Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(7):903-904
Objective To observe the effects of ganglioside and piracetam in improving the neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ninety-six patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage Were randomly divided into 2 groups, ganglioside group(48 patients)and piracetam group(48 patients).Ganglioside group used the amount 40mg ganglioside mixed with sodium chloride injection(100ml,concentration 0.9%),and the piracetam group uesd piracetam(20g)mixed with the same injection. Both the patients of the 2 groups were given intravenous drip once a day, then after continuous 3 weeks, the general information and the improvement of nerve were observed. Results The effective rate and excellent rate of ganglioside group were remarkably higher than piracetam group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganglioside was better than pimcetam in improving clinical symptoms and the neurological deficit of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.

3.Analysis and thought on the survey of medical college students entrance education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
Because of the short education system, active and effective entrance education will produce a great impact on both the life of the medical college students and their long-term development. We should not only understand and analyze the views and cognition of the students but put forward a proposal to their entrance education as well, which will provide basic and reference that can develop the entrance and the political thought education better.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(12):5-8
Objective To investigate the relationship between head nurse's authentic leadership and degree of solidarity among nurses in operating room.Method A total of 120 nurses in the operation room of 3 general hospitals in Jiamusi City were enrolled in the study by way of the questionnaire on authentic leadership and the scale of solidarity. Results The mean score on the head nurse's authentic leadership (41.28 ± 8.48) was above the middle-high level. The mean score on the solidarity (68.67 ± 8.82) was in the middle-high level. There was a positive correlation between the head nurses' authentic leadership and the degree of solidarity among nurses in the operating room. Conclusion Hospital and nursing administrators should take active and effective measures to improve the leadership of head nurses so as to improve the degree of solidarity among nurses in the operating room as well as the quality of nursing.

Objective To study the inhibitory effect of panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on 3-nitrotyrosine (3-NT) formation in brain induced by heme/NO2 -/H2O2 or ONOO - pathways in vitro. Methods According to the two major pathways of 3-NT formation in vivo, the models of protein nitration induced by heme/NaNO2/H2O2 or ONOO-system were established, respectively, in vitro. Bovine serum albumin (BSA)/rat plasma protein or rat brain homogenate protein were utilized as reactive substrates in both systems. Samples were divided into blank-control group, 3-NT group and PNS group (including low-, medium-and high-concentration subgroups). In 3-NT group, samples were exposed to heme/NaNO2/H2O2 or ONOO-system, respectively, at 37℃for 30 min, whereas in PNS group, samples were pre-incubated with PNS (at final concentrations of 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, and 200 mg/L) at 37℃for 5 min before the nitrating system exposure. The 3-NT level in each group was detected by Western blot assy. Results Compared with the blank-control group, both heme/NaNO2/H2O2 and ONOO-system can induce significant 3-NT generation in BSA/rat plasma protein or rat brain homogenate protein (P<0.05). Compared with model group, PNS pre-treatment markedly inhibited 3-NT expression in BSA/rat plasma protein in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05), the inhibitory effect of low intervention on the level of 3-NT in rat brain homogenate protein was not significant (P>0.05). Medium- and high-concentrations of PNS pre-treatment markedly inhibited 3-NT accumulation, with maximum effect at the concentration of 200 mg/L (P<0.05). Conclusion Medium- and high-concentrations of PNS can inhibit 3-NT formation in brain tissue mediated by either heme/NO2-/H2O2 or ONOO-pathways, implying that potential neuroprotective action against 3-NT involves pathological conditions, like trauma, stroke, and neurodegenerative diseases.

International Eye Science 2014;(12):2240-2243
AlM: To investigate and evaluate the prevalence of xerophthalmia among aerospace science and technology staff and its influencing factors for the eye health guidance.
METHODS: The staff underwent physical examination in our examination center from September 2013 to June 2014 were preliminary screened, and those patients with symptoms of dry eye were investigated with questionnaires and diagnosed by basic lacrimal secretion test ( Schirmer l ) , breakup time of tear film ( BUT ) test and fluorescein ( FL) staining test .
RESULTS: There were 606 complaints of dry eye symptoms of the 1 000 premiers, distributed in random (60. 6%), and 432 employees were diagnosed (43. 2%). The positive rate of dry eye was 71. 3%. The causes of xerophthalmia, besides of gender, age, also include a variety of factors such as air-conditioner, heating, video terminals, sleep time, etc.
CONCLUSlON: Dry eye, an epidemic disease, has a variety of symptoms and complex etiology, the main causes of aerospace science and technology staff with dry eye is working environment and some local factors. We can give appropriate health guidance according to the different factors. Meanwhile the relevant series of dry eye screening should also be taken as a routine examination in ophthalmic examination.

Background and purpose:The pedicled pectoralis major myocutaneous lfap has been a common choice of tissue lfaps for head and neck reconstruction. Nowadays, with rapid advancement in microsurgery, free lfaps gradually replace the pedicled lfaps. However, not all patients are good candidates for reconstruction surgery using free tissue lfaps. Adjacent pedicled lfaps are safer and more reliable. This paper explores potential application of pedicled pectoralis major myocutaneous flap in reconstruction of complex surgical defects following resection of advanced head and neck malignancies through modification of their preparation and repair method. Methods:Flap design scheme and method of preparation were modiifed to improve the pectoralis major muscle lfap. Fifty-one patients with surgical defects from resection of head and neck malignancies received reconstruction surgery using modiifed pectoralis major muscle lfaps. Results:Modiifed pectoralis major muscle lfaps survived completely in 51 patients. The area of defect regained its shape and appearance after reconstruction surgery. The area of defect obtained excellent functional recovery. Postoperative functional injuries to the donor sites were minimized. Conclusion:Modiifcation in designing and preparing method of the pectoralis major muscle flap improved repair range and distance in reconstruction of complex surgical defect following resection of head and neck malignancies. It also reduced necrosis rate of skin lfaps. Postoperative donor and recipient sites regained their appearance and functions successfully. The pectoralis major muscle lfap is one of the important tissue lfaps used in reconstruction of surgical defect following resection of a head and neck malignancy.
