2.Premature ventricular complex-induced cardiomyopathy
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(1):4-6
Premature ventricular complex (PVC)-induced cardiomyopathy is due to frequent PVCs and it can be potentially reversible in selected patients resolves after catheter ablation.PVCs burden is importantly associated with impaired left ventricular(LV) function.Necessary evaluation is important for PVCs patients. For patients with high PVC burdens above 15%-25% of the total cardiac beats in 24 hours, medical treatment should be used to reduce PVC burden and to improve LV function.Catheter ablation of PVCs is recommended for selected patients with high PVC burdens associated with a decline in LV systolic function.
3.Genetic research progress of bicuspid aortic valve and it's clinical significance
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(2):149-151,154
Bicuspid aortic valve(BAV) is one of the most common congenital cardiovascular malformations, affecting 1% to 2% of the population.BAV may be sporadic or familial.BAV is likely a multiple genetic disorder based on the study of heritability and identification of pathogenic genes and potential candidate genes. With increasing studies of related genes of BAV,early intervention and gene therapy of BAV and associated complications may be likely in the near future.

Results Of 33 hospitals, antimicrobial usage rate in outpatients and inpatients was 56.60%and 89.68% respectively, combined antimicrobial usage rate was 24.16% and 43.58% respectively. Antimicrobial use density in inpatients was 147.25DDDs. Antimicrobial usage rate in surgery patients was 97.18% ,combined an-timicrobial usage rate was 59.90% ,the percentage of one drug,two-drug combination and three-drug combination was 40.10% ,47.82% ,and 12.08% respectively. The percentage of antimicrobial use in patients of type Ⅰ,Ⅱ, and Ⅲincision was 97.56% (40/41),96.93% (158/163)and 100.00% (9/9)respectively,combined antimicrobial us-age rate was 30.00% ,67.72% ,and 44.44% respectively. Conclusion The overuse of antimicrobial agents exists in 33 township central hospitals, antimicrobial usage rate, combined usage rate, antimicrobial use density and antimi-crobial prophylaxis in typeⅠincision operations are all high.

Objective To compare the anti-inflammatory effects between methotrexate(MTX) and Yangqixue Qufengshi Recipe(YQXQFSR) on mice arthritis induced by collagen II.Methods The model of rheumatoid arthritis was induced by using collagen II in C_(57)BL/6?DBA/1 mice. The rats with arthritis were treated with MTX or YQXQFSR respectively. The indexes such as the onset day of collagen induced arthritis(CIA),the level of CII-reactive antibodies and the pathological scores of CIA were assessed. Results The onset day of CIA and the level of CII-reactive antibodies were not influenced in the treatment of mice arthritis with MTX and YQXQFSR respectively. But MTX could alleviate the damage of cartilage [(1.60?1.51) vs(3.56?1.33) scores,P

8. Simultaneous determination of camphor, isoborneol, L-borneol, β-caryophyllene and xanthoxylin in aifen by GC and hierarchical cluster analysis
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2015;50(9):745-749
OBJECTIVE: To establish a GC method for simultaneous determination of camphor, isoborneol, L-borneol, β-caryo-phyllene and xanthoxylin in aifen, combined with hierarchical cluster analysis. METHODS: The GC analysis was carried out on HP-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm). Temperature programs; 90℃ (hold 2 min) programmed to 100℃ at 4℃ · min-1, then programmed to 160℃ (hold 6 min) at 20℃ · min-1. The detector was FID with 240℃. The inlet temperature was set at 240℃. The carrying gas was high-purity nitrogen (3.0 mL · min-1), split ratio was 50:1, injection volume was 0.5 μL. Cluster analysis was performed by SPSS16.0 software. RESULTS: The methodology validation for the assay of camphor, isoborneol, l-horneol, β-caryophyllene and xanthoxylin presented that they were in good liner correlation in the ranges of 0.02-0.32 (r=1.000 0), 0.01-0.08(r=1.000 0), 0.20-7.95(r=1.000 0), 0.01-0.40(r=1.0000), 0.08-0.67 mg · mL-1 (r=0.999 8), with the average recoveries (n=9) of 101.04% (RSD=1.04%), 99.08% (RSD=1.50%), 98.76% (RSD=1.67%), 99.85% (RSD=1.97%), 97.74% ( RSD=1.65%), respectively. The 24 batches of sample analyzed can be clustered into three classes according to the content of the five components. CONCLUSION: The developed method is simple, quick and accurate, which provides reference for the quality control of aifen.

Objective:To assess the efficacy and the safety of the radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) for the septal accessory pathway (AP) in children. Methods:From September 2013 to March 2019, 626 patients plan to underwent RFCA for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) in Shanghai Children′s Medical Center Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine.Among them, 74 consecutive patients with right or left septal APs were included in the study and their clinical and RFCA data were analyzed. Results:The age of these 74 children (45 males, 29 female) was (7.8±3.5) years, ranging from 10 months to 13 years. The body weight (BW) was (27.7±14.4) kg, with 3 patients BW<15 kg.A discordant ventricular wall motion (DVWM) was found in 5 patients, and the combined congenital heart diseases were discovered in 2 patients.A three dimensional mapping system was applied in 69 ablations, and 3 ablations were performed only with the fluoroscopy monitor of 5 cases.According to the AP location, the number of cases located in the anteroseptal, the midseptal, the mouth of coronary sinus, the left posteroseptal and the right posteroseptal, were 28, 18, 10, 10 and 8, respectively. The ablation operations were applied in 72 patients. The initial acute success reached in 67 (93.1%) patients. The ablation energy was (18.0±1.8) W, the fluoroscopy time during the ablations was (4.7±2.7) minutes, and the procedure duration was (151.5±58.6) minutes. One inadvertent complete atrioventricular block (AVB) was noted as the ablation-related complication. All 5 children with the pre-DVWM were recovered after ablations.During a follow-up of (23.8±10.8) months, 4 patients experienced the recurrence of preexcitation syndrome atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia. Conclusions:With the 3D-mapping system, the RFCA of septal APs can be performed safely and effectively in pediatric patients of paroxysmal supraventri-cular tachycardia. However, as the ablation-related complication, AVB should not be ignored.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the feasibility and value of mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) in clinical neurology practice.MethodsNinety-four interns were randomly divided into observation group and control group, students in control group were teached and managed in accordance with existing management while those in observation group were evaluated by teachers after the 1 st,2nd and 3rd week.At the end of clinical practice, all the students( including students in control group and observation group)were cross assessed by teachers based on the methods mentioned above. Results The time to complete the assessment was about 25 - 40 min.The scores of nervous system examination at the end of the training were significant different between observation group and control group and the scores of diagnosis and treatment on the basis of examination were also significant different between observation group and control group ( P < 0.05 ).ConclusionThe Mini-CEX assessment and feedback to promote teaching effect is feasible in the practice process of neurology,it can make up for the deficiency of current examination.
