The lineage-Actinobacteria class nov.comprises organisms with a DNA base composition which generally is above 50% G+C (with a few exceptions).We set up a method that has been used in isolating Actinobacteria and Actinomycetes. We added 25?g/mL Nalidixic acid and 25?g/mL Aztreonam into isolation media to inhibit the other bacteria and 20?g/mL Benlete to inhibit fungi.We used fluorescent in situ hybridization to identi 1fy Actinobacteria. Using the four probes,PA-1,PA-2,PHGC and PNHGC,we made the identification on the 31 strains of the 56 gram-positive bacteria randomly selected and got 22 positive results,6 negative results and 3 ambiguous results.It was showed that the results of G+C content determination and FISH method were identical.Among 31 strain,there were 24 strains of Actinobacteria,the rate was 77.4%.This proved the isolation and FISH identification methods were effective and reliable.

Objective To compare the performance of newly developed Chronic Kidney Disease Epideniology Collaboration (CKD-EPI) equation and Modification of Diet in Renal Disease (MDRD) equation in patients with peripheral arterial diseases (PAD).Methods A total of 841 patients with PAD were enrolled in this retrospective cohort study.Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), calculated by MDRD and CKD-EPI equation respectively, was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis, Bland-Altman method and Kappa test for the evaluation of correlation and consistency.Net reclassification improvement (NRI) was adopted to compare the death risk assessment between these two equations.Results Although the eGFR was 4.33 ml· min-1 · (1.73 m2)-1 higher with MDRD equation than with CKD-EPI equation, there were still significant correlation and fine consistency between eGFRMDRD and eGFRCKD-EPI (Kappa: 0.749, r=0.991, P＜0.05).The CKD-EPI equation re-classified 9 (1.1％) patients upward to higher eGFR category and 143 (17.0％) patients downward to lower eGFR category.Besides, the performance of risk assessment for all-cause death was better with CKD-EPI equation than with MDRD equation (NRI=0.059, P ＜ 0.05), which was not the case for cardiovascular death (NRI=0.022, P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions There is no solid evidence suggesting that CKD-EPI equation performs better than MDRD equation.

Objective:Needling lumbosacral acupoints could regulate unstable bladder (USB).The present study is to observe the ambulatory urodynamics changing of needling Huiyang (BL 35) on USB to provide scientific basis for the relative theory of acupoint and Zang-fu organs,and the rule of acupuncture treatment.Methods:Unstable bladder model were prepared in 80 Wistar rats,and then they were randomly divided into treatment group (n=40) and model group (n=40).The urodynamics were monitored respectively at 2 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after acupuncture and the results were analyzed.Results:After acupuncture Huiyang (BL 35),the compliance of bladder were superior to that of model group at 2 h,6 h and 12 h,respectively (P＜0.05),and the bladder volume were superior to that of model group at 2 h and 12 h,respectively (P＜0.05).After acupuncture Huiyang (BL 35),the compliance and Volume of bladder at 12 h were superior to those at other time (P＜0.05).Twenty-four hours later,the effect of acupuncture on urodynamics decreased.Conclusion:Needling Huiyang (BL 35) could improve the urodynamics of USB,including improving the compliance of bladder and increasing the volume of bladder.Acupuncture Huiyang (BL 35) had the most effect at 12 h.

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in differentiating benign and malignant tumor of pelvic cavity.Methods From October 2014 to January 2016,abdominal ultrasonography or trans-vaginal ultrasonography were performed among outpatients and inpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.We found 62 cases with pelvic cavity tumors with 64 lumps,which were detected at cystic mass,cystic-solid mass,and solid mass in conventional ultrasonography.We made the diagnosis of all the lumps by performing contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,observing the infusion process and analyzing perfusion pattern,the intensity of perfusion and time intensity curve.By contrasting the diagnosis and the pathologic and long-term follow-up results,we classified the tumors into two groups,benign and malignant.Then we analyzed the time intensity curve and imaging parameters of the two groups.Restlts Among the total 64 lumps,43 was found in the group of benign tumor and 21 in the group of malignant tumor.Sixty-two were proved by pathologic results and 2 were proved by long-term follow-up results.Benign tumors showed that the infusion flowed from the peripheral to the center and enhanced equably and the vessels were regularly shaped.Malignant tumor showed that the infusion infiltrated from the center to the peripheral and enhanced quickly and unequally,and vessels were distorted.In the time intensity curve,group of benign tumors presented a gently slow raise and fall type,and group of malignant tumors showed a quickly raise and fall type.Rise time (RT) of malignant group (7.70 ± 2.56s) was shorter than benign group (11.40 ± 6.77s) (P＜0.05).Peak intensity (PI) of malignant group (16.30 ± 7.41dB) was higher than benign group (12.12 ± 6.70dB) (P＜0.05).Area Under the Curve (AUC) of malignant group (981.65 ± 548.04 dB s) was bigger than benign group (715.22 ± 651.04dB s) (P＜ 0.05).No difference was found between two groups in Time to Peak (TP) and Mean Transit Time (MTF) (P＞ 0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were 95.2％,93.0％,86.9％,and 97.5％ respectively.Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography ean show an eligible blood perfusion and vascularity of lumps.Analyzing perfusion pattern,time intensity curve,and other parameters can improve capacity of diagnosing and differentiating benign tumor and malignant tumor of pelvic cavity.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating somatoform pain disorder(SPD)with electroacupuncture(EA)at the Governor and Conception Vessel points plus duloxetine.Methods:Eighty-two SPD patients were randomly allocated to an observation group and a control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by oral administration of duloxetine hydrochloride enteric capsules at a dose of 60 mg per time once a day;based on the medication,the observation group received additional EA treatment by selecting points from the Governor and Conception Vessels.Clinical efficacy was evaluated after 8 weeks of treatments;changes in the scores of the short-form McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ),self-report symptom inventory,symptom check list-90(SCL-90),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were also compared.Results:After the intervention,the observation group surpassed the control group in comparing the total effective rate(P＜0.05).The SF-MPQ score,SCL-90 somatization score,and PSQI score dropped notably in both groups after treatment,and the intra-group differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the three scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The GQOLI-74 score got an increase in each dimension in both groups after treatment,and the intra-group differences were also statistically significant(P＜0.05);the GQOLI-74 dimension scores were all significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For patients with SPD,combining EA at the Governor and Conception Vessel points and duloxetine hydrochloride enteric capsules can markedly improve their clinical symptoms and quality of life.
