Objective:To explore the expression of LOX-1(lectin like oxidizeol low density lipoprotein receptor-1,LOX-1) in aorta of atherosclerotic rabbits and modulating the effect of fluvastatin and Shexiang baoxin pill on the gene and protein expression of LOX-1. Methods:Tirty-two New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: hypercholesterol diet group (fed mth high cholesterol diet),hypercholesterol diet plus Fhevastatin group(fed with high cholesterol diet plus Fhe vastain 25mgl kgld).hypercholesterol diet plus shexiang Bao xin Pill group (fed with high cholesterol diet plus shegxiang Baoxinpill 25mgl kgld).normal diet gwup(fed mith regnlar chow),the protein expression of LOX-1 in aorta of rabbits were examined by immunohistochemsthy,the gene expresswin of LOX-1 in aorte of rabbits were examined by R7-PCK. Results:hypercholesterol diet group(fed with high cholesterol diet),hypercholesterol diet plus fluvastatin group(fed with high cholesterol diet plus Fluvastatin 25mg/kg?d), hypercholesterol diet plus Shexiang baoxin pill group(fed with high cholesterol diet plus Shexiang Baoxin Pill 25mg/kg?d),normal diet group(fed with regular chow),the protein expression of LOX-1 in aorta of rabbits were examined by immunohistochemistry,the gene expression of LOX-1 in aorta of rabbits were examined by RT-PCR. Objective To explore the effect of self-made water pillow on absolute bed rest patients.Methods Eight-eight patients were randomly allocated into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=42).The patients in the control group received daily care with conventional cotton pillows which were placed at the compression part, while those in the observation group were treated with newly designed water pillows.Both groups received constant turn-over to avoid pressure sores.The two groups were compared in terms of times of daily turn-over,degree of comfort and rate of skin pressuring red.Results The time of daily turn-over in the observation group was less than that of the control group and the degree of comfort was higher and the rate of skin pressuring red smaller all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the self-made water pillow can effectively prevent pressure sore,enhance comfort degree of absolute bed rest patients and reduce the workload of nursery.It is simple, economical,convenient and safe.

Objective:To search for a simple and rapid method of preparating the IL-2 conjugated immunoliposomes with high conjugate rate.Methods:The IL-2 conjugated immunoliposomes were prepared by Glutaraldhyde,Undecanal or Derivatization.All methods were analyzed and compared.The conjugate rate of IL-2 was determined by Bradford Assay.Centrifugal acceleration experiment served to prove the liposome stability.Results:IL-2 conjugated liposome by shiff’s base through Undecanal didn’t cause IL-2-self or liposme-self inter-cross link,and conjugate rate was high and stability was good.Conclution:Undecanal is suggested to prepare the IL-2 conjugated immunoliposomes for the anaphase cell experiment.

Objective: To study the effect of Resen heche tablets (RSHC) on tonyfing and warming Shen Yang. Methods: The mice model of Shen Yang deficiency was established by injecting hydrocortisone. The body weight, autonomic activity and swimming time in ice water in model mice were observed. The level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in red cell and lipid peroxide (LPO) in plasma of aged rats were analyzed. The effect on anti stress in mice was examined. Results: RSHC had the remarkable effect to improve body weight and autonomic activity and to prolong swimming time in ice water in model mice, and to increase SOD activity and reduce LPO in blood of aged rats, and to elevate the ability of anti fatigue and anoxic tolerance in mice. Conclusion: RSHC drug has the effect on tonifying and warming Shen Yang; can promote growth, enhance organism activity, elevate the adaptation to circumstances and protect injury from free radicals.

Objective To study the temperature control method of the cooling water system for Siemens medical proton and heavy-ion synchrotron.Methods The return water temperature was used as the input variable of the control program,temperature prediction method was applied to controlling valve opening,and the capacity of water tank at backwater-side was increased to enhance temperature buffer capability.Results The optimized system adapted itself to multi loading conditions of the synchrotron,which achieved 2 ℃ peak elimination in case of return water at 32 ℃ or less to limit the input water temperature within (27±1) ℃.The failure rate of temperature deviation was decreased from 64％ to 8％.Conclusion The optimized cooling water system with three-layer structure fulfills the requirements of Siemens proton heavy-ion synchrotron operation.

Objective To compare the operative efficacy of low collar incision and L-shaped incision plus cervical plexus preser-ving lymphadenectomy in treating papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods 9 3 inpatients with papillary thyroid carcinoma were ran-domly divided into the low collar incision group (n=37)and the L-shaped incision group(n=56)according to the random number table.The low collar incision group underwent the low collar type cervical plexus preserving lymphadenectomy,while the L-shaped incision group received the L-incision cervical plexus preserving lymphadenectomy.The postoperative 24-month follow up was per-formed.Then the clinical efficacy and the life quality of the patient were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results (1)1 case of lymph node recurrence in the district Ⅱ after 20 months was found in the low collar incision group,1 case of lymph node recurrence in the district Ⅰ after 12 months and 1 case of lymph node recurrence in the districtⅣ after 22 months was found in the L-shaped incision group;no case of distant metastasis in the low collar incision group occurred during the follow up period, but 1 case of pulmonary metastasis in postoperative 5 months and 1 case of bone metastasis in postoperative 24 months occurred in the L-shpaed incision group.The differences in the occurrence rates of postoperative recurrence and metastasis had no statistical sig-nificance (2.70%vs.7.14%).(2)The scores of neck shoulder pain and numbness,incision appearance satisfaction degree in the low collar incision group were significantly higher than those of the L-shaped incision group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared wtih L-shaped incision cervical lymphadenectomy,low collar incision cervical plexus preserving cervical lymphadenectomy has simi-lar high clinical efficacy,can significantly reduce neck shoulder pain and numbness,meet aesthetic requirements and especially is suitable for the patients with higher demands of the neck function preserving and the neck appearance.

Objective To analyze surgical diagnosis and treatment effect of 25 cases with gastric stump carcinoma.Methods The clinical manifestations and therapies of 25 cases with gastric stump carcinoma in our hospital from 1992 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.We sum up the surgical methods and postoperative survival rate.Results The postoperative survival rates of 1,3 and 5 years in 25 cases with gastric stump carcinoma were 60.2%,34.2% and 18.6% respectively,and were 81.4%,48.2% and 36.7% respectively in cases treated with radical resection.Conclusion No specific symptoms were identified,endoscopy examination periodically is the key point to detect gastric stump carcinoma.Radical resection is the most effective surgical style for surgical treatment of gastric stump carcinoma.

Objective To explore the effect of palliative care led by oncology professional nurses in the elderly patients with late tumor. Methods Ninety patients who were diagnosed with late tumor were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Routine nursing care was conducted in the control group and in the intervention group, palliative care lead by professional nurses was conducted besides the routine nursing care for 8 weeks. The two groups were compared in view of life, symptom distress, and self-efficacy intervention effect. Result The quality of life and self-efficacy were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05) and the symptom distress was significantly lower than that of the control group eight weeks after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion The multi-disciplinary intervention led by the oncology professional nurses can improve the quality of life and self-efficacy of the patient and improve the symptoms of the patient.

The application of remote classification system can improve the efficiency of salvage of patients and reduce the incidence of accidents.Methods: By using front-end transmitting equipment, network equipment and high integration module, on-site real-time acquisition of video, audio and data information can be transmitted to the clinic with high quality by wireless digital way.Results: The rescue efficiency of critical patients and the inspection injury classification efficiency of sick and wounded improved obviously. The medical service support capability of cold plateau area improves significantly.Conclusion: the use of remote classification system will be classified triage work forward, gold for critical seriously injured patient treatment time, greatly improving the rescue success rate of critically ill patients.

Objective:To analyze the relationship between the concentration of glucose and the impedance of human blood, and study the relationship between human blood glucose detection and human blood impedance.Methods:The system adopts the AD5933 digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) in the excitation signal is produced, imposed on the impedance under test, the ADC acquisition signal and sent to the corresponding chip DFT digital processing module, measurement results through the I2C sent to the microcontroller, again by the single-chip microcomputer and PC computer communication, the computer shows that the impedance values. Results:The instrument can realize the resistor, capacitor, inductance, glucose solution impedance measuring rapidly and accurately, through experimental verify that resistive impedance deviation from the mean is 0.04, phase deviation from the mean is 0.15°.Conclusion:The glucose concentration of aqueous solution was linearly correlated with the impedance, the correlation coefficient greater than 0.99.
