That hospital libraries purchase books and periodicals via bidding is necessitated by social development and is characterized by the following advantages: smashing monopoly operations and adopting competitive mechanisms; reducing intermediate links and speeding up the delivery of books and periodicals; avoiding missing issues of periodicals and ensuring the completeness of periodicals; bettering preferential treatment and saving funds; standardizing market competition and reducing job-related offenses; safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the libraries.

Endophytic fungi which reside in the tissue of mangrove plants seem to play an important role in the discovery of new biologically active substances. During the course of screening for the antimicrobial metabolites from the endophytic fugus Penicillium sp. FJ-1 of mangrove plant Avicennia marina, a new aurone glycoside (1) was isolated by repeated column chromatography on silica gel and recrystallization methods. The structure of 1 was elucidated as (Z)-7,4'-dimethoxy-6-hydroxy-aurone-4-O-β-glucopyranoside, on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 exhibited antifungal activity against Candida sp., with the potency comparable to amphotericin B and much better than fluconazole. Compound 1 can also inhibit extracellular phospholipase secretion in a concentration-dependent manner.

3.Advances of programmed death ligand 1 and its inhibitor in non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(8):628-630
Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1 ),which is highly expressed in NSCLC,can be divided into two categories:membrane PD-L1 and soluble PD-L1 .PD-L1 participates in tumor immune escape through combining with its receptor.PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors have entered the phase Ⅰ studies and showed a good application prospect. It is also found that the sensitivity of PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors is strongly associated with the expression of PD-L1 in tumor.Therefore,PD-L1 can be used as a biomarker to pre-dict its curative effect.

Objective To evaluate the features of the encapsulated papillary thyroid carcinoma (EPTC) by ultrasound and histopathology. Methods The EPTC were classified into the following two types based on the shape, characteristics of the border, size of the nodule, echogenicity,a hypoechoic halo and microcalcification by ultrasound features:papillary carcinoma (PC) type and follicular tumor (FT) type. Results Of all the 33 cases,21 cases were PC type and 12 cases were FT type. The histopathological result of PC type was papillary carcinoma.PC type had a jagged border,an irregular tumor shape with marked hypoechogenicity by ultrasound.PC type were composed of papillae by histopathology, completely surrounded by a fibrous capsule with tumor cells having the nuclear features of papillary thyroid carcinoma, densely interstitial fibrosis and microcalcification;FT type had a smooth border,a regular shape (spherical to oval),isoechogenicity and a hypoechoic halo by ultrasound.FT type were completely or significantly composed of follicles by histopathology, completely surrounded by a fibrous capsule with tumor cells having the nuclear features of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Hypoechoic halo were more frequently observed in FT type than in PC type. The nodule size of FT type(1.8-7.0 cm)was larger than that of PC type(0.8-5.2 cm).Fine and multiple strong echoes were characteristically present only in PC type. Conclusion The EPTC have characteristic features that are similar to those of the benign follicular thyroid tumor by ultrasound.

Objective To observe the effects of herbal compound in reinforcing the kidney for activating blood and arousing consciousness(HCRAA) on the ABR threshold and the expression of neurotrophic factor 3(NT-3) of the cochlea of gentamicin (GM)-induced ototoxic mice. Methods 40 mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, and high, middle and low concentration HCRAA groups.Normal group received no treatment. The model group and the HCRAA groups were intraperitoneally injected with GM 100mg/kg per day for consecutive 15 days.At the same time, the model group and the HCRAA groups respectively receiveded normal saline and high, middle and low concentration Chinese medical formula decoction at the same dosage by garage for consecutive 20 days. After the experiment, the mice were tested ABR.The expression of NT-3 of the cochlea in mice was detected by western blot. Results HCRAA at high and middle concentration reduced the GM elevated ABR threshold(P<0.01),and increased the expression of NT-3 in the cochlea(P<0.01).Conclusion HCRAA may effectively reduce the elevated ABR threshold induced by gentamycin by protecting GM damaged cochlear hair cell and neurons and increasing the expression of NT-3 in the cochlea.

Objective To study the method, effect and safety of percutaneous targeted argon-helium (cryoablation) for liver cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data was made on the 52 (patients) with primary liver cancer who were treated with argon-helium cryoablation. Results Following the treatment of the 52 (patients), there were no operative mortality or complications, such as rupture of liver, bleeding, biliary fistula, frostbite of skin, and metastatic implantalion or infection at the injection site.(Postoperatively), 5 patients developed pneumothorax and reactive pleural effusion, and 43 patients had a low-grade fever. The 1- and 2-year survival rates were 63.5 %( 33/52) and 36.5 %( 19/52)(respectively).After treatment, the AFP levels were significantly lower. Conclusions CT guided percutaneous targeted argon-helium cryoablation is a reasonable, safe, effcctive and mimimally invasive new therapeutic method for the treatment of liver cancer.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of raltitrexed plus oxaliplatin combined with concurrent radiotherapy for advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods:A total of 54 patients with stageⅡ/Ⅲadvanced esophageal carcinoma according to the clinical staging of esophageal carcinoma nonsurgical methods were treated with raltitrexed plus oxaliplatin combined with concurrent radiotherapy. The patients were irradiated with a dose of 60 Gy in 30 fractions. Two cycles of concurrent chemotherapy were adminis-tered during radiotherapy, with 100 mg/m2 oxaliplatin and 2.6 mg/m2 raltitrexed on d1 and d22. Results:The complete response rate was 16.7%(9/54), and the partial response rate was 68.5%(37/54). The total response rate was 85.2%. The no response and progression rate was 14.8%(8/54). The one-and two-year local control rates and overall survival rates were 75.4%, 57.3%and 70.4%(95%CI, 0.6-0.8), 46.6%(95%CI, 0.3-0.6), respectively. The incidence rates of radiation-induced esophagitis, leucopenia, acute diarrhea, neuro-toxicity were 100%, 72.2%, 16.7%, and 44.4%, of which 7.4%, 7.4%, 1.9%, and 0%were≥grade 3, respectively. Conclusion:Ralti-trexed plus oxaliplatin combined with concurrent radiotherapy can enhance the response rate and prolong the survival of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma. The regime has mild toxicity and is worthy of further study in PhaseⅢ.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between dietary -related behaviors of college students and their health , so as to provide the evidence for the health education for college students .Methods:A question-naire survey was conducted among 2105 college students from Xi′an Jiaotong University with stratified cluster ran-dom sampling .Results:In this survey , college students generally had unhealthy dietary behaviors , cognitive bia-ses of self-images and blind unhealthy weight -losing phenomenon as well .And there was a difference of dieting behaviors between college students of different sex and those of different body mass index .Conclusions:Unhealth-y dietary behaviors of college students were one of the main reasons leading to their abnormal BMI .Hence , it was necessary to improve health ethics education and dietary health guidance for college students , so as to introduce them to consciously assume their own health responsibilities and manage their health .
