Objective:To analyze the pharmaceutical care performed by clinical pharmacist for one patient with biliary tract infec -tion to investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment .Methods:The clinical pharmacist supervised the whole process of treatment for the patient and optimized the treatment regimen together with the clinical doctors to achieve good efficacy .Results:With the cooperation of clinical pharmacist , the clinical doctors changed the treatment drugs to avoid the potential adverse drug reac -tions until the patient was cured .Conclusion:The participation of clinical pharmacist in the pharmaceutical care for the patients with biliary tract infection can provide a new thought of working mode .

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for promoting rational drug use and formulating medication policy by health ad-ministrative department. METHODS:The utilization of top 20 adjuvant drugs in the list of consumption sum in 11 tertiary hospitals from Xi’an area during 2013-2015 was analyzed statistically in respects of total consumption sum and constituent ratio,the con-sumption sum of single type,DDDs,DDC,ADR,etc. RESULTS:The total consumption sum and the proportion of adjuvant drugs in 11 tertiary hospitals from Xi’an area increased year by year from 2013 to 2015,accounting for 8.43%,10.25% and 12.20%,respectively. 13 kinds of adjuvant drugs were included in top 20 in the list of total consumption sum from more than 3 hospitals. Deproteinised calf blood serum injection,Alprostadil injection and Danhong injection took up the first 4 places in the list of consumption sum,and Salvianolate for injection took up the first 3 place during 2014-2015. Alprostadil injection,Xueshuantong injection and Spleen peptide oral lyophilized powder took up the first 3 places in the list of DDDs. Spleen polypeptides injection, Yiqi fumai for injection and Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection took up the first 3 places in the list of DDC,and their DDC were 885.24,372.34 and 349.37 yuan. The incidence of adjuvant drugs-induced ADR increased year by year,increasing from 9.13% of 2013 to 13.49% of 2015. CONCLUSIONS:At present,adjuvant drugs become the important part of clinical drug use in Xi’an area. The consumption sum and amount is increasing rapidly. Great importance should be attached to the rational use and safety of adjuvant drugs so as to control the unreasonable increase of drug expenses.

Through integration of medical imaging resources of 12 community hospitals in the region, a community hospital diagnostic image center was established in 6th hospital. This paper describes the design of the structure and mode of data storage of regional PACS system and the establishment of a database of medical imaging, through which the medical imaging diagnostic level in the community was improved significantly. Through the application of regional PACS system, medical resource was saved and patient treatment facilitated.

Objective To study the effect of 60 Co radiotherapy on the gene expession of fibronectin (FN) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in the cultured rat vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). Methods Rat VSMCs were cultured in DMEM containing 10% FBS, and were radiated by 60 Co at the doses of 0,7,14 and 28Gy, respectively. mRNA level of FN and MMP-2 was measured by RT-PCR. Results The expression level of MMP-2 mRNA decreased from 82.52?6.50 to 64.25?3.81 and 42.17?3.16 in VSMCs with 14,25Gy radiation, respectively(P

Objective To observe the effects of diabetic health education on improving the diabetic knowledge score(DKS) and glucose metabolism.Methods 119 diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups,in addition to conventional therapy,the experimental group of 64 cases received one month diabetic health education,however,the control group of 55 cases was only treated with conventional therapy.Drug therapy of all patients was not changed during the observation.The changes of fasting blood glucose(FBG),post-prandial two-hour blood glucose(PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA 1c),diabetic knowledge score were detected.Results FBG,PGB,diabetic knowledge score were significantly improved after diabetic health education in experimental group(P0 05).Conclusion Diabetic health education can improve the DKS and glucose metabolism in diabetic patients.

This paper discusses the development and utilization of the TCM literature. Ancient records involved the knowlcdgc of Chinese drug efficacy of single herb development, the formula development, the treatment technology and experience for reference, traditional Chinese medicine knowledge of modern literature records screening, famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine experience finishing, the patent document technology transfers, the implementation of standard literature and the use of medical record data analysis.Suggestions on strengthening bibliography compilation and arranging of TCM literatures were put forward.

Objective To investigate the distribution of killer immunoglobulin-like receptor(KIR) genes in Qingdao Han population and its difference from other populations.Methods The KIR genotypes of 81 cascs were examined by PCR-SSP,and the gene frequencies were calculated and compared to those of other populations.Result Fourteen KIR genes and 2 pseudo genes were found and all had different gene frequencies.Conclusion All inhibit-gene frequencies are higher than their active-gene frequencies.KIR gene frequencies are different between the southern and northern Chinese Han people.Many of them increase gradually from the south to the north.The KIR gene distributions of Korean and Japanese populations are close to the Northern Chinese Han population.

Objective To study the method of operation and effect of the application of resonant liposuction in the body figure reconstruction. Methods Resonant liposuction was employed in 136 cases, including local fat deposit in some part of the body. Operation's safety, mircotrauma, speediness, and effect after operation were observed. Results The follow-up for 6 to 24 months showed that the reconstructed body figure was very satisfactory. Conclusion Resonant liposuction is an ideal method to reconstruct the body figure owing to its safety, miniinvasion, easy performance and efficacy.
