After the characteristics of intelligent service and smart library were described, the construction of intel-ligent service platform in smart library was elaborated from its logical and physical frameworks, and the problems that may be encountered in the construction of intelligent service platform in smart library were pointed out.

Objective To study the effect of mosapride citrate in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and its effect on gastrin .Methods 86 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016, those patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole on the basis of basal therapy, and the observation group was treated with mosapride citrate on the basis of control group.The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction were analyzed,visual analogue scale(VAS), gastrin and motilin were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group [90.70% (39/43) vs.65.12% (28/43)](P<0.05). The VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group [(2.43 ±0.25) vs.(4.02 ±0.41)](P<0.05).The levels of gastrin and motilin in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group[ (55.87 ±4.82) pg/mL, (308.43 ±19.31) pg/mL vs. (44.12 ±3.86) pg/mL,(243.12 ±15.76) pg/mL](P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between two groups. Conclusion Mosapride citrate tablets can be used in gastroesophageal reflux disease , can effectively improve the patient's gastrin levels and clinical symptoms, clinical efficacy is good, and with low rate of adverse reactions.

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention to correct parental unhealthy rearing behavior on middle-school students. Methods: Eight freshman classes were randomly extracted from two key junior middle schools, four classes as the experimental groups, the other four as the control group. EMBU was applied to measure the difference before and after intervention of both groups. The comprehensive intervention was used, mainly the individual family mental health education and group family education. OBJECTIVE:To develop an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of berberine in Fujie lotion.METHODS:The separation was performed on Agilent 1200 technologies XDB-C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5?m)column with acetonitrile-0.02%monobasic potassium phosphate(45:55)as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 265nm.RESULTS:The linear range of berberine were 0.029 6～0.236 8?g(r=0.999 1)with an average recovery of 99.21%(RSD=1.10%,n=9).CONCLUSION:Established method is sensitive,simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Fujie lotion.

Objective To inquire into the hurt-efforts to the rabbit femoral in vivo irradiated by high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU). Methods Using a HIFU with the operating frequency of 0.8 MHz; the focal distance of 135 mm and the sound-intensity of 8000 W/cm 2. The average interal diameter of the rabbit femoral artery was about 1.1 mm.Thirty rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly and unilateral-femoral was chosen at random. To observe by using the method of pathology and victorian blue of elastic fibre. Results After irradiation all the endothetial cells of blood vessels of the rabbit peeled off,disappeared and tiny thrombuses were formed in the vessels the core of smooth muscles withered, cell disorder appeared. Conclusions Irradiation by HIFU could cause injury to the rabbit femoral artery, change blood dynamics and produced contribution to the further research on the energy accumulation of the targets in HIFU system.

Objective To explore the combination of Astragalus injection combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 126 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome were recruited into a control group (66 cases) and a treatment group (60 cases). Both groups were given high-quality protein diet. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Huangqi injection combined with compound Danshen injection, while the control group was treated with prednisone and furosemide. Both groups received a course of 28 days' treatment. Results The total effective rate was 92% and 56% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, with the difference showing statistical significance (t =4.56,P<0.05) .Conclusion Huangqi injection combined with compound Danshen injection is effective in treatment of nephrotic syndrome.

Methods The experimental group adopted disposable liquid filling device,while the control group used injector simply.The result underwent comparison analysis,including time cost for liquid preparation,pollution of medical sollution by bacteria and particles and spattering of medical sol-lution. Results Disposable liquid filling device shortened time cost for liquid preparation,reduced pollution of medical sollution by bacteria and particles and prevented spattering of medical sellution. Condusions Disposable liquid filling device possesses many characteristics such as simple structure,low cost, easy operation,high efficiency,reduction of medical sollution pollution and prevention of spattering.It is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To evaluate the impact of family intervention on the quality of life in the patients after total laryngectomy and their family members. Methods Family intervention was implemented for the patients after total laryngectomy and their family members from 2008 to 2009,and only patients received intervention from 2005 to 2007. The patients and their family members were investigated with Quality of Life Instrument for Cancer Patients-Head and Neck Cancer (QLICP-HN) and Quality of Life Scale-Family Version (QOL Scale-FAMILY) respectively when the patients were admitted to hospital and one year after discharged. Results The quality of life in patients after total laryngectomy and their family members was significantly improved after family intervention was implemented (P<0.05). Conclusion Family intervention is practicable and helpful to improve the quality of life in patients after total laryngectomy and their family members.

[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine washout combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule on refractory vaginitis. [Method] Divide 500 patients into 3 types: downward flow of damp-heat, damp toxin implication, internal heat due of Yin deficiency, which treated with different decoctions with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule. Fol ow up for 3m after treatment course, observe recurrence; make vaginal secre-tion tests before and after treatment. [Result] In downward flow of damp heat type, 139 cases were cured, 11 effective, the total effective rate 100%; on damp toxin implication type, 183 cases were cured, 13 effective, total effective rate 100%;for internal heat due to Yin deficiency, 141 were cured, 9 effec-tive and total effective rate 100%. There’s no recurrence after 3m. [Conclusion] The said method can effectively regulate vaginal micro-ecological envi-ronment and reduce recurrence of refractory vaginitis, with safe clinical application and definite cure effect.
