Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone recptor (PR) and c-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with prognostic factors. Methods The clinical data of 1 008 cases with breast cancer were retrospectively analysed. The relationship between the expression of ER, PR and c-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissues and the prognostic factors such as menopausal status, axillary lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage was investigated. Results The mean presentation age of the 1 008 cases was (53.53?12.60) years. Invasive ductal cancer was the most common pathological type (80.5%). Owing to the positive interactions between different microorganisms, mixed fermentation has been found more and more effective in practice. Apparent progress has been made on the application and mechanism of mixed fermentation in past ten years, including: (1) degradation and utilization of cellulose, bagasse, cornstalk, etc; (2) degradation of environmental pollution, like Diazinon and PVA; (3) production of specifically metabolite; (4) optimized technics of mixed fermentation. The latest progress on the application, related mechanism, microorganisms, and conditions of mixed fermentation is reviewed in this article.

BackgroundOur previous study determined that tetrandrine (Tet) has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human Tenon capsule fibroblasts ( TCFs ) in vitro,but its mechanism is poorly understood.ObjectiveThis study was to investigate the effect mechanism of Tet on human TCFs.MethodsHuman TCFs were isolated and cultured from scleral tissue of donor using explant technique.The cells were identified by vimentin antibody staining and morphology.The third generation of cells were seeded in the culture plate at the density of 1 × 105 cells/ml.Twenty-four hours after inoculation,the Tet of 1 × 10-5 mol/L was added in the well of culture plate,and the cells cultured only in 1640 medium served as the control group.The apoptosis of the cells was assessed by TUNEL,and the expressions of bax,bel-2,transforming growth factor-β2 (TGF-β2 ) in TCFs were detected using immunochemistry.Results The cultured cells showed the features of the fibroblasts in shape with the positive response for vimentin.A number of TUNEL positive cells were seen in Tet group and no TUNEL positive response was found in control group.The expression levels (A value) of bax,bcl-2 and TGF-~ protein in TCFs were 0.577 ± 0.009,0.430±0.012 and 0.341 ±0.017 in Tet group,and those in control group were 0.320±0.015,0.819±0.021 and 0.624±0.014 respectively,showing statistically significant differences between two groups( t =33.277,-35.356,-28.093,P＜0.01 ).Conclusions Tet suppresses the proliferation of human TCFs through up-regulating the expression of bax and down-regulating the expressions of bcl-2 and TGF-β2 in vitro.

Objective To discuss the application value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of 186 patients who were diagnosed as colorectal cancer by 18F-FDG PET/CT. We classifed all cases according PET/CT imaging into position group and type group,and calculated SUV (maximum standard uptake value) of tumor tissue, and compared with normal tissue. Results There were 112 cases of rectal cancer,27 cases of carcinoma of sigmoid, 17 cases of carcinoma of cecum,16 cases of ascending colon carcinoma,14 cases of carcinoma of descending colon according to positions via PET/CT. There were 68 cases of protrude type,57 cases of ulcerative type,34 cases of infiltrating type,27 cases of colloid adenoma according types via PET/CT. The SUV of tumor tissue was higher than normal value,the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT has high application value in colorectal cancer diagnosis, positions and types.

To study the chemical constituents of Ardisia punctata,compounds were isolated with a combination of multi-chromatography.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and comparison to those of the known compounds.A 1,4-benzoquinone derivative and a alkylphenol were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of the roots of Ardisia punctata.Their structures were elucidated as 2-tridecyl-3-[(2-tridecyl-4-acetoxy-6-methoxy)-phenoxyl]-6-methoxy-1,4-benzoquinone (1) and 2-methoxy-4-hydroxy-6-tridecyl-phenyl acetate (2).The two compounds are both new.

Objective To observe the influence of local-anaesthetic combined with dezocine on brachial plexus block and postoperative analgesia.Methods 60 patients scheduled for unilateral upper limb operation were randomly divided into two groups of C group and D group with 30 cases in each group.The brachial plexus block was performed under ultrasound guiding.Two groups received a bolus injection of local anesthetic 30ml,but the local bolus injection of D group consisted of Dezocine 10mg.The tine of sensory blocked producing effect,anesthesia effect,sensory blocked duration were observed.Two hours after sensory nerve recovered,the scores of VAS pain and Ramsay Sedation were recorded.Adverse reactions of perioperation were also observed(nausea,vomiting,dizzy,respiratory,urine retention,pruritus).Results The sensory blocked duration in D group was(7.1±1.1)h,which was significantly longer than that of C group[(4.5±0.8)h](t=10.47,P＜0.01);Two hours after sensory nerve recovered,the score of VAS pain in D group was(1.7±0.7)points,and significantly lower than that of C group[(3.9±1.0)points](t=9.87,P＜0.01).Both two groups had no adverse reactions.Conclusion Addition dezocine 10mg to local anesthetic solutions for interscalene brachial plexus block,it could prolong the sensory block duration,provide satisfactory postoperative analgesia,have no adverse reactions.
