The low mass cutoff ( LMCO) is the main weakness of ion trap when it performs tandem mass analysis by collision induced dissociation (CID). LMCO means that some daughter ions of m/ z are less than about 1 / 3 of the m/ z of parent ion could not be detected during the tandem mass spectrometry processing. A new method which can significantly improve the effect of low mass cutoff was proposed and investigated. By simply changing the scan method of digital potential frequency, some low mass ions can be effectively observed during the tandem mass spectrometric experiment. In the experiment, the frequency of the digital ion trapping power and ion activation power were scanned from lower value to higher value, and some lower mass product ions could be detected during CID process. For example, some lower mass ions were observed during the CID of reserpine precursor ion when the frequency of its digital trapping power was scanned from 500 kHz to 560 kHz. The tandem mass spectra of Reserpine ion showed that the experimental results both from this work and the triple quadrupole mass spectrometer were exactly the same.

To study the chemical constituents from Zanthoxylum simulans and their anti-inflammatory activity. The constituents of Z. simulans were isolated and purified using various column chromatographies. Their chemical structures were elucidated using extensive spectroscopic methods. The compounds were assayed inhibitory activity against NO production in LPS stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Four compounds were obtained from the ethanol extract of Z. simulans and determined to be isozanthpodocarpin B(1), kobusin (2), (+)-fargesin (3), and epieudesmin (4). Compound 1 exhibited NO production inhibitory effect with IC50 value of 14.49 µmol · L(-1). Compound 1 is a new dimeric lignan and may be serve as potential anti-inflammatory agent in the future.

Objective To identify the nursing interventions and activities for hemiplegic patients in various functions suffered from stroke, and guide clinical practice. Methods Review rehabilitation of evidence-based clinical practice and literature of hemiplegic patients, stroke patients in different functional states were continuously cared and recorded by a researcher.Nursing program was identified according to patients' functions and the sixth edition of Nursing Interventions Classification,8 experts were consulted by a questionnaire survey, which was based on the initial screened nursing interventions and activities,30 nurses and 41 experts were consulted then. Results The established nursing program included 20 interventions and 307 activities.80%-100% nurses' opinions culminated in consensus on the selected interventions. The selected activities scored 4.00-5.00 in average, with the coefficient of variations ranging from 0.00 to 0.25.Conclusions The established nursing program is convenient to communication and could be a tool to guide the clinical nursing practice.

PURPOSE Expression of Rb and p53 gene in gastric carcinomas and its relationship to prognosis as well as clinico pathology were investigated.METHODS Expression of Rb and p53 products and p53 gene mutation in gastric carcinomas were analysed by means of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridazation.RESULTS p53 gene mutation was found in 6/20(30%).Over expression of Rb and p53 products was found in 62/85(72.94%) and 42/85(49.41%).Both the positive grades showed significant inverse correlation with patient survival( P

Objectives To observe the anesthetic effects of an improved anesthetic method on goat by comparing with the original method, and to provide theoretical and practical reference for anesthesia during the establishment of goat models. Methods A total of 72 goats were selected to make tibial fracture models, 36 were enrolled as group A and others as group B.The group A was injected with Sumianxin and diazepam. The group B was injected with Sumianxin, diazepam and pumped propofol by intravenous pump. The times of animal struggle, total dose of additional Sumianxin, death rate, and recovery time were evaluated. Results The death rate of group A was 16.67% and there was no death in the group B.The times of struggle, the total dose of additional Sumianxin and the recovery time of the group A were higher than group B, showing a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions The improved anesthetic method can decrease the times of goat struggle times, reduce the dose of anaesthetics, and lower the death rate.

Objective To investigate the application of the parenteral nutrition prescriptions for tumor patients in a tertiary hospital .Methods In this cross-sectional study , the parenteral nutrition prescriptions of all tumor inpatients in a tertiary hospital were collected from May to June in 2015 .The general data of patients who had used parenteral nutrition , the types of parenteral nutrition products , as well as the ratio of energy to ni-rogen ( E/N) , glucose/lipid ( G/L) ratio, non-protein energy to nitrogen ratio , and liquid volume were recor-ded and analyzed .Results Parenteral nutrition prescriptions were collected from 528 patients and showed high irrationality. The nutrient insufficiency rate was nearly 58.3%.The E/N (100:1 ~200:1) accounted for 32.3%and the G/L ( 1:1 ~2:1 ) 20.6%.Conclusions The rational application of parenteral nutrition should be a priority in clinical settings .A clinical nutrition supporting team may be established in tertiary hospi-tals to guide the appropriate use of parenteral nutrition .

Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) for evaluating transplant renal artery stenosis (TRAS).Methods Clinical and ultrasonographic data of 216 kidney transplant recipients were collected by follow-up monitoring from September 2015 to July 2016.CDFI indexes included the peak systolic velocity (PSV) in the renal artery and resistant index (RI).Renal artery PSV and RI were measured. All suspected TRAS patients accepted transplant renal artery angiography (DSA).Results Fourteen patients with suspected TRAS accepted DSA,of which 12 patients were confirmed. The diagnostic accuracy of CDFI was 85.7%.When the POST-PSV ratio> 1 0,the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of TRAS were 91 % and 95 %,respectively.CDFI indexes remarkably changed after the TRAS patients had undergone renal artery dilatation or stent implantation.PSV of the main renal artery and the POST-PSV ratio decreased significantly, and the PSV of interlobar arteries increased. Conclusions CDFI is a reliable first choice for screening transplant renal artery stenosis. The POST-PSV ratio has relatively higher sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of TRAS.

Objective To explore the effects of andrographolide(AP),extracted from the traditional Chinese herb Andrographlis paniculata(AP),on injury induced by radiation exposure. Methods Sixty male rats were randomly divided into 4 equal groups and irradiated with 60Co γ-rays at the doses of 1,2,and 4 Gy,respectively:low dose AP group(intragnstrically administered with AP at the dose of 100 ms/kg daily for 10 d before irradiation),and high dose AP group(intragastrically administered with AP at the dose of 200 ms/kg daily for 10 d before irradiation),model group(administered with the same volume of normal saline instead of AP for 10 d before irradiation),and control group(irradiated only at 3 different doses). One day after irradiation all rats were killed with their livers being fixed to make paraffin section. The morphological feature was observed under light microscope after HE staining, and the cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL technology. Results Compared to the control and model groups, the pathological changes of liver were significantly gentler in the AP treatment groups. The apoptosis rates of the liver cells of all the AP sub-groups were significantly lower than those of the control and model subgroup(t=2.19-4.80.P<0.05).Conclusions AP might have prevention effect against radiation exposure.
