1.A primary study on applying Delphi method to screen items of empowerment psychological care scale for critically ill patients

Objective To screen empowerment psychological care scale items for critically ill patients through Delphi method.Methods Totally 27 experts were invited to conduct two rounds consultation by using Delphi method,and the results were summarized.Results The effective response rate of the experts' questionnaire for the first round and the second round was 90% and 100%.The specialist authority coefficient was 0.895.The coordination coefficients for 2 rounds were 0.432 and 0.448 respectively.After two-round consultation,empowerment psychological care scale items for critically ill patients was finally formulated,containing 4 dimensions and 24 evaluation items.Conclusions The selected experts were highly representative,and they were enthusiastically involved in the consultation.And the scale has remarkable authority and coordination;it can reflect the theme of the study,provide instructive function for clinical medical personnel in implementation and evaluation of empowerment psychological care.
2.The application of self-designing experiment in the experimental teaching of biochemistry

Objective To investigate the effect of the teaching method of self design experiment in biochemistry experiment teaching.Methods A total 196 students of Grade 2013 majored in clinical medicine from the Medical College of Shanxi Datong University,were randomly divided into two groups.Students in the control group used traditional teaching method,while students in experimental group were taught with designed experiment teaching method,choosing the experimental project independently,designing and operating the experimental,then summarizing the experiment.After the end of the experiment,the experimental results of each group were evaluated,and the questionnaires were distributed to two groups of students.The teaching effect and the influence on the students were investigated.SPSS 13.0 was used for data processing and the data was made test and t test.Results The experimental grade analysis showed that experimental group was obviously higher than control group in the total score[(83.50 ± 3.27) vs.(65.62 ± 4.20)] and grade of test report[(25.27 ± 1.55) vs.(19.21 ± 2.01)],there was statistically significant (t=33.24,P=0.034;t=23.59,P=0.025),experimental group had significant(t=13.71,P=0.000) higher scores than control group in experimental test scores [(23.41 ± 2.27) vs.(19.42±1.78)],but there was no statistically significant difference (t=23.12,P=0.136) in usually scores[(34.29 ± 2.17) vs.(26.91 ± 2.30)].Survey results showed that the design experiment teaching had very obvious advantages than the traditional teaching method in students' self-study ability (P=0.000),the ability to solve problems (P=0.000) and team spirit of cooperation (P=0.000) culture.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching method,the self-designed experimental teaching method was better in stimulating students' study interest and analyzing and solving the problem,laying a good foundation for clinical practice of Medical College Students.
3.IGF-II gene promoter P3 methylation in salivary pleomorphic adenoma

Objective:To detect the methylation status of insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)gene promoter P3 in salivary pleo-morphic adenoma(SPA).Methods:The methylation of IGF-Ⅱ gene promtor P3 was examined in 26 cases of salivary pleomorphic adenoma with adjacent normal salivary gland tissues,1 0 cases of salivary gland malignant tumor (except malignant pleomorphic ade-noma)and 1 0 cases of normal salivary gland tissue by nested methylation specific polymerase chainreaction(nMSP),1 0 samples(3 SPA and controls,2 malignance and controls)were examined by pyrosequencing.Results:9 out off the 26 SPA showed lower level methylation oevel of IGF-II gene promoter P3.Normal salivary gland and salivary gland malignant tumor tissue did not.Conclusion:IGF-II gene promoter P3 with low level of methylation may play a role in the development of SPA.

[Results] LIU Shi believes that the phlegm obstruction of the disease for the pathogenesis of the core pathogenesis to phlegm Sanjie, Xuanfei Tongqiao as the basic principles of treatment, according to years of clinical experience, to self-adenoid hypertrophy as a basis for addition and subtraction drugs;wind and heat pent-up, phlegm heat mutual pent-up, blood stasis syndrome, three types of treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy disease, the case effect is very good. [Conclusion]The tutor's experience in the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy is quite abundant. When the clinical evidence is emphasized, the core pathogenesis should be grasped. The method of phlegm Sanjie is the main body, and the method of heat treatment and heat removal is obviously improved. It can eliminate the surgery on children and parents troubles, but also improve the quality of life of children, with the promotion and application value.

7.Thinking about vertigo effectiveness evaluation methods in clinical research of Chinese medicine.

Vertigo is a kind of patients' subjective feelings. The severity of vertigo is closely related to many factors. But we are short of a well accepted quantitative evaluation method capable of accurately and comprehensively evaluating vertigo in clinics. Reducing the onset of vertigo, enhancing the re- covery of equilibrium function, and improving the quality of life of vertigo patients should be taken as the focus of evaluating therapeutic effects. As for establishing a Chinese medical effectiveness evaluation system for vertigo, we believe we should distinguish different "diseases". We could roughly identify it as systemic vertigo and non-systemic vertigo. For systemic vertigo, the efficacy of vertigo could be comprehensively evaluated by UCLA vertigo questionnaire or dizziness handicap inventory combined with equilibrium function testing indices. But for non-systemic vertigo, the efficacy of vertigo could be comprehensively evaluated by taking UCLA vertigo questionnaire or dizziness handicap inventory as main efficacy indices. Secondly, we should analyze different reasons for vertigo, choose symptoms and signs in line with vertigo features as well as with Chinese medical theories, and formulate corresponding syndrome effectiveness standards according to different diseases. We should not simply take syndrome diagnosis standards as efficacy evaluation standards.
