1.Effect of mosxapride citrate on gastrin in patients with gastroesophageal reflux

Objective To study the effect of mosapride citrate in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and its effect on gastrin .Methods 86 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016, those patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole on the basis of basal therapy, and the observation group was treated with mosapride citrate on the basis of control group.The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction were analyzed,visual analogue scale(VAS), gastrin and motilin were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group [90.70% (39/43) vs.65.12% (28/43)](P<0.05). The VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group [(2.43 ±0.25) vs.(4.02 ±0.41)](P<0.05).The levels of gastrin and motilin in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group[ (55.87 ±4.82) pg/mL, (308.43 ±19.31) pg/mL vs. (44.12 ±3.86) pg/mL,(243.12 ±15.76) pg/mL](P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between two groups. Conclusion Mosapride citrate tablets can be used in gastroesophageal reflux disease , can effectively improve the patient's gastrin levels and clinical symptoms, clinical efficacy is good, and with low rate of adverse reactions.

4.Content Determination of Berberine in Fujie Lotion by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To develop an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of berberine in Fujie lotion.METHODS:The separation was performed on Agilent 1200 technologies XDB-C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5?m)column with acetonitrile-0.02%monobasic potassium phosphate(45:55)as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 265nm.RESULTS:The linear range of berberine were 0.029 6~0.236 8?g(r=0.999 1)with an average recovery of 99.21%(RSD=1.10%,n=9).CONCLUSION:Established method is sensitive,simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Fujie lotion.
5.Pathological study of rabbit femoral after high-intensity focused ultrasound irradiation in vivo

Objective To inquire into the hurt-efforts to the rabbit femoral in vivo irradiated by high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU). Methods Using a HIFU with the operating frequency of 0.8 MHz; the focal distance of 135 mm and the sound-intensity of 8000 W/cm 2. The average interal diameter of the rabbit femoral artery was about 1.1 mm.Thirty rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly and unilateral-femoral was chosen at random. To observe by using the method of pathology and victorian blue of elastic fibre. Results After irradiation all the endothetial cells of blood vessels of the rabbit peeled off,disappeared and tiny thrombuses were formed in the vessels the core of smooth muscles withered, cell disorder appeared. Conclusions Irradiation by HIFU could cause injury to the rabbit femoral artery, change blood dynamics and produced contribution to the further research on the energy accumulation of the targets in HIFU system.
6.Effect of Comprehensive Intervention on Parental Rearing Behavior of Key Middle School Students

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention to correct parental unhealthy rearing behavior on middle-school students. Methods: Eight freshman classes were randomly extracted from two key junior middle schools, four classes as the experimental groups, the other four as the control group. EMBU was applied to measure the difference before and after intervention of both groups. The comprehensive intervention was used, mainly the individual family mental health education and group family education. 7.Application of value analysis to high frequency ultrasound in displaying connection nerves of neurogenic tumor

Objective:To investigate the localization and identification value of high frequency ultrasound in displaying connection nerves of SNT, and to improve the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis.Methods: Retrospective analysis the results of high frequency ultrasound to 49 cases proved by pathology annually patients (54 tumors, 54 connection nerves), and compared with the results of pathological diagnosis, evaluating the accuracy of high frequency ultrasound in displaying connection nerves. Results: The longitudinal section appearance of tumor connection nerve showed hypoechoic band and parallel fine belt-like structure surrounded by hyperechoic lines, it was enlarged gradually and became triangular close to the tumor. To the distribution of sex, age and course of the disease, the rates of high frequency ultrasound in displaying connection nerves were no significant difference (x2=0.083,x2=0.454,x2=1.277;P>0.05). The rate of high frequency ultrasound in displaying connection nerves of SNT was 94.4%, compared with the results of pathological diagnosis, the distribution ratio and the rate of high frequency ultrasound in displaying connection nerves showed no significant difference(x2=0.015,P>0.05).Conclusion: When using high frequency ultrasound observed connection nerves of SNT, there were obvious image characteristics, and the rate of high frequency ultrasound in displaying connection nerves of SNT was high, it would be a better value to diagnostic SNT.
8.Root causes analysis of medical safety (adverse) events and counter measures research

Objective To analyze characters and causes of medical safety (adverse) events and to propose corresponding countermeasures.Methods 322 medical safety events in some tertiary hospitals were analyzed by using the root causes analysis method.Results Identifying errors,medical defects,medicine mistakes were the top 3 events possessed 16.77% (54/322),16.15% (52/322),13.98% (45/322);The top 3 departments were Neurology,General surgery,Oncology which possessed 9.63% (31/322),7.45% (24/322),7.14% (23/322).Medical staff with a title of middle and highly were involved in possessed 33.23% (107/322),25.78% (83/322),and nursing staff was the top one possessed 56.83% (183/322).Night working shift was the maximum occurrence time possessed 39.75% (128/322).The top 3 medical acts which more easier to trigger medical adverse events were incomprehensive nursing care,irregular operation of diagnosis and treatment,clinical supervision defect which possessed 17.39% (56/322),15.84% (51/322),15.22% (49/322).The slight consequence case was the top one possessed 47.20% (152/322).Resolving the dispute by consultation between hospital and patient was the main way possessed 82.26% (51/62).Conclusions More attentions should be paied to supervision of some certain department management and key sections,and improve the professional technical level,do preventive construction systems about medical safety (adverse) as well as emergency event handling construction mechanism by consummate supporting system and effective staff arrangement.
9.The correlation of the ultrasound in cardiac function index and serum Hcy in chronic heart failure patients

Objective To study the correlation between serum homocysteine (Hcy) levels and chronic heart failure (CHF) with ultrasound cardiac function patients.Methods The subjects were 88 cases of CHF (CHF group) in our hospital between April 2014 to June 2015 between patients,selected 65 cases of healthy people as a control group over the same period in our hospital,using color Doppler ultrasound measurement of two groups patients of the left ventricular ejection fraction of patients groups (LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd),and compared serum Hcy and NT-proBNP levels,LVEF and LVEDd in different NYHA classification patients,analysis of serum Hcy and NT-proBNP levels and LVEF,LVEDd between correlation of serum Hcy levels on cardiovascular incident.Results CHF group of the Hcy,NT-proBNP levels and LVEDd were significantly higher than control group (P < 0.01),LVEF was significantly lower than the control group (t =31.78,P =0.00);different NYHA functional class (Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ level) of Hcy,NT-proBNP,LVEDd and LVEF compared were statistically difference (P < 0.01);Pearson correlation analysis showed,CHF patients with LVEF serum Hcy levels were negatively correlated (r2 =0.974,P < 0.01),with LVEDd was positively correlated (r2 =0.896,P < 0.05),and higher serum Hcy levels,the higher the rate of cardiovascular happened in patients with CHF.Conclusion The serum Hcy and NT-proBNP levels in patients with CHF were significantly higher than healthy,and with the deterioration of heart function and increased while the LVEF was negatively correlated positively with LVEDd,cardiovascular events in high Hcy levels may also increase the incidence risk,so Hcy levels is expected as a new diagnostic marker CHF conditions change.

The quantitative and functional changes of platelets, could affect the bleeding complications in patients with liver and renal diseases. This article reviews the progress of the effects of thrombocytopenia and platelet dysfunction on patients with liver and renal diseases, and the role of platelets in the pathophysiology of liver and renal diseases in the 58th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.
