Objective To investigate the electrocardiographic(ECG) characteristics and assess the safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) of ventricular tachyeardia (VT), and frequent ventricular premature con- tractious(VPCs) originating from left ventricular outflow tract(LVOT). Methods Twelve-lead ECG analysis and RFCA were performed in 9 patient with VT or VPCs originating from LVOT. Results The sites to be successfully ablated were in left valsalva sinus in 6 patients,and subaortic valve in 3 patient. ECG revealed tall R wave in leads Ⅱ, Ⅲ ,aVF, V5 and V6. QS morphology in both leads aVR and aVL,QS morphology in lead Ⅰ in most cases. R wave in lead Ⅰ was relative tall, the R/S wave amplitude in lead V1 was over 0.62 ,and precordia R wave transition was irregular. All 9 patients were successfully ablated. No death or recurrenced case during follow-up. Conclusion Ventricular taehycardia and frequent ventricular premature rcontractions originating from left ventricutar outflow tract could be known by some specific ECG characteristics and could be radically treated safely by RFCA.

Purpose To investigate the expression of TET2 and DNMT3A in patients with peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL) and the relationship to immunophenotypes of PTCL.Methods Using a panel of immunohistochemical markers (CD3,CD4,CD10,BCL-6,CXCL-13,CD30,ALK),all cases of PTCLs were further divided into four groups,including angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma (AITL),peripheral T cell lymphoma,not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS),anaplastic lymphoma kinase negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALK-ALCL) and anaplastic lymphoma kinase positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALK + ALCL).The expression of TET2 and DNMT3A in 89 cases of PTCL was detected by immunohistochemical analysis.Results 89 cases were divide into four subtypes,AITL (36/89),PTCL-NOS (26/89),ALKALCL (18/89),and ALK + ALCL (9/89).Immunohistochemistry staining revealed higher cytoplasmic expression of TET2 and DNMT3A in AITL than that of in PTCL-NOS and ALCL (P ＜ 0.05).And the nuclear expression of DNMT3A in patients with AITL was higher than that of PTCL-NOS and ALCL (P ＜ 0.05).The cytoplasmic expression of TET2 was positively related with both cytoplasmic and nuclear expression of DNMT3A in patients with AITL (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion TET2 combined with DNMT3A could be used as markers in AITL diagnosis,which could provide new strategy for AITL diagnosis.

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of hysterosalpingography and prevention measures. Methods Totally 6 352 patients who underwent hysterosalpingography in our hospital between January 2006 and December 2013 were analyzed. Results Totally 836 cases had adverse reactions of different degrees including 312 cases of drug reactions and 626 cases of non?drug reactions. The adverse drug reactions were mainly hy?pogastralgia,laryngopharyngeal malaise,irritating cough,nausea,vomiting,shortness of breath,flush of the face,and pruritus. The non?drug reac?tions were mainly hypogastralgia,nausea,vomiting,pallor,speeding up of heart?beat,decreased blood pressure,dizziness,and blur version. Con?clusion Among patients who were negative for iodine anaphylactic test,there were still some who had adverse reactions of different degrees during HSG. Targeting at different conditions of reactions,corresponding prevention measures should be adopted to ensure the smooth progress of hysterosal?pingography.

Objective To evaluate the role of gamma curve fitting technique of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in quantitative analysis of microcirculation in renal solid lesions. Methods A total of fifty patients with renal parenchyma solid lesions were performed contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The images were analysed by computer with gamma fitting analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasonic system. The quantitative parameters were obtained by the time-intensity curves, such as ascending slope (a3), descending slope (a2), arrival time (AT), time to peak intensity (TTP), basic intensity (BI), peak intensity, amplification (AMP), area under the curve (AUC), mean transit time (MTT) and perfusion index (PI). The parameters were compared between renal malignant and benign solid lesions. Results Fast-in and fast-out was the main perfusion mode in renal malignant tumors while slow-in and slow-out was found in renal angiomyolipoma (AML). The perfusion modes in renal malignant tumors and renal AML were fast-in and fast-out in 28 cases and 0 case, fast-in and slow-out in 4 cases and 1 case, slow-in and fast-out in 5 cases and 1 case, and slow-in and slow-out in 1 case and 10 cases, respectively. There were significant differences in the quantitative parameters such as a2, AUC and PI between renal malignant tumors and renal AML obtained by the time-intensity curves (P<0.05). Conclusion Gamma fitting analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound system can provide quantitative information of microcirculation of renal tumors, which helps to differentiate benign renal tumors from malignant ones.

Objective To identify the best technique of postmastectomy radiation therapy (PMRT).Methods Twenty-eight patients with stage Ⅱ or Ⅲ invasive breast cancer were treated with modified radical mastectomy and radiotherapy sequaciously involving the supraclavicular region and the chest wall.Three different techniques were developed for each patient:two tangential conformal fields ( half field) in the chest wall plus supraclavicular intensity modulated radiotherapy (3D-CRT + IMRT),integrated chest wall and supraclavicular IMRT(IMRT),and two tangential conformal fields (half field) in the chest wall plus single field electron beam radiotherapy in the supraclavicular region( 3D-CRT + E).The dose distributions of the target areas and the irradiated volumes of the ipsilateral lung ( V5,V10,V20,and V45)were estimated with the dosage volume histogram (DVH).The dosage prescription was 50.4 Gy (1.8 Gy × 28 f).Results The conformity index (CI) of the 3D-CRT + IMRT group was (0.61 ± 0.03),not different from that of the IMRT [ (0.62 ±0.03),q =2.16,P ＞0.05],and the CI levels of these 2 groups were both higher than that of the 3D-CRT + E group [ (0.44 ± 0.02 ),q =20.50,22.66,P ＜0.01 ].The heterogeneity index (HI) of the 3D-CRT + IMRT group was ( 1.17 ±0.02),not different from that of the IMRT [ (1.15 ±0.02),q =1.66,P ＞0.05],and the HI levels of these 2 groups were both lower than that of the 3D-CRT + E group[ ( 1.24 ±0.04),q =3.91,5.58,P ＜0.01 ].The levels of V5 and V10 of the ipsilateral lungs of the 3D-CRT + E group(48.70％ ±3.24％,38％.56％ ±3.70％ ) and 3D-CRT + IMRT group (49.12％ ±3.03％,38.38％ ± 3.56％ ) were all significantly lower than those of the IMRTgroup [(77.18％ ±8.01％,53.07％ ±6.85％),V5,q =20.35,20.05,P＜0.01; V10,q=12.10,12.24,P ＜0.01 ] and there were not significant differences in the V5 and V10 levels between the 3D-CRT + E and 3D-CRT + IMRT groups ( q =0.30,0.14,P ＞ 0.05 ).The levels of V20 of the ipsilateral lungs of the 3D-CRT + IMRT group (26.57％ ±2.51％ )and IMRT group (25.22％ ±2.77％) were all significantly lower that those of the 3D-CRT + E group [ (31.79％ ± 3.00％ ),q =5.27,8.21,P ＜ 0.01 ]and there were not significant differences in the V20 level between the 3D-CRT + IMRT and IMRT groups (q=2.76,P ＞ 0.05 ).There were not significant differences in the V45 levels among these 3 groups (F =0.69,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The 3D-CRT + IMRT technique in PMRT effectively reduces the radiated dose on the ipsilateral lung.

Sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P) is an important bioactive lipid produced from cell membrane sphingomyelin metabolism process.S1P and cell membrane surface S1P receptors(S1PR1-5) are G protein coupled receptors(GPCRs), which influence the formation of new blood vessels in the immune system via combining the related inflammatory signaling pathway.This review describes briefly the effects of S1P and S1PRs on autoimmune disease angiogenesis through intracellular signal transduction, such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, colitis, systemic lupus erythematosus.Further research will be a new therapeutic target on vascular inflammation of autoimmune diseases.

The phase constitution, microstructure and properties of a new type of machinable glass-ceramics containing fluorophlogopite-type (FPT) Ca-mica for used in restorative dentistry were investigated. According to the results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy-dispersive spectrometry(EDS), its main crystalline phases were FPT Ca-mica and t-ZrO2, together with few KxCa(1-x)/2Mg2Si4O10F2, m-ZrO2. The flexible strength was 235 MPa, which was nearly two times larger than that of the present mica-based dental materials, and the highest fracture toughness was 2.17 MPa.m1/2. The microstructure had a great effect on properties, the glass-ceramics contained a large volume, and the fine crystals showed higher strength. The material possessed typical microstructure of machinable glass-ceramics and displayed excellent machinability during drilling test and CAD/CAM.

Akebia trifoliate has been reported to have many pharmacological activities and the roots, petioles and seeds are used to different symptoms. However, the structure and anatomy of its seeds was almost not reported until now. In the present study, we investigated the morphological characters of the fruit and seed, and the anatomical characters of the testa, micropyle, embryo and endosperm, which could provide evidences for the study on classification, identification and application of A. trifoliate. Our results showed that the testa of A. trifoliate consisted of an epidermic cell layer, the sclerenchyma cells layer, the parenchyma cells layer and an innermost pigment layer. At the micropylar region, the outermost epidermal cells were specialized the white caruncle-like structure and the testa included a lot of lignified tissues. Endosperm comprises two layer cells. Outermost yellowish-brown layer cells contains lots of fat droplets, and innermost white layer cells contains lots of aleurone grains and crystalloids.

A two-step method for the purification of blocking-type anti-human CD80 monoclonal antibody 4E5 from mouse ascites was developed using anion exchange and gel filtration in combination. The ascites was first purified by anion exchange after centrifugation and filtration. The experimental parameters of sample loading and elution were optimized. The optimized loading condition was pH 8.0,50 mmol/L Tris-HCl and satisfactory results were obtained using a 0~0.5mol/L NaCl step elution. The fraction containing the protein of interest was directly loaded on gel filtration column and eluted using a 20 mmol/L phosphate buffer at pH 7.2. The purity of the obtained monoclonal antibody was up to 95% with a recovery of 61%. The purity of mAb could efficiently inhibit the growth of Daudi cells. The amplification of the method was also studied using a Bio-Scale Q5 column and the result was satisfied.
