With the rapid growth of economy, environmental incidents of public health happened more frequently. To prevent and control these incidents effectively, governments explored managing information system, which provides technology and decision-making supports for dealing with the incidents. The development, application, services and characteristics of these information systems were summarized in this review, the impendence was also analyzed to develop a management information system in public health field in China.

Objective To build a method for content determination of Hypericin in Guanye Jinsitao drop pills by HPLC.Methods The column was Kromasil C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm), mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (16∶84), UV detection was performed at 360 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detector drift tube temperature was set at 30℃.Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.132-1.188μg for Hypericin (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.55% (RSD=0.78%).Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Hypericin in Guanye Jinsitao drop pills.

Objective To determine the effect of video-assisted retroperitoneal debridement in treatment of infected necrotizing pancreatitis.Methods The clinical data of patients with infected necrotizing pancreatitis was retrospectively analyzed.Heart rate,mean arterial pressure,body temperature and indicators for inflammatory response including level of WBC,CRP and procalcitonin before and after VARD treatment were compared.Results After VARD treatment,the heart rate (preoperative vs.postoperative 8 h,108 ± 22/min vs.95 ± 17/min),mean arterial pressure (preoperative vs.postoperative 12 h,66 ± 18 mmHg vs.79 ± 19 mmHg) and body temperature(preoperative vs.postoperative 24 h,38.3 ± 1.7 ℃ vs.37.3 ± 1.3 ℃) improved significantly (all P ＜ 0.05).Level of WBC [preoperative vs.postoperative 48 h,(13.8 ±6.6) × 109/L vs.(10.1 ±5.2) × 109/L],CRP(preoperative vs.postoperative 48 h,145 ± 88 mg/L vs.95 ± 4 mg/L) and procalcitonin (preoperative vs.postoperative 48 h,1.4 ± 0.7 μg/L vs.0.9 ± 0.4 μg/L) also decreased significantly(all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions VARD therapy can significantly reduce systemic inflammation and improve the general condition of infected necrotizing pancreatitis patients.

Objective To determine the effects of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) on risk stratification and prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).Methods Literatures in the Cochrane libraries of clinical comparative trials,PubMed,EMBASE,Cancer Lit and Chinese BioMedical Literature from 1966 to 2012 were retrieved using the Cochrane systematic evaluation method.The original data were extracted and crosschecked by 2 reviewers.The indicator for assessment including positive rates of COX-2 in GIST patients with different tumor diameters (＜5 cm versus ≥5 cm),mitosis of cancer cells (＜5/50 HPF versus ≥5/50 HPF) and National Institute of Health (NIH) risk stratifications (very low + low versus intermediate + high).The relationship between COX-2 expression and recurrence and metastasis of GIST was evaluated.All the data were analyzed using the RevMan 5.1 software with Meta analysis.The heterogeneity between studies was analyzed using the I2.The binary data were presented by odds ration (OR) and 95％ confidence interval (95 ％ CI).Results Seven articles with a total of 415 patients were included in the analysis.The COX-2 expression did not correlate with the tumor diameters,NIH risk stratifications and tumor metastasis and recurrence (OR =0.60,0.72,2.46,P ＞ 0.05),but with the mitosis of cancer cells (OR =0.46,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion COX-2 expression is partly correlated with risk stratification of GIST,but has no effect on the prognosis.

The experience of "Zhenjing Anshen" acupuncture method originally created by professor WANG Fuchun for treatment of insomnia was introduced in this paper. From aspects of insomnia pathogenesis, theoretical foundation, characteristics of acupoint selection, needing methods, needing time, etc., the experience of Professor WANG Fuchun for treatment of insomnia was explained. The "Zhenjing Anshen" acupuncture method proposed, for the first time, "new three layers" method of acupoint selection, including Sishencong (EX-HN 1), Shenmen (HT 7), Sanyinjiao (SP 6). This method presents the principles of acupoint selection along meridian, acupoint selection based on essence-qi-spirit, harmony of yin and yang. The acupuncture manipulation is emphasized, and treating time (the period of the day from 3 pm to 5 pm) is focused on; acupoint selection is simple but essential, and acupoint combination is scientific, which receives notable therapeutic effect in clinic.

Aim To explore the inhibitory effect of dexamethasone on the expression of IL-1? in the lung and the visceral sensory afferent system(C_7-T_5 spinal ganglia and the corresponding posterior horn of the spinal cord) of asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods Experimental asthma model of guinea pigs was induced by ovalbumin in vivo. The expression of IL-1? was detected by means of immunohistochemistry in the C_7-T_5 spinal ganglia and the corresponding posterior horn of the spinal cord of all guinea pigs. The expression of IL-1? protein was investigated by Western blot in the lung, C_7-T_5 spinal ganglia and the corresponding posterior horn of the spinal cord of all guinea pigs. Results The expression of IL-1? in the lung, C_7-T_5 spinal ganglia and the corresponding posterior horn of the spinal cord of the asthmatic guinea pigs was much higher than that of the control groups(P

The Interleukin-2 gene cDNA was cloned into the Pichia pastoris expression vector pPICZB,which is under the control of the alcohol oxidase promoter AOX1. The linearized recombinant plasmid of BoIL2-pPICZB,digested by Sac I ,was transformed into X-33 strains by electroporation. The multi-copy insert transformants were screened by Zeocin-resistance and induced by 1% methanol. The intracellular expression products were tested by SDS-PAGE analysis and Western blotting. Purified recombinant BoIL2 was gained by metal-chelating affinity chromatographic (MCAC). Assay with murine CTLL-2 cells showed that the recombinant BoIL2 exhibited the biological activity.

Objective To research the endometrial receptivity by established the endometriosis rat model in intimal window period.Methods The autologous endometrial tissues of 22 sexually mature SD rats were transplanted into the homonymy abdomi-nal wall and offside uterine mesometrium.After four weeks,we randomly dissected two rats and observed the growth of etopic en-dometrium.The EMs rats were mated with male rats in the same cage and vaginal plug was observed in the next day.The histomor-phology of eutopic and ectopic endometrial was observed in the fifth day of pregnancy.Results Ectopic endometrium was grown in the abdominal wall and mesometrium,which formed a small bulge cystic mass in 20 rats.All foci was showed adhesion to the sur-rounding tissues in a different extent.In the light microscope,the morphology of ectopic endometrial was as the same as nomal en-dometrium.The establishment of the endometriosis rat mode is successful.Vaginal plug was positive the next day.Nonoperative side uterine was full of fluid in the fifth day of pregnancy.Eutopic and ectopic endometrium were in the secretory phase..Conclusion It is a successful method to establish a rat model of endometriosis by autotransplantion of endometrium.The endometrium of EMs model rats is in embryo implantation window period,and it provides a convenient model for studying endometrial receptivity.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of circinal stapled suture and manual suture in cervical esophagogastric anastomosis in esophageal resection.Methods The clinical data of 187 patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to the Cancer Hospital of Sichuan Province from January 2010 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were divided into the stapled suture group (98 patients) and manual suture group (89 patients).The time of anastomosis,operation time,time for dieting,duration of hospital stay,the incidence of postoperative complications and positive rate of esophageal remnant cancer cells of the 2 groups were compared.All data were analyzed using the t test or chi-square test.Results The time of anastomosis,operation time,time for dieting and duration of hospital stay were (7.8 ± 1.4) minutes,(227 ± 60) minutes,(6.3 ± 0.9) days and (14 ±4)days in the stapled suture group,which were significantly shorter than (28.5 ±2.3)minutes,(301 ±81)minutes,(8.4 ± 1.0)days and (22 ±9) days in the manual suture group (t =75.44,7.14,7.71,7.41,P ＜0.05).The incidence of anastomotic fistula was 1％ (1/98) in the stapled suture group,which was significantly lower than 8％ (7/89) of the manual suture group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of anastomotic stricture was 5％(5/98) in the stapled suture group,which was lower than 7％ (6/89) in the manual suture group,but no significant difference was detected (P ＞0.05).The positive rate of esophageal remnant cancer cells was 0(0/98),which was signifiantly lower than 4％ (4/89) in the manual suture group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Circinal stapled suture in esophagogastric cervical anastomosis not only reduce the time of anastomosis,operation time and duration of hospital stay,but also decrease the incidence of anastomotic fistula and the positive rate of esophageal remnant cancer cells.
