7.Effect of Reduning Injection combined with spleen aminopeptide oral solution on children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease and its regulative effect on myocardial enzyme and inflammatory level
Drug Evaluation Research 2017;40(5):675-678
Objective To investigate the effect of Reduning Injection (RI) combined with spleen aminopeptide oral solution on children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease and its regulative effect on myocardial enzyme and inflammatory level. Methods Totally 184 cases treated in Children's Hospital of Kaifeng City from September,2014 to September,2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each group of 92 cases.Control group was given conventional therapy,on the basis of which, observation group was given RI combined with spleen aminopeptide oral solution.Clinical effect and levels of inflammatory cytokine and myocardial enzyme were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than that in control group (80.43%) (P < 0.05).After therapy, the levels ofhs-cTnT,CK-MB,CK,TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,IgA,IgM,and IgG in observation group showed no statistical difference compared with healthy group.Index mentioned above of control group were significantly improved, however there were still statistical difference compared with healthy group (P < 0.05).Conclusion RI combined with spleen aminopeptide oral solution could effectively decrease the levels of inflammatory cytokine as well as myocardial enzyme, which deserves clinical expansion.
8.Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of Biliary Tract Complications after Liver Transplantation
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the causes of biliary tract complications after liver transplantation, and to put forward effective measures of prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Methods The literatures of recent years were reviewed and summarized. Results The causes of biliary tract complications after liver transplantation are very complex, and there are no standard preventive measures. Treatment differs according to causes. Conclusion One of the most important causes leading to biliary complications is preservative and ischemic injury. Poorly operative techniques and blood supply to biliary tract are also disastrous. Improving T tube placement can reduce the incidence of biliary complications related with T tube. To prevent biliary complications, it is crucial to completely wash the biliary tract, avoid damaging the blood supply to donor biliary tract and manage perfect biliary mucosa-to-mucosa anastomosis without tension. T tube cholangiography combined with noninvasive MRCP enables accurate depiction of the biliary tree and diagnosis of biliary complications. Doppler ultrosonography should be routinely applied postoperatively. Timely application of interventional radiological technique is a valuable nonoperative procedure for treatment of biliary complications. Meanwhile, biliary sludge or cholestasis and mixed infections of biliary tract should be handled actively and properly.

10.Effect of conventional ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide In Infants with persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2010;17(3):230-232
Objective To evaluate the effects of inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy combined with conventional ventilation in the infants with persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn (PPHN).Methods NO inspiration was added for 22 infants with PPI-IN ventilated with FiO2≥0. 9,PIP≥30 cm H2O,PEEP≥3 cm H2O,RR≥50 bpm for 4~6 hours, with SpO2 still < 90% and PaO2 <55 mm Hg. The iNO concentration started at (10~20)×10-6 for 20 infants, and (20~40)×10-6 for 2 infants. The iNO would be stopped when the concentration reached 40×10 -6 without any sign of improvement. The SpO2 ,blood gas analyses, blood pressure, heart rate and NO: concentration were moraitored during therapy and the resulting data compared to readings before administration of int. Results Clinical situation were significantly improved in 20 (91%) of the infants with SpO2 gradually going up after 10 minutes of int. Before iNO,mean Fit2 was 0. 9±0. 1 ,SpO2 was(76. 3±13.3)% ,and Pat2 was (46. 4±10. 1 ) man Hg. From 1 to 6 hours after iNO,SpO2 increased to(95. 1±3.8)% ,Pat2 increased to(92. 8±24.7) mm Hg,FiO2 decreased to 0.6 s0. 1.The differences were significant (P < 0. 01 ). Eighteen of 22 (82%) infants surviving. Conclusion iNO is effective in alleviating PPHN in infants. There are no remarkable side effects. It is more beneficial to start the iNO concentration at (10~20)×10-6 while some infants may need NO concentration at up to (20~40)×10-6.
