1.Social Governance Solutions for Environmental Protection of Chinese Pharmaceutical Companies from US Experience
Herald of Medicine 2016;35(5):543-546
To explore the problems in environmental governance of pharmaceutical industry in China, based on the conclusion that the US has done, then propose ways for environmental management to be applied to the pharmacutical industry in China, including strengthening the ecological property research;to transite the government regulation to common control by the government and the market;to speed up the disclosure of environmental information about pharmaceutical enterprise;to try contractual governance within the pharmaceutical industry;to explore sustainable development mechanism of the Evironmental Non-governmental Orgnization(ENGO);to advocate that popularizing of environmental protection knowledge scientific,to support the dissemination of science socialized.
2.Detailed research project management and boosting hospital disciplines
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2014;27(4):438-440
Since 2007,in order to comply with the hospital's strategic development and construction of the subjects, our hospital treat the research project management as the starting point, through the establishment of a sound project management and funding approaches; strengthen project process management, implement the total quality control; use of information technology tools to improve project management effectiveness. After several years of implementation, the number of our hospital's research projects above provincial and ministerial level has gradually increased, manyhigh level of SCI papers are emerging, and discipline construction has also been effectively carried out,all of which have promotedour research strength, the development of medical teaching and research. Therefore,we will continue to strengthen project management, and fully mobilize the initiative staff awareness of service, make full use of scientific information systems in future scientific research management to boost hospital disciplines.

Objective To study the MRI findings and pathologic characteristics of cesarean scar pregnancy during the first-trimes-ter.Methods Clinical data,MRI findings and pathologic manifestations of 23 CSP patients confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results On pathologic specimens by the microscope, villi and decidua tissue were found in the myometrium of all 23 cases (100%),and smooth muscle tissue in the uterus scar was incomplete in 12 cases (52.2%).The incision scars were found in the uterine lower antetheca in 21 cases, which showed low signal on T1 WI and T2 WI.A majority of the gestational sac pro-truded into intrauterine in 12 cases. The gestational sac located in the scar of lower uterine antetheca in 10 cases and in the myometri-um around the scar in 1 case. The gestational sac of 22 cases were quasi-round with the size between 1.8 cm×1.2 cm and 6.4 cm× 2.7 cm.The gestational sacs showed homogeneous low signal on T1 WI and high signal on T2 WI in 8 cases, heterogeneous high signal on T2 WI and STIR sequence in 1 5 cases,a little short T1 signal of bleeding in 9 cases, and heterogeneous high signal on DWI sequence in 3 cases. The gestational sac borders were well-defined in 18 cases and blurred in 5 cases.Among 5 cases performed by enhanced MRI,there were 3 cases which gestational sac walls were ring-shaped enhanced. Conclusion MRI findings of CSP had certain char-acteristics and could reflect the pathological characteristics of CSP.MRI had important reference value in early diagnosis of CSP and the choice of treatment.

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is a complex system, featured with integrity and characteristics. Structural component TCM is a well-organized integrity of traditional Chinese medicine, reflecting multi-component integration effect of TCM. It gives us a new view on the material basis of TCM. Currently, conventional researching strategies are not enough to deal with the relationship between material basis and efficacy, multi-composition, multi-targets, and multi-section mechanism. Post-genome area gives a birth to bioinformatics, which involves systematic biology, different levels of omics, corresponding mathematics and computer techniques. It increasingly becomes a powerful tool to understand complicated system and life essential laws. Research ideas, methods. and knowledge of data mining technology of bioinformatics combined with the theory of structural components of Chinese medicine bring a new opportunity for developing structural components of Chinese medicine, systematically exploring the essence of TCM and promoting the modernization of TCM.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(07):-
To know about the toxicity of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei objectively by reviewing the ancient records of toxicity of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and modern research of its adverse effect. At the same time the reasons of the adverse effect of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were discussed based on its experiments and clinical practice to provide some reference for its research and reasonable application.
