Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can infect the roots of Cercidiphyllaceae and form arbuscular mycorrhizae.Infection rate is from 12% to 30%,but infection strength is weak.4 species of Acaulospora and 11 species of Glomus were isolated and identified,including Acaulospora tuberculata,A.spinosa,A.foveata,A.denticulate,Glomus geosporum,G.clarum,G.constrictum,G.monosporum,G.laroideum,G.versifome,G.microcarpum,G.mosseae,G.hoi,G.halonatum and G.reticulatum.Among them,G.cercidiphyllorum is advantage species.So AMF may be a potent resource of biology which can stimulate the growth of Panax notoginseng.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between damages of visual field and retinal nerve fibre layer(RNFL)thickness in primary open angle glaucoma(POAG)with high myopia.Design Retrospective,case-controlled study.Participants POAG group with high myopia(21 eyes of 17 cases),POAG group with non-high myopia(17 eyes of 16 cases),high myopia group without POAG(25 eyes of 20 cases)and normal control group(19 eyes of 17 cases).Methods The static central visual fields were tested with Humphrey 750 automated perimetry and thickness of RNFL was measured with optical coherent tomography(OCT).Main Outcome Measures Mean deviation(MD),pattern standard deviation(PSD)and mean sensitivity at upper,lower,nasal and temporal quadrants in total deviation probability plots.Thickness of RNFL at upper,lower,nasal and temporal quadrants.Results There were more obvious general depression of sensitivity in total deviation probability plots of the early POAG with high myopia than those of POAG without high myopia,and the early visual field defects of glaucoma in pattern deviation probability plots of this group.MD of POAG with high myopia was more than those of others(P＜0.05).The differences of MD,PSD and mean sensitivity between POAG with high myopia and others were significant(P＜0.05).Mean sensitivities in each quadrant of POAG without high myopia were similar to those of high myopia(P＞0.05).The thickness of RNFL of POAG with high myopia was thinner than those of others and the thickness of RNFL of normality was thicker than that of others.The correlationship between mean sensitivity and the thickness of RNFL in each quadrant was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Pattern deviation probability plots is an important favor for judgement of the visual field changes in POAG with high myopia.The relationship between RNFL thickness with OCT and visual field damage may provide clinically relevant information in diagnosis of POAG with high myopia

Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of cornel confocal microscopy for the screening of small neuropathy in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus.Methods In the prospective study,96 elderly patients with diabetes as study group and 46 patients with non-diabetes as the control group were continuously collected from our hospital endocrinology and ophthalmology out patients during May 2014 to February 2016.The 96 cases of type 2 diabetes were subdivided into 47 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN)and 47 patients with nowdiabetic peripheral neuropathy(non DPN).Results The diabetes course was shorter in non-DPN group than in DPN group(P=0.000).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and urine albumin were lower in the nonDPN than in the DPN(P =0.072,0.007,respectively).The corneal nerve fiber density was lower in the DPN group than in NDPN group (P =0.000).Corneal nerve fiber density was higher in control group than in DPN and NDPN group.The differences in number of corneal nerve fibers showed no statistical significance between DPN and NDPN group (x2 =2.391,P =0.314).But the number of corneal nerve fibers was significant less in DPN and NDPN group than in control group(x2 =16.014,P =0.000).The negative correlation was found between the course of disease and corneal fibrous density by using single factor linear regression analysis.The number of corneal nerve fibers was lower in smoking group than in non-smoking group(P=0.003).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that duration of diabetes was a risk factor for diabetic neuropathy.Conclusions In some elderly diabetic patients with non-neuropathy,corneal nerve fiber density and number have been significantly decreased before nerve conductive velocity is reduced.Therefore,corneal confocal microscopy can be used to detect and diagnose small diabetic neuropathy in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.

Objective To study the effects of helicase-like transcription factor (HLTF)transfection on DNA repair protein level in radiation-induced apoptotic cells.Methods Human lung carcinoma A549 cells were cultured and transfected with FLAG-tagged wild type HLTF (wild type HLTF transfection group),RING structure domain (ubiquitin conjugating region) mutatation HLTF expressing plasmid (mutant transfection group),empty plasmid (congtrol group) respectively.And the other cells were used as mock transfection group.All cells were irradiated with 15 Gy of 60Co γ-rays to induce apoptosis.Western blotting was used to detect the protein levels of the DNA repair proteins HRAD17 and HRAD52 in the transfected cells.Results The levels of HRAD17 and HRAD52 in the wild type HLTF transfection group was significantly lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in HRAD17 and HRAD52 levels between the mock transfection group and ubiquity in conjugating region mutation group.complexes of HLTF and HRAD17 and HRAD52 could be found in the irradiation-induced cells.Conclusions HLTF mediates the degradation of HRAD17 and HRAD52 in the irradiation-induced apoptotic cells possibly by the interaction of the protein complex causing ubiquitination of the repair proteins.

Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of driver stress inventory (DSI). Methods Three hundred drivers were investigated with DSI. The structure validity,content validity and internal reliability were examined. Results (1)Except items 9,16 and 18, the others had good discrimination. (2) Six factors were extracted which could explained 45.277% of the total variance. The six factors were significantly correlated with DSI total score(r = 0.241～0.622, P<0.01). (3)The spilt-half reliability was 0.557, The six factors ' Cronbach alphas were 0. 569, 0. 631, 0. 799, 0. 675, 0. 587 and 0. 685 respectively. ConclusionDSI has good reliability and validity, and is an effective instrument to test drivers' stress.

Objective To investigate the impact of compliance and quality of life of psychological intervention for cancer patients and their primary caregivers,as well as the correlation between the psychological issues of patients and their primary caregivers.Methods The enrolled patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The patients in intervention group were given to standardize anti-tumor therapy,while the patients and their primary caregivers were given psychological intervention once a week.The patients in the control group only received standard anti-tumor therapy.By TDL determination of quality of life,anxiety rating scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS),in front of the psychological intervention after 8 weeks of intervention,the two groups of patients and their primary caregivers were questionnaired,and recorded the completion of the treatment plan.By SPSS 12.0 software,the statistics were completed.Results 51 cases in intervention group and 38 cases in control group were able to complete the number of people expected to treat there was a statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).TDL determination and quality of life scores in intervention group patients and their primary caregivers were significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05).SAS and SDS score in intervention group patients and their primary caregivers were significantly lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The effective psychological intervention to cancer patients and their primary caregivers during the treatment of patients could improve the compliance of cancer patients,the quality of life of cancer patients and their primary caregivers.The psychological problems between the patients and primary caregivers are positive correlation.

Objective: To investigate the prevalence of scoliosis among primary and middle school students in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, so as to provide insights into scoliosis control among children and adolescents. Methods: Grade 4 to 6 primary school students and grade 1 to 3 junior high school students were recruited using a stratified cluster sampling method in Jiaxing City in 2019. Participants' demographic characteristics, dietary habits and nutritional status, physical activity, learning environments, reading and writing habits were collected using questionnaires. Scoliosis was screened through general examinations, forward bend test and scoliometer, and scoliosis was diagnosed with whole-spine X-ray scans in an erect position. The prevalence of scoliosis was descriptively analyzed among primary and middle school students. Results: A total of 8 026 primary and middle school students were included, 7 304 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 91.00%. The respondents included 3 667 primary school students (50.21%) and 3 637 junior high school students (49.79%), and included 3 776 boys (51.70%) and 3 528 girls (48.30%). There were 659 participants with initial screening positive for scoliosis (9.02%), and the percentages of positive initial screening of thoracic, thoracolumbar and lumbar scoliosis were 2.93%, 4.56% and 4.56%, respectively. A higher percentage of positive initial screening of scoliosis was diagnosed among participants living in Pinghu City (10.45%), junior high school students (11.74%), girls (11.96%), students with a medical history of anemia (22.44%), students with less than 3 days of moderate-intensity physical activity in the past week (9.46%), students with less than 3 days of walking duration of over 10 minutes in the past week (10.18%), students with daily sitting duration of 5 hours and more in the past week (10.74%), students with their class seats exchanged every semester or month (10.28%), students with daily reading and writing duration of 3 hours and more after school (10.93%) and students with less than 10 cm distance from the chest at reading or writing to the edge of the table (9.67%) (all P<0.05). A total of 218 students received whole-spine X-ray scans in an erect position, 132 participants were definitively diagnosed as scoliosis (60.55%), and the estimated prevalence of scoliosis was 5.46%. Conclusion The percentage of positive initial screening of scoliosis was 9.02% among primary and middle school students in Jiaxing City. Gender, stage of learning, nutritional status, exercise frequency and habits of reading and writing may be factors affecting the development of scoliosis.

Effects of main environmental factors, such as temperature, pH , metal ions and anions, on expression and activity of bacterial extracellular car bonic anhydrase(CA) were studied, exemplified by a bacterium named GLRT102Ca, wh ich was separated from karst ecosystems of Southwest China. The results showed that the tested strain could express different activity of extracellular carboni c anhydrase within the scope of experimental temperature (10℃~50℃) and pH (5. 5~9.0). The activity of extracellular carbonic anhydrase was higher at tempera ture of 20℃~30℃ and at neutral and alkaline trending condition. Moreover, the expression of activity of extracellular carbonic anhydrase could be generally p romoted at the experimental range of concentration of 4 kinds of metal ions such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+ and Co2+, along with 8 kinds of ani ons such as SO2-_4, H_2PO-_4, NO-_3, NO-_2, Cl-,Br-, I- and HCO-_3. This research provides a cert ain theoretical basis for further study on the role of microbial CA in karst pro cesses.

A separation technology of catalpol from Rehmannia with macroporpus adsorbent resins was investigated. The content of catalpol in the extract was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Nine different kinds of macroporous adsorbent resins were studied on the static capacity of adsorption and desorption, and D101 resin was best for the separation of the extraction solution of Rehmannia. The results showed that D101 resin had the highest static adsorption capacity of 69.2mg/g dry resin and its isotherm curve can be well described by Langmuir and Freudlich equation. The 5% ethanol elution on removal of the solvent under reduced pressure provided a brown powder, which was subjected to an open column chromatography on silica gel eluted with a CHCl3–MeOH gradient. The fraction eluted with CHCl3-MeOH (8∶2) was identified as catalpol and the purity of the compound was more than 90% purity by HPLC analysis. The yield of this separation technology was 6%.
