<0.001);the top 3 preferences of respondents for propaganda forms were“face to face guidance from physicians and pharmacists”,“reading drug in-structions”and“reading professional books”. CONCLUSIONS:With insufficient recognition on rational use of drugs,coverage of propaganda about rational drug use needs further expand,public understanding of propaganda contents about rational drug use is fairly limited and people’s trust level towards propaganda is not high,but the public has strong desires to obtain the knowledge about rational drug use. Therefore,various means should be adopted to improve the effects on propaganda of rational drug use.

Corticosteroid-induced glaucoma (CIG) is a form of open angle glaucoma associated with both topical and systemic administration of corticosteroids. Here we described the clinical findings in a patient with severe glaucoma and posterior subcapsular cataract (PSC) after topical administration of corticosteroid eye drops. We concluded corticosteroid eye drop was an effective medicine for inflammation of the eyes; however,prolonged use could cause severe vision loss as a result of intractable corticosteroid-induced glaucoma and cataract.

OBJECTIVE:To provide references for how to enhance industrial technical level and research&development ability.METHODS:The status quo of the research&development and the investment of the multinational pharmaceutical enterprises in China,and the motive and impact of their increased investment in China were studied and analyzed.Some countermeasures and recommendations in coping with the international economical situation were presented.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Under the situation of increasing investment on research&development in china by multinational pharma-ceutical enterprises,we should take advantage of the positive effects and avoid the negative effects,insist on independence and innovation meanwhile enhance international cooperation so as to promote the development of Chinese pharmaceutical indus-tries.

OBJECTIVE: To provide references for promoting the development of Chinese bio-pharmaceutical industry. METHODS: The development of American bio-pharmaceutical industry was analyzed, and their advanced experiences on bio-pharmaceutical industry policy were investigated and drawn. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Bio-pharmaceutical industry policy is essential in ensuring fast development of bio-pharmaceutical industry. Based on the advanced experiences drawn from American, together with the practicality, we should formulate bio-pharmaceutical industry development policy that tailored to our own specific condition.

Objective To explore the relationship between maternal homocysteine (HCY), folic acid, 5, 10 methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) genotypes(677C→T) and occurrence of congenital heart disease (CHD) in offspring. Methods HPLC technique was used to measure the level of total plasma HCY in 32 mothers of CHD children and 23 mothers of normal children, radio immunoassay was used to measure folic acid, and MTHFR genotypes were detected by PCR RELP analysis. Results The incidence of hyperhomocysteinemia(Hhe) (34%,11 cases) in CHD maternal group was significantly higher than that in normal maternal group( P
