International Eye Science 2014;(8):1413-1416
High - risk corneal transplantation immunological rejection is a primary factor affecting the success or failure of the corneal transplantation. As a result, application of immunosuppressive agent in high - risk corneal transplantation rejection reaction occupies an irreplaceable position. However, many local and systemic adverse reactions appeared in the process of application. In order to improve the achievement ratio of the corneal transplantation, experts and scholars at home and abroad have obtained remarkable achievements in dosage form, route of administration and drug combination;meanwhile, a considerable progress was also made in genetic engineering. This paper is a review of prevention and treatment on high - risk corneal graft rejection reaction.

Objective To explore the imaging features of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath(GCTTS) so as to improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis. Methods Thirty?nine cases of GCTTS confirmed by pathological examination were retrospectively analyzed.Of the 39 cases, 32 were diffuse form and 7 were localized form.Seventeen patients underwent X?ray examination,18 had CT pain examination,37 had pain MR imaging and 17 had contrast?enhanced MR imaging. Results X?ray showed local soft tissue masswith slightly high density, and the adjacent bones were shown destruction or erosion tovarious degrees(10/17). No obvious calcification and periosteal reaction were shown.CT scans could provide images better than X?ray films.CT showed local soft tissue masses in the peri?articular muscle gaps. Some tumors were lobulated with cross?jointed growth(8/18),and the adjacent bones were shown destruction or erosion tovarious degrees(11/18).No obvious calcification and periosteal reaction were shown. On MRI,most cases were isointense on T1WI(32/37),and hyperintense on T2WI(27/37). Most cases tended to be heterogeneously enhanced following Gd?DTPA administration(14/17).The lesions were typically located adjacent to a tendon or partially/completely encasing it. Conclusions The imaging findings of GCTTS have some certain characteristics. MRI is able to depict the characteristic internal signal of GCTT and its relationship with adjacent tissues, which is valuable for diagnosis, treatment and follow?up.

Objective:To explore the long-term effects of physical exercises on penicillin induced recurrent convulsion with learning and memory deficits in developing rata and its mechanism.Method:Fifty-six male SD rats(postnatal days [PD]21)were randomly divided into four groups:control group (CONT1),control plus exercises group(CONT2),convulsion group(EXP1)and convulsion plus exercises group(EXP2) ,rwenty rats were assigned for two control groups, each n=10;the surplus 36 rats were kindled by penicilln onceper d,consecutive 6d for creating convulsion models.Control rats were injected equal amount of normal sodium(NS) into abdominal cavity at the same time. The 20 qualified models of convulsion rats were randomly divided into two EXP groups. On PD39-PD43 and PD61-PD64,subjects of the four groups were tested with Morris water maze, and from PD49 to PD54.the rats of CONT2 and EXP2 were given exercises of running wheels, twice a d for consecutive 6d.The expression of glutamicacid receptor 2(GluR2)in hippocampus was detected. Result:①In the first Morris water maze test, there were significant differences of latency among four groups(F=5.56,P<0.01),and the latency of two EXP groups were significantly longer than two CONT groups(P<0.05);In the probe trial, the frequency of two EXP groups passing through target area were significantly less than that of two CONT groups.②In the second water maze test.there were significant effects of exercises on the latency of EXF2 group comparing to EXP1 group (P<0.05);the frequency of two EXP groups passing through target area were still significantly less than that of two CONT groups after exercises training(P<0.05),and there Was no significant difference between EXP1 and EXP2 groups.③In the immanohistochemical staining of GluR2,the gray values in hipocampus of two convulsion groups were significantly lower than that of two control groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Penicillin induced recurrent convulsion could cause long-term effects on learning and memory in rats, which may be associated with down-regulated GluR2 expression in hippocampus.Physical exercises could improve learning capacity,of convulsion rats but not memory capacity.

Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of sevoflurane on proliferation and invasion in human prostate cancer PC3 cell line. Methods The cells were randomly divided into four groups:control group and three sevoflurane groups (exposed to 1.7%, 3.4%and 5.1%sevollurane for 2, 4 and 6 h respectively). The ability of prolifera-tion and invasion of PC3 cells were evaluated by MTT and Transwell invasion assays. Western blot analysis was performed to detect the protein expression of hypoxia inducing factor 1 alpha (HIF-1α) in PC3 cells. Results The ability of proliferation and invasion of PC3 cells was significantly increased after being exposed to sevollurane for 2, 4 and 6 h (P<0.05), and the expression of HIF-1αprotein in PC3 cells was significantly higher after being exposed to sevollurane for 2,4 and 6 h (P<0.05), showing the Treat 3 group>Treat 2 group>Treat 1 group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sevoflurane can promote prolifer-ation and invasion in PC3 cells, which are gradually increased with time and concentration of sevoflurane treatment. The mechanism may involve in the up-regulation of HIF-1αexpression.

Objective:To study the application of herbs of National TCM Master Li Jiren on treating atrophy with deficiency syndrome. Methods:By collecting 195 cases of atrophy-disease treated by Professor Li in Out-patient Medical Record System dated from January 2013 to December 2018, and FP-Growth computing paradigm was used to analyze frequency, FP-Growth enhanced computing paradigm was used to analyze the frequencyand association of symptoms and herbal pairs. Professor Li’s experience was accordingly summurized with clinic situation and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. Results:There are 121 main symptoms among 195 selected cases, and amyotrophy (79 times), decreased muscle strength (69 times), difficulty in walking (52 times), weakness of upper extremities (43 times) and poor sleeping quality (33 times) rank the top 5 symptom. In terms of tongue manifestations, the color pink, pale, red and purple are the most; while in terms of pulses, weak, thread, deep and stringy were frequent. A total of 159 sorts of herbs were collected and Astragali Radix (140 times), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (103 times), Cistanches Herba (93 times), Psoraleae Fructus (87 times), Morindae Officinalis Radix (81 times) were the top 5. The herbs used are mainly with the function of tonifying deficiency, dispelling wind and dampness promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasisand. most of the herbs belong to liver, kidney and spleen meridians with warm character, sweet and bitter in taste. Association analysis between high-frequency herbs indicated that Astragali Radix is the core of most formulas, which conformed to Li’ s clinical experience. Three prescriptions were also obtained through cluster analysis. Conclusion:Professor Li treated atrophy diseases with deficiency syndrome by the unique idea of strengthening primordial qi and consolidating body resistance of Xin’an Medicine school. On the ground of using herbs to tonify, synergy of herbs, which were able todispel pathogenic wind, dredge channels and promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis, was achieved based on differentiation.
