OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and pharmacoeconomic results of 3 varieties antihistamines in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. METHODS: 96 patients with idiopathic urticaria were randomly divided into Group A, B and C, treated with mizolastine ,cetirizine and loratatine for 28 days, respectively. The therapeutic effects and recurrence within 7 days after drug withdrawl were observed, and the results were analyzed using cost-minimization analysis. RESULTS: The effective rates in Group A, B, and C were 96.7%, 94.1% and 93.8%, respectively. The recurrent rates within 7 days after discontinuation of the treatment were 40.0%, 35.3% and28.1%, respectively . The cost of drugs were 116.76 yuan, 45.64 yuan and 128.8 yuan, respectively. CONCLUSION: Cetirizine is the preferable treatment prescription for idiopathic urticaria
3.A meta-analysis on smoking and pulmonary tuberculosis incidence in Chinese people
Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(16):2224-2227,2232
Objective To study the relationship between smoking and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis(TB) in Chinese people. Methods The Pubmed database and three Chinese databases such as Wanfang Data,Veipu data(VIP) and China national knowledge infrastructure database (CNKI) were retrieved. The literatures on the relationship between smoking and pulmonary TB incidence in Chinese people published before April 2016 were analyzed. Results Fifteen studies were included, after excluding 1 low quality study, the rest had no statistical heterogeneity. The merged odd ratio (OR) was 1.71,95 % confidence interval (CI) 1.51-1.90.Two studies observed the relationship between the amount of cigarettes and TB pathogenesis, but there was heterogeneity and could not be further merged the OR value for conducting analysis. No subgroup analysis of gender was performed in all studies. Conclusion The risk suffering from pulmonary TB in Chinese smokers is 1.71 fold of non-smokers,and smoking increases the risk of pulmonary TB onset.

Resveratrol possesses a wide range of biological activities, such as anti-cancer, anti-oxidation, induction of apoptosis, etc., but its poor drug properties, rapid metabolism, low target selectivity and bioavailability limit its application value. Studies have shown that modification of the structure of natural compounds can improve their pharmacological activities. To improve the bioavailability of resveratrol, many researchers have undertaken the synthesis and activity evaluation of resveratrol derivatives and analogues. They have modified the phenolic hydroxyl groups, double bonds and benzene ring of resveratrol so as to further understand the interactions among functional groups and its structure-activity relationship. In this paper, we review the chemical structures, synthetic methods and mechanisms of biological activity of resveratrol monomer derivatives as well as their related therapeutic applications, especially in the anticancer area over the last decade. This will provide some reference value for the further research and development of resveratrol-related drugs.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To make sure the effect of dialysate composition on HPMCs.Methods Cell strains were subculturing. There are six groups in this experiment: Group 1(control);group 2(4.25% Glucose);group 3(1.75mmol/L Ca~(2+));group 4(1.25 mmol/L Ca~(2+));group 5(4.25% Glucose+1.75mmol/L Ca~(2+));group 6(4.25% Glucose+1.25mmol/L Ca~(2+)).The capacity of proliferation of HPMCs was assessed by MTT assay. Results Proliferation of HPMCs was inhibited in 4.25% glucose group in time dependence.Ca~(2+) induce proliferation of HPMCs,however,no effect on proliferation of HPMCs exists in different Ca~(2+) group. Conclusion High glucose can inhibit cell proliferation;Ca~(2+)(1.75mmol/L,1.25mmol/L) can promote the proliferation and 1.25mmol/L is better.

Objective:To investigate the effect of long-chain non-coding CDKN2B targeting miR-19 on the biological behavior of chronic myeloid leukemia cells and its mechanism. Methods: The expression of CDKN2B in different leukemia cells were detected by qPCR.Double luciferase reporter gene was used to detect the interaction between CDKN2B and miR-19.MTT proliferation assay and flow cytometry were used to detect the effect of CDKN2B on the proliferation and apoptosis of HL-60 cells. The changes of migration ability of leukemia HL-60 cells after overexpress of CDKN2B were detected by scratch test. The changes of invasion ability of leukemia HL-60 cells after silencing CDKN2B were detected by Transwell invasion assay.Scaling healing experiment and Transwell invasion assay were used to detect the effect of miR-19 on the migration and invasion of leukemia cells after silencing CDKN2B.The morphological changes of cytoskeleton microfilament microtubules after silencing CDKN2B were detected by phalloidin staining.Western blot was used to detect the expression of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway after silencing CDKN2B.Results: The expression level of CDKN2B was the lowest in leukemia cell HL-60.CDKN2B binds specifically to the 3′UTR of miR-19;overexpression of CDKN2B could inhibit the proliferation and enhance the apoptosis of leukemia HL-60 cells.Overexpression of CDKN2B can inhibit the invasion and migration of leukemia HL-60 cells. After overexpressed of CDKN2B,the cytoskeleton showed decreased pseudopodia and decreased exercise capacity. The expression of actin was down-regulated.The expression of PI3K/AKT pathway protein was down-regulated after overexpressed of CDKN2B.Conclusion: CDKN2B can target the regulation of miR-19 to regulate the biological behavior of leukemia cells.
