International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(7):899-900
Objective To investigate the correlation between the serum levels of homocysteine (Hcy) ,folate acid (FA) and vita‐min B12 (VitB12 ) with cerebral infarction .Methods The enzymatic cycling method and chemiluminescence immunoassay were used to detect the serum Hcy ,FA and Vit B12 levels in 60 patients with cerebral infarction ,and then the detection results were compared the results of 40 people undergoing physical examination in the same period .Results The serum Hcy level in the cerebral infarction group was (23 .16 ± 8 .17)μmol/L ,which was significantly higher than (8 .09 ± 2 .45)μmol/L in the control group(P<0 .01) ,and the serum FA and Vit B12 levels in the cerebral infarction group were (6 .12 ± 2 .19) ng/mL and (323 .92 ± 133 .79)μmol/L ,which were in the control group lower than (10 .57 ± 5 .70) ng/mL and (530 .85 ± 168 .56)μmol/L in the control group (P<0 .01) .The serum Hcy level in the cerebral infarction group showed the negative correlation with FA and VitB 12 levels ( r1 = - 0 .444 , r2 = -0 .535 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion High hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor of cerebral infarction and is related to the decrease of FA and VitB12 .

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(18):-
Objective To study the toxic effect of flutamide (Flu) on testis with DNA chip. Methods Flu was injected subcutaneously at doses of 6.25 mg?kg-1 ?d-1 to 25 F0 rats from gestation day (GD) 12 to 17, and the 25 rats of control group received same doses of normal saline. All 50 pregnant SD rats were sacrificed on GD 20.The cDNA were extracted respectively from fetal testis, then reversely transcribed to cDNA and labeled with cy5 and cy3 fluorescence. Subsequently, cDNA probes were hybridized to the Mouse40S cDNA microarray and fluorescence signals were analyzed. Testosterone level was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Compared with control,a total of 31 identified gene was found to be expressed differently, including 14 down-regulated and 17 up-regulated. Among them, 5 down-regulated and 10 up-regulated genes were unknown in Genbank. ELISA indicated that testosterone levels were decreased in Flu toxic group. Conclusion Flu treatment to F0 pregnant rats can damage apparently to the reproductive development of embryonic period male SD rats. The obtained differential genes may provide reference for the molecular mechanism of reproductive development.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
To study an improved translabyrithine approach, twenty adult cadaver heads (40 sides) fixed with formalin were dissected by mimicking translabyrithine method under light microscope ,and measurements were performed . The results showed that the rate of meeting with mastoid emissary was 33/40(82. 50%). The distance between the middle part of sigrnoid and the vertical part of facial nerve was 7. 22 ?1.95 mm. The width of the middle part of sigmoid was 10. 5 ? 0. 79mm, the left side was 8. 89 ? 1. 03mm, and the right side was 9. 88 ?2.14mm. The height of jugular bulb was 8. 08?3. 46mm,the left side was 6. 78 ? 3. 17mm,and the right side was 9. 07?3. 04mm. The distance between the highest point of jugular bulb and the base of internal acoustic meatus was 4. 54 ? 2. 81 mm, the left side was 5. 93?3. 12mm, and the right side was 2. 65?1. 87 mm. The distance between the inferior margin of internal acoustic meatus aperture and superrior petrosal sinus was 5. 09?1. 29mm . The diameter of superrior petrosal sinus was 1. 43?0. 08 mm. There were two types of superrior petrosal sinus entering to the sigmoid (or transverse sinus). The angle between superrior petrosal sinus and sigmoid was 52. 17 ?6. 93?. The results suggest that the improved translabyrithine approach can give enough vision for cerebellopontine angle operation.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
In order to verify the dependability of 3D data, twenty-four temporal bones of adult head specimen fixed with formaldehyde were scanned by multi-slice helical CT. The technique of shade surface display and volume rendering were used in reconstruction. The 3D data of the surface structure of temporal bone were compared with anatomical specimens. The result showed that the new type CT has more rapid speed in 3D reconstruction and clearer imaging. The technique of shade surface display and volume rendering can give very clear structure of temporal bone. The 3D data makes no difference with anatomical measurement (no statistic difference). It is suggested that the 3d data can instruct the clinic directly.

Chinese Health Economics 2013;(11):27-29
Objective: To analyze the constitution of hospitalization expenses and provide evidence for controlling unreasonable increase of medical costs. Methods: To compare the medical expense constitution of cerebral infarction patients with and without medical insurance; interview the doctors, patients and the medical insurance managers of medical insurance, analyze the influencing factors of the expense through combining the result of interview and quantitative data. Results: The patients with medical insurance spent higher expense than their counterparts, the per capita cost of medical insurance increase by year. Through analyzing the constitution of hospitalization cost, medicine fee and examination cost are the major medical costs. Conclusion: The costs of patients with medical insurance have over-treatment problem, which could be controlled by changing payment method and strengthening management.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2012;11(2):139-141
A questionnaire survey on the awareness and knowledge about stroke was conducted in 392 residents of Fangzhuang community. The results showed residents in Fangzhuang had high awareness rate about stroke, the rates of knowing early symptoms of stroke were from 57.91% to 79.08%.83.16% (326) of residents knew to dial 120 or 999 at emergency. The community doctors were thought as the main resource of gaining the knowledge of stroke (78.32% ).The results indicate that Fangzhuang community health service center plays an important role in health education and guidance for emergent management of stroke in the community.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To study the effect mechanism of neuroprotection of Sinomenine(Sin) on rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(IR).Methods 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group,IR group,Sin high-dose(60 mg/kg)group and Sin low-dose(30 mg/kg)group.The correlative dose of Sin were intraperitoneal injected in Sin high-dose and low-dose groups,respectively.30 min later, the IR models were made. After 24 h of IR,the volume of cerebral infarction(CI) and the change of cerebral pathology were observed by TTC and HE staining. The brain water content was investigated by dry and wet weight method. The expression of nuclear factor (NF)-?Bp65,intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM)-1 and the activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) in the frontal and parietal cortex were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with IR group, the ischemic impairment in Sin high and low-dose groups were obviously lighter, even lighter in Sin high-dose group;the CI volumes and brain water content were significantly reduced;while, even lower in Sin high-dose group(all P
