Objective To discuss the causes, agents and treatment of pancreatic encephalopathy in acute pancreatitis.Method We reviewed 26 cases of acute pancreatitis combined with pancreatic encephalopathy within recent 10 years. Results Pancreatic encephalopathy occurred always accompanied with such agents as hyperpyrexia, waterelectrolyte disturbance, hypoxemia, azotemia and bloodsugar disturbance etc. Conclusions The occurrence of the pancreatic encephalopathy is based on the harm that pancreatin does to the brain. The causes of pancreatic encephalopathy vary.To inhibit the releasing of pancreatin is the principle to prevent pancreatic encephalopathy, and to maintain normal physiological function,to control infection and nutritional support are the important links to prevent the pancreatic encephalopathy from happening.

Objective To study the effect of modified sensorimotor training (SMT) method on standing ba- lance of the stroke patients during their recovery stage. Methods Sixty stroke patients at recovery stage were ran- domly divided into an intervention group and a control group. The intervention group was trained by modified SMT method which combined Thera-band with partial body weight support (PBWS) system, while the control group was trained only with their standing balance in the parallel bars based on the neurodevelopment therapy (NDT) method. Both groups were given the same medications as well as physical therapy, acupuncture and OT. The patients in the two groups practiced standing balance in front of a mirror daily, 40 minutes every day and 6 days every week for 4 weeks. The balance abilities of patients were evaluated by Berg balance scale (BBS) , and their lower extremity func- tions were assessed by simplification Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA). Results After training, both groups showed significant improvement in BBS and FMA ( P

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(2):184-186
Objective To understand the fluorescence pattern of antinuclear antibody(ANA)and the distribution of target anti-gen and ANA′s impact on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)RA.Methods The data of rheumatoid factor(RF)and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies(anti-CCP antibodies)and ANA of 860 RA patients during 2014-2015 were collected and divided into 2 groups according to the ANA levels. The differences of RF and anti-CCP antibodies level between 2 groups were analyzed.Analyzed the fluorescence pattern of RA merger ANA and the distribution of target antigen by statistical. Results Of the 860 RA patients, the positive rate of ANA was 37.6%,the major fluorescence pattern of RA merger ANA was speckled pattern, anti SSA positive rate was 21.7%.The RF and anti-CCP antibodies level had statistical difference between ANA positive group and ANA negative group (P <0.05).Conclusion RA merger ANA positive can show different fluorescence patterns and target antigen, the speckled pattern and anti-SSA positive are the main pattern. The severity of arthritis symptoms and the degree of bone destruction between ANA positive group and ANA negative group were difference.Anti-ANA positive has a certain promoting effect on the progression of RA disease.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the application ability of professional English for students major-ing in pharmacy in higher vocational education. METHODS:The career-oriented practical pharmaceutical English course and teach-ing system were constructed through the way of formulation of curriculum standards, establishment of teachers’team, development of school-based teaching material, application of CBI theme teaching mode and variety teaching methods, and it was carried out among students majoring in pharmacy in 2011-2014 grades in our school. Besides, experimental and survey research were used for the evaluation of Proctical Pharmaceutical English. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in the academic achievement and questionnaire evaluation between 2 class before teaching(P>0.05);however,academic achievement and questionnaire evaluation were higher than 2 class after teaching, experimemal class higher than control class, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The career-oriented Practical Pharmaceutical English course and teaching system is feasible and effective;compared with traditional teaching,it can inspire students' interest in English learning, improve the ability to use English in the work and motivate their comprehensive qualities.

Objective To detect the expression of Id1 and HBx in HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissue samples and analyzed the correlation between Id1 expression levels and clinicopathological features of patients. Methods Tumor tissue samples obtained from a total of 113 HCC patients. The expression of Id1 proteins of these samples were detected by immunohistochemical (IHC) staining and evaluated by two independent pathologists. The corrections between the clinical pathological parameters and the IHC scores for Id1and the prognostic significance were statistical analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results Ninty-six of 113 patients is HBV-related HCC.Over-expression of Id1 were found positively correlated with the HBsAg > 200 s/n,histological grade, portal vein invasion.Patients with Id1 overexpression had both shorter disease-free and overall survival times. Conclusions High expression of Id1 was correlated with serum HBsAg,histological grade, portal vein invasion and poor clinical outcomes in HBV-related HCC.

Objective:To study and design measurement scale which can judge and survey sub-health state and itscharacteristic of TCM syndrome. Methods:Making use of methods of scale technique, literature research, expertise consultation et al,based on TCM theory, via conceptualization and operation of sub-health and TCM syndrome, forming structure and type of scale, establishing item pool and results, and then through item selection, assessment of validity and reliability of pre-investigation,making the measurement scale. Results:The scale is made up of 4 parts:body function state, psychological function state, social function state and particular state of TCM.The 4 parts are divided into 15 sorts, including 120 items. Conclusion:The scale contributes much to the diagnosis of sub-health state and the clari cation of clinical manifestations, features, distributions of TCM syndrome of public of sub-health,which is one of the most important methods for investigating TCM syndrome of sub-health state.

Objective To establish reference ranges of venous blood cell parameters in Lanzhou area ,through investigating 1 880 cases of healthy people .Methods Retrospective analysis method was adopted ,and changes of 26 venous blood cell parameters were observed by using Sysmex XE‐5000 automatic hematology analyzer .Results Some parameters ,including platelet(PLT) and hemo‐globin(Hb) ,were close to normal distribution ,while most of parameters were skewed distribution .In the 6 parameters of white blood cells ,except for percentage of lymphocyte and neutrophi ,the 95% CI of the rest of parameters had statistically significant differences between male and female(P<0 .05) .In the 8 parameters of red blood cell ,except for mean corpuscular haemoglobin con‐centration (MCHC) and standard deviation of red blood cell volume distribution width (RDWSD) ,the 95% CI of the rest of parame‐ters had statistically significant differences between male and female (P<0 .05) .The 95% CI of PLT related parameters and per‐centage of juvenile cells had no statistically significant differences between male and female (P>0 .05) .In some parameters ,there were significant differences between 95% CI observed in this study and reference ranges currently used .Conclusion There are sig‐nificant differences between 95% CI of these parameters and original reference ranges ,so the original reference ranges are lack of ac‐curacy and applicability ,which indicates that it is necessary to scientificlly and rationally establish reference ranges of blood cell in region .

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2009;8(7):492-494
Clinical data of 50 patients with gastric injury after blunt abdominal trauma(gastric rupture in 20 and gastric laceration in 30)were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients with gastric rupture had a satiate stomach.which was not found in the patient with gastric laceration.Forty-nine patients experienced combinant injury. The most common combinant injury of gastric laceration was liver and pancreatic injury(15/30 and 10/30),and the most frequent combinant injury of gastric rupture was spleen injury(11/20).Forty-eight patients recovered while 2 died after the treatment with gastric prosthesis. The mortality rate was 4%.Surgical operation,or prosthesis, could be the main treahnent of choice. The management of combinant injuries and complications should be imprta.
